The team was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job! Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated being able to talk to a person right away instead of dealing with an automated system. We had a few vents that weren’t pushing out heat, and Leo went above and beyond to check for any disconnections using his camera snake. He was very attentive and genuinely wanted to help. Although some of my vent covers were closed and had a bit of dust on them afterward, I believe this can be easily improved. Overall, Im really satisfied with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others!
