    A big shoutout to Blake, Rob and Rodney with Hardin Heating & Air! My husband called them yesterday, February 19th, with concerns about our heater. He spoke to Blake who was very helpful and informative. This was when it was 14 degrees. We ended up getting a new thermostat installed the same day. Today, February 20th, we had a slight glitch to a setting and Blake and Rob came out and got us all fixed up. Great customer service! My husband and I highly recommend them for your AC/Heating needs.

    We had an a/c failure at the end of a very hot day, and having been recommended by several of our neighbors, we called Hardin Heating and Air. I assumed it was after normal business hours and wed have to wait until the next day to speak to someone, but to my surprise, Wendy answered. She was super nice and very empathetic, and even though they were jammed with service calls the next day, she said shed get someone there in the morning, one way or another. And she did! Rob came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and we had cool air again. Rob was first rate - very knowledgeable and very professional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys. Well definitely be using them from now on.

    We have used Harding Heating & Air at my office for several years. In June my air conditioner of 26 years at home quit on a Wednesday night. Blake was out the next day to assess the issues which unfortunately resulted in a whole new unit. Their crew did a top notch job getting equipment ordered and had us up and running within a few days. This group is very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

    We are SO THANKFUL for Hardin Heating & Air! Our capacitor went out last night on a 2 year-old unit, which was hard to comprehend. Our technician was so helpful. He gave us so much helpful information on how to re-direct the air distribution through our home and showed my husband the valves in the attic to use! This goes way beyond amazing customer service in my opinion! I called this morning and our tech was here almost 2 hours earlier than expected. These folks will have my business for years to come!

    I cannot say enough good things about Hardin and the service they provided. Our heat pump was not functioning as it should. They got us in quickly. Diagnosed the problem with care and gave us an estimate for the repair. It was going to be a couple thousand to repair. They called us back the next day and reported that they had discovered we had a manufacturers warranty on this part and the cost of repair was significantly less because all we needed to pay was labor!!!! Blake showed up on time, performed the repairs quickly, efficiently and did a great job!!!! All while saving us a ton of money!!!! Do not hesitate to call Hardin. They are incredibly honest, very reliable and cost effective!!!

    CJ came out and fixed our a/c unit in a few hours. He was professional and helpful. The best part was that another company came the day before and tried to charge me for a new compressor (5000) or to finance a new unit.Hardin was honest and fixed for a fraction of the price. I’ll never use anyone else.

    Hardin Heating& Air is a great company. We have been using them for years. Last week Blake, Eli, and CJ cleaned all of our vents and systems. They did a wonderful job. The before and after pictures really tell the story of how dirty our vents were, what a difference! They also cleaned all the dust and dirt off the floors and carpet before they left. This is a company you can trust.

    Well I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling so I called the professionals down at Hardin Heating and Air. They informed me that they would have someone respond between 5-7 pm. 5 minutes later they called me to say someone was currently en route to my home. 😃The issue was diagnosed as a Freon leak, and the service tech (who was a very polite and knowledgeable person) had my house cooling within minutes!The service tech explained the issue and stated that the part (schrader valve on the slab coil) was the main culprit. He also explained that not only was it still under warranty, but so was the labor. So that saved me some serious $$$.I’m very grateful for their quick response, professional demeanor, and great customer service.I highly recommend contacting Hardin Heating and Air for all your air conditioning and heating needs. These are the folks you can trust.

    Very nice and shoots you straight. I called for a duct cleaning and the gentleman that came was on time and explained everything thoroughly. He checked my ducts and blowers and aside from some overspray, they were in good shape and didnt need cleaning. He told me just keep cleaning and replacing my filters regularly and I would be fine. I appreciate honesty and his integrity. Good people and I would use them again.

    I highly recommend this company. I hired Hardin to give me an independent inspection of my system during an insurance claim due to conflicting information from 2 other hvac companies. Blake came and made an assessment of the unit and taught me all about the problems and the solutions, which made alot more sense than what the other companies had told me. These folks really know their stuff!

