M.Mitchell did a wonderful job. He came out for me same day. I have two dogs and he thoroughly reviewed with me what was needed for treatment. My carpet and rugs smell great and the cleanliness was amazing. I would highly recommend. -

Some places ask for a Google review, but he did not. This is a review on my own. I will definitely be using Generation for the years to come. We have 3 dogs and the carpet was 1.5 years old with some really good stains. ALL were gone when he finished. Michael was very responsive and came out the next day with a great price. Use Generation Carpet Cleaning and dont bother with the big name companies! -

We were extremely pleased with the quality of service. Carpets and rugs were restored to like-new condition, vents were cleaned out and upholstery on two pieces of furniture was completed with excellent results. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them for their workmanship and attention to detail. -

Wow! I don’t think 5 stars is enough! Very responsive in their communication, very professional, very friendly. Their results are amazing and our carpets look absolutely brand new and the house smells amazing!I will be using Micheal and Harold again! -

What a great service!! On time, efficient, friendly, informative and most of all they did a great job!!!! I’m impressed and will use them again!!I had them clean my dryer vent, steam clean my tile floors , clean around the refrigerator and vacuum the air ducts in the house (high ceilings so I couldn’t do it on my own).Great job!!! -

I own a rental property in Fort Worth, but I reside in Houston. Michaels company was referred to me by a friend. I needed the carpet to be replaced in 2 bedrooms. I contacted Michael and he went over to look at the rooms to take measurements. He followed up with me and sent pictures of carpet samples and pricing info. The new carpet was installed in one day. Michael was very professional and responsive in a timely manner. He also checked on information on painting for me. I highly recommend Generation Carpet Cleaning. -

Ive used Generation Carpet twice and have been extremely pleased. They are very prompt and professional, calling 30 minutes prior to arrival. Their prices are fair and they do a thorough, excellent job. They have recommendations on carpet/tile care going forward. They also will clean vents and do restoration after extreme damage. I highly recommend! -

These guys are awesome! Mike has come to my house several times now, and is always punctual, communicates well, and does a fantastic job. Ive used a name brand carpet cleaning co. for many years and paid a fortune. Generation is a great value for what you get. And they are able to get stains out that the other co. couldnt. I cant recommend them enough. -

These guys are fantastic! They came out and helped me understand how to clean my unique upholstery and how chemicals are bad for it. Then they reversed the damage done to the couch from former cleaning people. My couch is all one color and looks amazing! And their prices are competitive/reasonable! -

I dont normally do many reviews, but this company deserves it. --And I am not a family member or friend do this to help them.I just took a chance from googling and looking at reviews. I was plesantly surprise about responsiveness; actually answering the phone, a flexible scheduling. We had a short window to work with between tenants.They were able to complete carpet stretchng and cleaning with wonderful results! ( And this was fairly old carpet)The helpful nature of Mike cannot be overstated. I was working there by myself and he assisted me in turning on the water at the meter (the smart ones look different) and troubleshooting a power issue I had on the hot tub. I know they cant promise that in all situations, but his helpful and possitive attitude and grace was much needed and appreciated!Thank you Mike! -

Our home was built in 1949, we recently replaced the HVAC System and did a complete remodel of the home down to the studs. The home still had that old musty smell. Mike came out and cleaned and sanitized our air ducts. There was a lot of old debris, dust etc. removed. The musty smell is gone and I am sure this will help with my horrible allergies. I have used Mike for years thru our moves . I me Mike when he worked for a local big name company. I was impressed with his professionalism, care and attention to detail so when he went out on his own, I followed him. He is honest, very hard working, professional and a guy of integrity. His work never disappoints! -
