We are so very happy with our cleaning. James was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond from arriving right on time to doing a thorough inspection/cleaning. He wore gloves and mask and was great with our dogs. He found issues with our fire tiles and other things that deemed our fireplace unusable and a potential fire hazard. Easily scheduled a service call with Hill Country AD&CS. They confirmed appointment thru email and text. I got text updates/confirmation about the service call and confirmed that it was OK move the appointment to an earlier time. James texted that he was on his way and gave an approximate time he would show up. He was a few minutes early and the first thing he brought in was a drop cloth. Very professional and knowledgeable young man, very friendly! Answered all questions and made good recommendations. James also looked at our other fireplace and gave us options for making it operable again.We went ahead and ordered replacement parts now, since shipping and delivery times are slower these days.Extremely satisfied with ALL elements of this service call. We WILL be using Hill Country AD&CS again in the future for service calls and for repairs.