    If you live near Midlothian and you are not using Hardin, you are making bad life choices. Their customer service is far above and beyond anything else I have seen. Their staff are extremely polite and professional. Ms. Wendy is absolutely amazing with getting you scheduled in and Mr. Tim is a man of his word. This company deserves your business because, above everything else, they will ensure that a job is completed to the best of their ability and they stand by their work. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and will continue to do so for a very long time. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced recently and they took the time to make sure that everything was done to standard and even identified/corrected some issues that the previous home owners had not fixed.     In the last 12 months, our home was renovated—and then sadly—we experienced a massive flood.     Hardin has come out twice for me. Once to track down a problem with my fan not working and again to clean out the ducts, replace vent covers and clean the dryer vent. Both times the technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

    We had an older AC unit that was slowly losing Freon (leaking evaporator coil). Other companies came out and only wanted to replace the entire system. The folks from Hardin came out and presented various options. We chose to just have the system recharged periodically and we got another 5 years out of it.This past September, the AC began freezing up again and we decided it was time to replace. Clay from Hardin Heating and Air came out gave us a quote. We scheduled an install date about a week out but the next day our AC system completely quit and the weather was HOT. I called Clay to see about moving up our install date. Within a few hours, he was at our house with some window unit ACs that made the house surprisingly comfortable.On the day of the install, Clay and his crew showed up on time and had the job completed by that afternoon. No complaints as Clay and the entire crew were very professional and did a great job.On a side note, we originally had AC with electric heat but per Clays suggestion, we had a heat pump installed. Electric bills the previous winters had been in the $3-350 range. This winter, they were never over $200.

    Called Hardin A/C soon as they opened, I was told maybe by noon for the service. Explained I work nights and sleep during the day, they switched up there schedule and fixed my A/c before 9AM.     I want to give a shout out to Hardin Heating & Air and specifically to Blake. We came home from vacation to a very hot house and our usual guy wasnt available. I had little hope of finding someone to come out late on a Sunday afternoon. Google told me that Hardin was open, so I said a prayer and gave them a call. Blake was here within a couple of hours. I will admit I was skeptical when I first saw how young he was but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. He not only knew his stuff but he was also very polite. He quoted us worst case scenario and came in well under and our house is already getting cold! He earned a customer for life!

    This time every year my heat pump stops working and runs on the emergency heat. I called Hardin Heating and Air and told them what was wrong. While I was on the phone they advised me that they would send a tec right over. Within 30 min Clay showed up at my house. Clay was a very nice man who had my issue solved within 15 min. The only thing I had to pay was a service call of $75 which was reasonable to me. What I appreciate about this company so far is that they were prompt, the service guy, Clay, was professional and knowledgeable AND he didnt try to sell me anything!     HARDIN HVAC was Awesome. They came out, checked my entire system and diagnosed the problem quickly. They told me exactly what was wrong and worst case scenario so that I knew going into this what I was looking at.They were honest, reliable, dependable, on time and didn’t try to sell me things that were not needed. Nowadays it seems like it is very difficult to find honesty, integrity, and most importantly knowledgeable service.When they were done completing there work on my upstairs unit I was given the amount. To my surprise the bill was lower than what I had been quoted as worst case scenario. They only charged me for what needed to be done and not what it could have been. I would have never known either way and was prepared for the latter amount. I was pleasantly surprised and the unit is running properly.Three days later I received a message asking me how the unit was doing and if everything was cooling properly. So. I was blown away that I received a follow up message asking me how things were going. So. Not only did they do numerous things as they said they were going to. They then followed up with me to make sure everything was going well.I will not use anyone else for my HVAC needs and I recommend you use them for the best service available in the Ellis County Area.

    Previous company had estimated repairs to attic heating and air at a much high cost and suggested replacing the outside cylinder on the compressor. It registered fine today and Hardin’s technician, Clay, resolved the problem in the attic at a reasonable cost. I am a fan of Hardin Heating and Air and recommend them highly.

    I had had an emergency AC situation at my house late on a Friday after noon and just like always i was told they may be able to get a tech by until Monday and this totally understandable and in my previous situations this would have been fine. However, in this instance there was an medical emergency behind the need of immediate cold air. My wife has just got home form the hospital from being diagnosed with lung/done cancer. She was and has been having coughing fits and trouble breathing with a partially collapsed lung and the heat just made matters worse. After i explained the situation to the dispatcher and she then sent a company wide note to all the employs to see if anyone could help. Well, within 30 minutes i had every employee at Harding at my house at 5;30 on Friday donating their time to help my wife. These guys did a major AC repair and my AC up and cooling in 30 minutes. As we all know every service comes with a monetary cost and when i tried to settle up at the end i was told to go take care of my wife and we would settle up on Monday. I have had AC work done in the past by Harding and they have always done exactly what they said they would and have always loved the techs. This time they all went above and beyond and had earned my 5 stars, these guys put the FUZZY in FUZZY WUZZY!.R. Yarbrough
