    Highly recommended! I was looking for a duct deep clean and dry vent cleaning for a new home my brother is moving into where the previous owners had a pet. Hector’s professional and explanation of his services during my initial call made me decide to go with him. He arrived during the window stated, let me know when he was on his way, went over what he was going to do, discussed charges ahead of time, explained everything to me - and answered any questions I had.     We have lived in our home for about three years now, and we noticed our air vent returns and some of our vents seemed pretty dirty/dusty. We called a few companies, and very quickly realized we would prefer to support a family owned, small business, rather than the big guys. Hector took the time to explain his process over the phone, quoted us a very fair price, and I felt comfortable that he would do a good job. I was not disappointed. Hector came out the following Thursday with his wife, and they were able to completely clean all of our ducts, vents and returns in just a few hours. They were efficient but thorough, and even vacuumed after they were done. They used a negative air pressure machine in our attic, which ensured all of the dust and debris did not get everywhere in our house. We are very satisfied with the service, and would highly recommend Hector’s Duct Cleaning to anyone in the area needing this service!!

    Hector was recommended by a neighbor. We had wood floors done and this caused a lot of dust to go into the ducts. He was able to get me on to the schedule quickly and was precise about the estimate. Return vents are the key count to remember for cost. On the day prior to service he texted to make sure of start time and finish time. On the day of service he was on time, walked through the home, explained how he was going to take care of the vents, returns, plenums and the dryer vent. He also checked AC filters and replaced them. The job took 6 hours and he provided before and after pictures. Highly recommend. Example before and after pics shown.

    Hector and his father were amazing. Hector actually told me the truth about my air ducts and fan. I have had others come out for a quote not even mentioning the fan or opening the unit to look at it. He was honest about it not being as bad as the previous people stated but said I needed to do the ducts and fan so that it actually works. It was more expensive but I won’t have to have it done for another three years, as long as I follow his suggestions. Only took a couple hours and it was done! Amazing service, in 3 years I will definitely have them back!

    Hector was our hero! We first went with a different company that missed 2 scheduled times on day one and was late to the appointment on day two due to a flat tire. Once the tech showed up he only halfway did the vent cleaning and refused to get on the roof to complete the clean. The tech shortened our dryer vent hose and did not properly secure it to the wall. We continued to have dryer issues. We reached out to Hector, very professional, prompt, courteous, and thorough. Hector and his partner cleaned our vent, showed me all of the lint still in the vent and climbed on the roof the complete the clean. Hector also replaced our vent hose to help cut down on air flow obstruction. After 20 minutes Hector was on his way and our dryer is working as it should! I highly recommend Hector for any vent issues or maintenance you need!

    The crew arrived within the arrival window given and even texted to confirm the night before , the morning of, and when they were getting close. Hector explained everything prior to start, and completed the job within the estimated time frame and for the price that had been given. They did a great job, and even educated my husband on how to put the filter in (he had it upside down) and how often to change and recommended a better filter rating to use. I also had them clean the dryer vent, and he pointed out some issues with the existing exit vent & recommended the correct type to get. Both recommendations were something we could easily find at Home Depot or Lowes and install ourselves. We are very happy with the service provided today, and will continue to utilize them going forward!

    I used Hector Duct Cleaning to clean our dryer vent. He was the most reasonably priced and he has wonderful reviews. I now know why his reviews are good.I called him and he was able to come the same day. He cleaned the vent, and advised me that my roof-top dryer vent was not up to code. But he was not trying to sell me a new vent. In fact, he told me in order to maintain my roofing warranty, Id need to call the roofing company to install a new one.     I contacted Hector Duct Cleaning after contacting another company that wanted to charge me an outrageous price. He came to my home and replaced my entire vent system after birds have got into the vent and made nest. We have multiple birds that died and he removed the entire system and replaced it. I was impressed with his service and explanation on what he was doing. When I received my bill I was surprised because he did not overcharge me for anything. I would recommend him to anyone that had the same problem. Thank you for everything you did to get rid of that horrible smell.

