We needed two rooms of carpet and two rugs cleaned after a guests dog left a few souvenirs for us, and JR got back to me within a few minutes of my email. We were very, very happy with his rate and his professionalism, and one of our rugs is probably the cleanest its been since we bought the floor model from the furniture store. We will definitely be using him again for any carpet cleaning, and for our duct cleaning when the time comes. I highly recommend his services.

Super easy to schedule, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Company was on time, very professional and friendly. My dryer vent was 100% occluded and Hi-Tech was able to clear the obstruction without any mess. Gentleman even tested my dryer after. If you need your vents cleaned out, look no further. Seriously, give these guys a call!Been almost a week since Hi Tech came out to service my dryer vent and what a difference it has made! My dryer works better than when we first bought it! I had already purchased a new dryer and cancelled the delivery because it was no longer needed. This company just saved me almost $1,000! Thank you Hi Tech!

Very happy with the service I received. My chimneys needed more work then first expected, and the problems and solutions were explained to me clearly and the work was done at a reasonable cost. Communication was quick and easy and the service was professional.

Only negative thing I can say is that I took too long to schedule them to come out and clean my A/C ducts. I’m not used to El Paso service providers answering email inquiries, but for some reason I keep trying, and I’m very glad I did. JR responded within minutes even after hours and arranged the on-site estimate. He explained in detail what that covered. It wasn’t the cheapest quotation, but I took it anyway because last time I tried the cheapest option I was left questioning if anything was actually done. Not this time: every vent is sparkling clean and they even went above and beyond and vacuumed up the floors after they were done! I was thinking I’d have to do that myself. By far the best duct cleaning service I’ve ever experienced in any city, and I’ll be calling them back for a chimney cleaning when the time comes, for sure.

I had a great experience with Hi-Tech. JR is especially knowledgeable about dryervendr systems. If you have a dryer that vents to the roof you should have him inspect and clean the vent.Did a very good job of recleaning carpets originally poorly cleaned by a different company. The prices are good for the quality of work...Lesson? Dont try to save a few bucks on a three room special...youll be much happier with Hi-Tech.

I highly recommend Hi-Tech Home Services! My dryer vents through the roof, and was completely clogged. I called Hi-Tech for an appt. He cleared the clog, and recommended replacing the old vent system with a steel pipe system. He replaced the system today and I am very pleased with his work. He is knowledgeable, professional, and does excellent work. I have already recommended Hi-Tech to several co-workers.
