We just moved into a home and purchased a new dryer and we were having to run the dryer 3-4 times to get the clothes dry. We thought our new dryer might be defective but wanted to check our dryer vent first. The technician came out and test both the dryer heat (91 degrees) and airflow (7 ft per sec). We decided to have him complete the vent cleaning service and the amount of both dry and wet lint removed was jaw dropping. The dryer now heats up to 160 degrees and the airflow is at 28 ft per sec. Drying clothes gets done in 1 cycle as it should. Highly recommend if you are having dryer heat issues.

I had a dryer go out on me and the appliance repair men to me to have the dryer vent cleaned out. I called HomeSafe and they confirmed the vent was very clogged. I was shown their inspection report with a video of the inside lint. They said the best repair was to run a new exhaust vent line and not repair or clean out the old vent. They did a fantasic job and I have several more they are going to do. They got the first one done in one day and they stayed on budget.

I have been searching for a company that specializes in dryer vent cleaning and proper installation of dryer vent and connection making sure it’s under code. HomeSafe is exactly that! This is what they do! My builder took a short cut and didn’t install for more efficiency and put a plastic vent hood instead of a metal dryer vent hood on my roof. These builders here are building houses with dryer vent coming out from your roof top. Why?! It’s ridiculous. I don’t know why they build houses this way.? This job cost me a lot more than I wanted to spend but it’s peace of mind knowing it’s done right and more efficient. Thank you for the education and for doing such a thorough job in inspecting before doing any work and for suggesting what should be done for my home to be safe and for my dryer to work more efficiently and safer. New appliances costs so much money these days you want to get as much life out of them as you can. I was told your dryer needs to be inspected and cleaned every 3-5 years. I reached out to HomeSafe to troubleshoot my dryer vent system because the dryer was getting very hot. I was very concerned for possible fire. HomeSafe scheduled an appointment within the same week and performed an initial inspection of my dryer vent system and provided 2 estimates. I selected replacement of the dryer ventilation. Jordandid a great job in replacing the dryer vent system and explaining to me about the repairs. He provided before and after pictures. Jordan was very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the outcome. I recommend HomeSafe for your dryer vent cleaning or dryer vent duct repairs.

Had a great experience with HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning. So glad I called them. I was having problems with the clothes taking too long to dry in the dryer. I recently had my roof replaced and HomeSafe educated me on the Dryer Vent hood on my roof being the incorrect size and they also left a screen on where the lint could not escape from the vent hood on my roof. They also changed my hoses on my washer and cleaned up everything. The roofers also crimped the vent in my attic while installing the vent hood, and they fixed that too. Thank you HomeSafe. Justin went the extra mile for me today, and also fixed my sofit that suddenly was beginning to fall down. Something quick and easy for him, but not for me being a Senior Citizen without a good drill that always seems to not hold a charge when you need it. Thank you HomeSafe for coming to my rescue today. He really took his time to figure everything out, making sure he understood why our duct exhaust was unusually hot and leaking water. Turns out, it was clean but had a mechanical blockage causing all the trouble. What I really appreciated about Ozzy was that he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He just focused on finding out the actual problem. He’s not only super professional but also has a solid work ethic. Cameron was great! I had HomeSafe out earlier than planned because I had water dripping and it was suggested that it could be caused by the dryer vent. It was not, but Cameron found the pipe leak in the attic above the laundry room and took pictures. This helped me so much! I also asked some questions and learned that sometimes they have a crew of 2 due to the job but also so that they can cross-train and learn from each other. This company seems very well run and has always done an excellent job for me. Kudos!

We had a great experience using HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning services. Unfortunately like many people who try to DIY and clean their own dryer vents, our kit we purchased at the local hardware store broke inside the vent. The professionalism started immediately with the initial service call and speaking with Mon to ask questions. I could schedule with her or she gave me the option of booking directly on their website so we could pick a time that best fit our work schedule. Jordan, our technician was very knowledge, helpful and professional in explaining the services on what he would do to get the tool out and also the benefits of having our dryer vent professionally cleaned. He showed us the issue of how clogged the vent was and got our permission with approved services before he started the work. What a fire hazard. We really appreciated the options and full visibility of knowing what work was going to be done before it started. From start to finish, we were updated on the progress and the clean up cared for, too. Jordan worked very hard in the awful Texas heat but that didnt change his kind demeanor or professionalism. I contacted several vent dryer services....Buyer beware! Most of these firms offer a low initial cost and upsell you once in your home. Case in point. Guy shows up ($99 service) two hours late (I had to call them to follow up ) and looks at the attic vent, doesnt even bother to check behind the dryer It will be $300 minimum. I thanked him and showed him out. HomeSafe came in and did the video inspection of the dryer vent, which was horrible (90% blocked). The dryer was shutting off due to blockage in the vent. I was remiss in letting this situation go for years...my bad and very stupid. At any rate they replaced the old vent and the exhaust system going up to the attic and out of the roof, installing a cap on the roof vent. This was not inexpensive, but the dryer works fantastic now and I was certainly wasting money (electricity), and had this not been a dryer that shuts down when over heating, would have been a fire hazard. I should have done this years ago. The service technician was GREAT. He did a thorough job of trouble shooting the problem and offered (2) options to fix it. He was in the attic and on the roof during the installation, which took about 3 hours. On time and friendly. Would definitely recommend HomeSafe. Dont be slow to service your dryer vent and you cant go wrong with this company.