    I happen to find him because another company canceled on me at the last minute. Because of the rain we were having it was not safe for him to come out and get on the roof. When he finally did come, he was on time and very professional. He explained to me what he was going to do. Showed me the before and after pictures of him being on the roof and what my vent looked like. He said he expected it to look worse considering that I haven’t did it since I moved into my home. Anyhow, his price was fair and he did a good job. I will be planning to use him again.

    Hector and his team were very professional. Masks on, shoe protectors, they came well prepared. I had an “urgent need”, do to my lack of planning and they made it their urgent priority. They are well informed and educated me every step of the process. They cleaned my duct work and dryer vents. I knew I needed a new dryer vent hose, but had not made it to pick one up before Hector arrived. Much to my surprise, he actually had one available! That was an added bonus and not expected at all.     Our experience with Hector Duct Cleaning was EXCELLENT. He was on-time, professional, and efficient. Our dryer vent was clogged with lint causing extended drying. Despite my attempts, I was unable to get the dryer duct to the roof unplugged. Hector found a large accumulation of lint that has collected at a screen at the top of the duct and removed it and cleaned the dryer duct work. The dryer now dries clothes in 1/3 of the time it used to require for a load of wet clothes, undoubtedly will lower our electric bill, and will likely reduce having to replace the dryer heating element because the dryer does not now get so excessively hot. We will use Hector Duct Cleaning services to prevent a recurrence of the problem we experienced and highly recommend Hector Duct Cleaning to clean and/or to keep your dryer vent operating optimally.     Im happy to recommend Hector for duct cleaning services. I contacted Hector via Thumbtack and had a response within 10 minutes. He provided the general guideline for what I could expect the cleaning to cost per system and offered to come out same day to firm up the quote he gave over the phone and get started on the work if our schedule would allow. We decided that the next morning would work better for us, and he was able to accommodate that.Hector arrived on time and confirmed the quote he had given on the phone, and he and his crew was able to get to work right away on our two systems. Aside from the standard cleaning, Hector proactively swapped out my AC air filters on each unit. He also identified an air vent in my daughters room that wasnt connected to the air handler in our attic. As this was just free flow of air between her room and the attic, Hector recommended that we remove the vent and have the opening drywalled. In the meantime, he offered to seal up the vent with some insulating material that I could pick up at Home Depot. (I ran out and picked up the materials for him and he happily did that for me.Prior to his visit, I had also purchased some new vent covers from Amazon to replace some that were just old/funky looking...which he was happy to swap out for me while they cleaned.When they were finished, they ran a vacuum over the areas of our floor where some loose dust (from 10+ years of accumulation) had settled. They bagged up the used filters and old vent covers for me and helped carry it to our trashI was able to chat with him a bit and learned that he had recently gone into business for himself. (That might explain why he is so focused on and appreciate of his customer.) If my experience reflects how he treats every customer, you cant go wrong using Hector.

I especially appreciated that he contacted me about running late from his previous job, then called again when he was 30 minutes from my house.Hector and his assistant cleaned out my dryer vent and discovered a flap blockage in my outside vent.     Hector took extra care and time coaching me over the phone about my duct cleaning situation even before I hired him. After I hired him, he stayed in contact until the day of the appointment, when he showed up on time and walked me through the whole process he and his partner would go through before starting the cleaning process. He was very courteous when it came to keeping the noise down as I work from home. He also stopped midway through the work to show me (with pictures) the status of my vents (before and after cleaning). After the work was done he re-explained everything that was completed, coached me on how to keep the ducts properly maintained, and even helped me with a minor dryer vent issue at no charge. From a cost standpoint, Hector’s fees were very competitive for the 5 quotes I obtained, and he coached me out of paying for services I did not need, which I feel is a strong indicator of a business owner who is honest and ethical. 100/100 recommend.
