Five stars service. My first star gives on punctuality. I booked the service twice, and the technician arrived on exact time. Three stars add upon his professional work. Lucas checked the whole system throughly, showed me the pictures shot inside the duct, then pointed out the problems and protential risks. As my two units were in different conditions, he provided two solutions and explained specifically each step of the deep clean. He is competent. After the work finished, he answered every question I popped as seen the before&after photos. So his patience made the fifth star fulfilled. -
