Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning returned our large alpaca rug this morning, and what they accomplished in cleaning was nothing short of miraculous! Our rug is lovely once again, and it was such a pleasure working with Matt and this company. They called and came when they said they would and charged an honest price. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs their rug(s) cleaned and who appreciates dealing with really nice, efficient, and honest people.

We’ve lived in our home since late 2013 and we have never had our carpets cleaned. Two dogs and two toddlers, I thought we’d just have to replace our carpet. Took a shot on getting our carpets cleaned and I’m so glad we did. Matt at Heaven’s Best did a great job. The part that you can see in photos is how awesome our house smelled and how soft our carpets felt after the cleaning. We’ll keep these carpets for a few more years until these kids get a little older.I got a quote from a few places and the cost was slightly lower than some other companies. I also liked that they were able to get me in ASAP. Our carpets were damp only for a short time, maybe a hour and a half (it was humid outside). Would definitely hire Matt again! This cleaning has really helped with our family’s allergy situation!

My house smelled so great after Matt was finished! The carpets look fantastic. He was very prompt and got right to work steaming and deodorizing the carpets in our new Live Oak home. Everyone I delt with at Heavens Best was pleasant and great to work with. Very helpful group and affordable too. I highly recommend them.

I continue to use Heavens Best services because the end results are amazing. Matt is pleasant but gets right to work; hes careful around your furniture; he puts forth 100% effort to get your carpets clean (not just smelling nice) and he never leaves a mess! I firmly believe in Matt and his wifes integrity and honesty. You might find cheaper service but you wont find a better one.

I tried Matt with Heavens Best on a whim after seeing his truck driving through Timberwood Park, and they did not disappoint. I have always been hesitant using the companies that hose in large vacuums and get the carpet real wet and have to use fans etc. Matts cleaning process seemed to be more advanced and definitely did the trick on cleaning and deodorizing our nursery and guest bedrooms, and we were able to get back to business within an hour. Well be using his services on a quarterly basis going forward as it was so nice to see the carpets all perky and fresh when he left... Kind of like looking at your lawn right after a fresh cut, satisfying to say the least!

If you have carpets stains, Matts method and experience does wonders. Our family dog slept in our sons room for 5+ years and upon moving out of the house, we asked Heavens Best to attempt to remove the dirt and oils. While another steamer company wasnt able get the stains out, Matts method was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone with dogs!.

Heavens best carpet cleaning with Matthew Dooley did an excellent job cleaning and deodorizing the carpets in our new rental home.He arrived early, cleaned promptly and it only took an hour to dry. It looks and smells great!Thank you! We are ready to move in now :)

I always had another company do my rugs but this time they were not available when I needed them so I just picked this place off the internet and they were able to get me in when I needed. I am so happy I choose them. They will be doing my rugs from now on. I have house cats and a dog which are hard on the rugs but then add to that the fact that my son and I are always working on cars and motorcycles so a lot of nasty gets tracked in. Matt was able to get up all the mess, killed the pet odors and racked the rug in a very short time. My rug is just like new. Love the job he did
