We had water intrusion in our beach home after Hurricane Beryl, and most water remediation companies I called just put me on a waiting list. Genesis was able to come out, give me a quote and start demo quickly. Their price was also very reasonable compared to two other quotes I received and communication was easy with George. Definitely recommend this company. -

Friendly and personable team that work hard and back up their work! Got rv carpet looking good as new and were careful not to get water near the walls. When some of the stubborn stain came back a few months later, came back and fixed it at no additional charge. High recommend this company -

Wow! What nice clean carpets and stairs I now have! Fantastic people to work with, great customer service, Milo and Simeon were AWESOME! Also had the shower cleaned and sealed, great job on that as well. I highly recommend Genesis, they rock! -

Genesis did a fantastic job on cleaning my oriental rugs after a puppy mistook them for the outdoors. They picked up the rugs, cleaned them and returned them swiftly. I like to have the rugs cleaned every year or so and we will always use Genesis. They do an excellent job and their customer service is first rate. I highly recommend. -

We have used this company three times and have had courteous respectful employees who showed up on time ( when does that ever happen here!) did a great job, were respectful and careful and thorough. Galveston business owners who know customer service and want your repeat business. No need to look further. -

There are really not enough good things to say. I have used Genesis for carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. Most recently I called about a job I wasnt sure if they even did, strip my concrete floors and seal them. George said they could do it, and not only that started two days after I called and each day have worked their tales off. They take complete pride and care in their work. George is the nicest and most professional guy. I recommend them to all of my clients and will only continue to do so as each time I hire them they do a fantastic job, they exceed any expectations. -

We had the crew here yesterday stretching and cleaning our carpet as well as cleaning a separate rug. The men were very professional and courteous. I actually added the rug after they were here. They gave me a written estimate and met all of our requirements. As a matter of fact, they exceeded our expectations. This is the send time we used George and his team. I used these guys to clean two white sofas in a vacation rental recently. I was hoping they could be cleaned but wasnt so sure. I am glad I went with Genesis over my property managers recommendation as the cleaning came out great and slightly less than the recommendation. The only negative was scheduling was a little cumbersome. -

I recently purchased a building and I found out that the flooring had been maintained for the last 12 years by George Guajardo of Genesis. I called to ask for an estimate of the work and I was quite pleased that they offered just the right solution for my wooden floors. Nothing more and nothing less! And I required other items such as cleaning all of the solar blinds of dust and paint and the caulking of the windows. They did it all!Also, Genesis had the right solution for our stone floors. And all of this work was done immediately! They deserve a five star! -

Cleaned stains on couch, and brought it to like new appearance. Alfredo and his manager (?) were excellent, timely, pleasant, professional, effective, efficient, and with attention to excellence. They were able to use portable equipment for a 5th floor condo (a lot of the companies only use a truck). I highly recommend!! -
