Gian is highly skilled and he and his team did great work in repairing the primary HVAC register box on our living room wall (first and third picture shows the before and after) and also cleaning the mold and exposed fiberglass in the plenum (second picture) while cleaning and sterilizing our ducts (last picture). As folks whose nostrils and sinuses were inflamed from mold and broken down fiberglass particles, we couldnt be happier with the fresh air in our house. The price was the best bid we received and Gian is extremely personable, patient and polite. Gian also answered a lot of questions about HVAC maintenance and updates. Not all contractors are created equally, and this company is a keeper.

I was a little skeptical first but had to try anyways because my kids were suffering with heavy allergies only while at home. Miracle happened… Proof is visible with air quality detectors as well. In terms of service, all was from start till the end. They forgot a spot and when I let them know next day, they arrived in few hours to complete that spot too. To be clear it’s not a super cheap service, but it totally worthwhile. Especially after I saw before and after photos. After they’ve left I called my main AC guy, and he confirmed that Gian did a good job resealing the system back up. So we should be golden many more years. Well, they gave 3 years warranty with 3 free inspections too. So nothing to worry about anyways.

Very happy with the companys work. Gian is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Attached is the picture as part of the inspection after 1 year with no sign of mold - speaks a ton about quality of the work he did to begin with. Gian and his team went above and beyond to complete their work to clean our air ducts and made sure the work not only done but done right to perfection. They finished the job at our home right before a big storm hit our area. He still stayed behind to patiently give us details on what they did and make sure we satisfied with it. I highly recommend Healthy Environment for Air Duct cleaning. I started smelling a stale or moldy smell coming from my air vents when my AC kicked on. I googled what that could be & this company came up as a suggestion for air duct cleaning. They came out right away for an inspection, found mold & mildew in my plenum box immediately. Gian & Marcos came out the next week & cleaned up my entire air vent system. They removed the mold & mildew, installed new insulation & air vent covers. They were very thorough & took pictures of the before & after work.

We had our ducts cleaned about 2 weeks ago. This cleaning was long overdue. Gian first came to our house to look over the vents and the air handler unit. He did a thorough initial assessment and presented us with a quote for the work. Once that was finalized, on the day of the cleaning Gian was punctual. (In fact he had to wait a bit for his partner to arrive.) Once they were both inside, they got to work.Gian spent a considerable time cleaning the air handler unit. Given the humid weather in Texas, we did have mold in the air handler and some of the vents. His partner was busy cleaning the vents. They took nearly 6 hrs to clean and wrap-up. As part of the work, they also replaced all the covers for the return air vents and the cover for the supply vent.Did the cleaning help? It has been about two weeks, and we do find a visible decrease in the amount of dust we used to see on wood furniture.Gian and his partner are thoroughly professional, and I have no hesitation in recommending Healthy Environment, LLC for duct cleaning.

Gian and the team did a great job. We found a vent with mold growing and quoted with several air duct cleaning companies. Healthy Environment is the only one explained very thoroughly of why and show us examples of past works how they will get the work done to prevent it. On the other hand, their quote was also competitive and reasonable. We hired them to clean both units and all the ducts/vents in our house.On the actual day of cleaning, the furniture under the vent was well covered to prevent dust. All the ducts and vents were cleaned with pictures provided before and after.Highly recommended!

While I competitor quoted me over the phone, Gian with Healthy Environment came out first, then quoted a price that was half the other companys, and for apples-to-apples work. And thats not all: Healthy Environment was uber-professional with every step, from quote to communication to follow-up. On the day of their work, Gian took before-and-after videos and pics so that I could see results, and I can tell you that I felt the results right away. Dont even bother calling anyone else for duct and vent cleaning; this is the company to call!
