    Mike was promptly here on time which when Taking time out of the day to have this service done is important and costly in your time. He took the time to walk through ahead of me to collect information on what should and what could be addressed so that we could come up with a course of action that helped us not only clean but also disinfect our AC ducts and unit. In and out in no time with quality work. We have it marked on our calendar to do it again as recommended. Second time home owners and we knew it needed to be done, but kept putting it off.     Elizabeth, the scheduling representative, was prompt in scheduling our appointment. She was friendly and professional, and ensured that the appointment was set up at a time that was convenient for us. The technicians, Chris and Leslie, were efficient in setting up and cleaning the A/C ducts, and inspecting the system. They were knowledgeable about the system and were able to answer all of our questions. They were also courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves.     We had a serious issue where mold had grown throughout one of our A/C units: including the central unit, every attached vent, and all of the ducts between those vents and the central unit. It was completely contaminated. I feel very fortunate that it was Chris and Leslie who answered our call. They are both extremely hard working and just incredibly thorough. You feel that they are truly sincere in their interest in the safety of your children and of your family. They will throw in all of the extra hours needed to properly take care of you. I can tell by reviewing the work they have performed that they do not cut any corners. Chris is absolutely serious about properly and industriously removing mold. Besides his love of doing a good job and of working hard, Chris cares for you and for your health and it really shows as you interact with him and see him work. In the case of mold or contaminated ducts, I think that you should be careful about trying to find the cheapest guy out there who may not care much for doing a proper job. In work like this were so much remains hidden from view, trust in the person performing the work is absolutely necessary; therefore, I very much appreciate Chris and Leslie, and would recommend them to anyone seeking this type of cleaning.

    Chris and Leslie from Green Quality Air responded quickly, they thoroughly communicated. They were on time and very detailed. Our family moved into our home in July 2021 and since that time we have had respiratory issues along with major congestion and what seems like allergy symptoms. We noticed a lot of mold on our air vents. Chris and Leslie came into our home and spent time educating us on duct work and how mold can form. They were very detailed by inspecting every single vent, return and even the plenums in our 2 HVAC units and sure enough found a wealth of black mold growing which obviously has contributed to all of our families issues. These two weren’t even paid for the time they spent - you can tell they are very caring and thorough and truly have the best interest of a healthy home for their customers. I’ve never had a company be so thorough like these two and the company. We have a journey ahead to get this fixed but are so grateful for their service today.

    We had the ac and dryer vent cleaning services. Chris and Leslie did a great job. The dryer vent cleaning was very thorough. Chris also helped us install stabilizers on both our washer and dryer units and gave a lot of helpful tips on future maintenance. Would definitely recommend 👍

    I had Green Quality Air come out to clean my air ducts and vents. Chris and Leslie were awesome! First off they called to give me an estimate of their arrival and were right on time. I appreciate that bc I’ve rearranged my schedule in the past and it always seems people are late. When they got here they got straight to work inspecting everything. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative about all of the ac/furnace systems in the house. I did not once feel pressured to buy things we didn’t need, instead informed about things to do and watch out for so that we do not have big problems down the road.     Chris and Leslie were fantastic. My partner is currently going through chemotherapy and found that their is mold in his home. Everything is harder when going through chemo and having poor quality air is not good for someone with a compromised immune system. Chris and Leslie were sure to take extra care to make sure the home was fully remedied of mold and did so very quickly.     Chris & Leslie showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job explaining duct cleaning, the possibility of mold and how they would recommend it be handled. They are Christians and appeared very trustworthy. They showed us the actual mold we had and treated it with cleaning, chemical treating and followed up with installing a UV light to prevent the mold from coming back. They could have obviously charged us much more but we received what we considered was a very fair overall price. Even received a 10% discount as my wife is a pre-k teacher.     Chris & Leslie were our techs that came out to clean our ducts at the house. Upon further inspection they found mold inside of the duct system. Chris explained to us the importance of getting them cleaned with the fogger and chemicals and got us a mold light to hook up as well. We talked for a bit and decided to take care of the mold and help our family out. I couldnt be more impressed with how fast and productive the 2 were at getting everything done. When it came down to installing the light and Chris not being trained in electrical I was reluctant enough to be a certified tech in that field and took care of the job to help them out with that part to ensure they didnt get hurt.I would recommend Chris and Leslie to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.     Chris and Leslie were the best! Very personable, friendly, and honest. I had them clean ducts in 3 different houses so I was with them most of the day. Unfortunately either mold or the beginnings of mold were found everywhere! Chris made sure I was able to see it with my eyes, not just a photo.     I spotted mold in one of my vents, contacted Green Quality Air. Leslie and Chris were here within 2 days. They cleaned the ducts, took care of the mold, fogged the system to take care of the bacteria, installed a UV light to kill any future mold spores.     I just messaged this company yesterday evening. They messaged right back and said they had an opening for today if I would like that. I said yes and they showed up first thing this morning, ready to work. They were very professional and explained everything to me, and they also showed me what I needed to do in the future.     I’m very happy I found Green Quality Air! After having a few bad experiences with other duct cleaning companies, Green Quality was a breath of fresh air. They were professional on the phone, scheduled me in promptly, and Yarin the tech who came to my home was is a wonderful person. He was kind and thoughtful, made sure to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it, and always had a smile on his face even when having to craw into my tiny attic. Yarin came to my house this morning to clean them but it turns out the dryer hose wasn’t connected properly.
