I had a cat sneak into my condo thru my fireplace. It had urinated on floors, sofa love seat, and stairwell. I havent used a steam cleaning company before, so I wasnt what to expect price wise.I contacted 3 places before I called H Town Steam. I decided to call them because of the reviews, the team looked friendly, and it was a local number to call. They were very friendly on the phone and let me know that they could service my place the same day.Some of the places I called needed to have a tech do an estimate first. They were able to give me a fair price over the phone and let me know there would be no upcharge.Plus If I wasnt able to be there because of work that wouldnt be an issue. They showed up at the time they said. Did A plus work and there was no upcharge to the pricing.

The guy came on time, was friendly, explained everything he did before he did it (including noises to expect), did a quick and thorough job and got a tough stain out of the carpet. Eddie was my Technician very pleasant and professional. He did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpet for the final move out of my house. Let me tell you it was pretty darn filthy and he definitely revived it and gave it new life. I’d highly recommend H-Town Steam for your carpet needs, they were fairly priced as well. I’ll be calling H-Town Steam to clean the carpet at my new house.

H-Town Steam is a very well run company. From the phones to the pickup drivers, the cleaners and delivery. We had 4 rugs picked up, cleaned and returned when done. Everyone we have come in contact with has been very professional. We then had the carpets in one of our rentals cleaned. They did an amazing job. They were on time, fast but thorough, a great price and a great attitude. We will definitely call them again and most definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. I was amazed at how well our carpet was restored. I wish I had taken before pictures. There were stains and the carpet color was off in several areas. Our carpet was also flat in many places. After it was cleaned it appears to be fluffier. The animal smell was also removed without leaving our house smelling like chemicals. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. The man who cleaned the carpet must have paid attention to the carpet details and did his best. He was also kind and respectful.

I had a contractor scheduled, had moved all of the furniture and items on the floor, only for them to call last minute and reschedule to a time I’m not available. Thank you, H-Town Steam! I called and was provided the services I needed within the same week. The quote and cost was reasonable; carpet and upholstery cleaning with a pet odor application. The technician was informative, professional and provided great service. The only thing I wish I would have asked is to add some sort of scent application after the cleaning. However, knowing the carpet is clean I can simply sprinkle some carpet freshener down and vacuum it up. If you’re looking to refresh your home with a clean carpet feel, H-Town Steam represents well. I had my 8x10 rug cleaned today that is in my living room. The guy who came was pleasant and the job took no more than 15 minutes, but I think that I expected more to be done, perhaps? I was thinking about getting the upstairs carpet done and I received a round about quote of $99 for a room, but I paid $86 for a 8x10 rug. 😫 There is a disclaimer when they get to you that all stains will not be able to be lifted. I do see a difference and some spots lifted and some didn’t, but for me the price was a bit much.

This was my first time using this service. I have 3 dogs, they just get everything hairy and I was almost to the point of just getting a new couch and rug. I Reached out to a couple of places on Google and I got an immediate response from H-Town steam. What I love the most is that they offer text communication.
