My 24 year old AC went out and within one day Fresh Tech had a new unit installed. I used this company due to the vast amount of great online reviews from past customers.They were quick, competent and extremely clean. They hauled away all of the old equipment that they brought down from my extremely hot attic.Kudos also to their tech Peter who was our initial contact for the job. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable concerning all of my questions. He was a gem to work with!I found their job price to be competitive with the other estimates I received. All round a great experience!

Its snowing in Houston and our furnace went out yesterday. Seems like a pickle, right? Especially with a baby.Nope. We called the company who replaced our two AC units and water heater over the last two years.A guy named Heron was in my attic fixing the furnace within 4 hours and got it operational again. Then this morning he brought equipment to repair it so we could get through the winter storm until we can get it replaced.No extra charge. On a Sunday.Theyve officially made us lifetime (and toasty warm) customers.This is how every business should treat its customers, and its people. B2C or B2B.Getting ahead of problems, finding workarounds, paying appropriately, and not nickel + diming.

Very professional company. Had complete ac/heating system purchased and installed. Alex walked us through the whole process and explained everything during our purchase and install. While saving up to replace our outdoor ac unit, a group of Fresh AC Tech gentlemen came by my workplace for lunch with their polos on, so I asked them for a quote for a specific unit (that we were seeing if we wanted to invest in & install ourselves). They gave us the best quote around, were great customers, & had positive reviews, so we hired them. They came out the next morning within the time window given & knocked out the replacement of our unit within 2 hours with minimal interruption/interference. Bonus: I was impressed with the level of care they give navigating our old & new units through the limited space available to them due to our driveway design. Saved our sanity & time trying to replace it ourselves (which is also why we could tell the quote we received was worth our time). Professional, friendly, communicative, & efficient, with a special shout-out to Alex & Pete. We had our AC replaced over the winter but havent been able to really test it continuously until now, thus the delay in review. That said, were finally getting to enjoy ac again for the first time in nearly a year since our old unit started suffering. Thanks again, Fresh AC Tech!

Technician was knowledgeable and diagnosed the heme light problem and gave me information to submit to manufacturers for warranty. Thank you for quality service.Another visit by Fresh Air Tech Pete! to install the Reme Halo LED replacement. It had to be replaced because the previous one wasnt working because it wasnt wired properly by another HVAC company. see picEssentially Pete was correcting someone else problem/mistake. Pete did his due diligence and research to wire the Reme up to my system properly. Pete explained to me why he used a pressure air switch, he illustrated and even sent me pictures so that I have it for my files. The Reme Halo Led is a good light to use in your system. It kills a lot of bacteria and cleans the air. It is suppose to come on when the air comes on.If anyone is interested in doing extra to improve the quality of air in the home or work shop, I highly recommend the Reme Halo Led and I highly recommend Fresh Air Tech to install and their Tech - Pete is the guy! Thank you Fresh ACI have attached the improperly wired Reme but cant get the air pressure switch pictures to load. Contact Pete at Fresh AC Tech to install.

5. Gabriel was patient, kind, caring, efficient and informative. He carefully explained what was going on my A/C unit and why I needed the new parts. Due to the recent power outages, (Hurricane Beryl and the outage of May 2024), the capacitor was fried. Andy explained how power surges and power outages can affect A/C units. I did not feel like I was being taken or sold something I didnt need. Gabriel also changed my filter since I had a one on hand. Thanks for the service today fellows!😁

Came out quickly for an estimate I requested online. Fixed our AC condensate drain issue (within 2 days of the estimate) that another company quoted us $1,800 for a fraction of that price! They also troubleshot another AC issue and found the previous company that installed our unit 2 years ago didn’t install it properly. They fixed it all for a VERY reasonable cost. Employees were respectful in our home and didn’t leave a mess. Had great preemptive communication when previous job before ours ran little late due to weather. They’ll be our new HVAC/AC company from now on!

Amazing company. After the tech came out and diagnosed the problem, I wanted verification just because Houston summers are extremely hot and this summer is right around the corner, so the supervisor came out and measured the sq feet of the home and made suggestions. All said and done, house now stays cool and the crew installed everything in about 4-5 hours. They will be the company to do my annual check ups for sure now.

Quickly diagnosed the hvac issues in my attic and the outside condensers. I didnt know that there were clogging issues that couldve resulted in major repair. Price was reasonable and the techs were friendly and very knowledgeable. If something doesnt need repair immediately, they wont suggest it. To me that means they are not trying to take unnecessary money from customers. Will definitely use Steven and the company in the future.

My AC went out on Tuesday night, called them at 7 am on Wednesday morning and someone was out at my property by 7:45. Matt the technician was the most helpful. He answered all of our questions and then some. I must have asked the same question maybe 5 times and he answered it without hesitation. Found out our system had been slowly leaking for a while so he gave us the option of either a new system all around or to just basically band aid our current one (which would probably last us a couple weeks, months). Instead we decided to get a whole new system . Install crew was out to my property by 1:45 and out the door by 4. By far the best service in the Spring area. So, if your AC breaks down, I highly recommend you call FRESH AC TECH. You will NOT be disappointed.

If I could give Alex a trillion stars, I most definitely will. He is a genius and a genuine human being, so so down to earth. Something that I thought was a huge problem, which my warranty company had two different technicians came out and were totally unable to determine what was going on, Alex came out and immediately went and switched some switch off and took care of something that caused me stress for months. And eventhough Alex came out and did this and also helped me switched my lights back on after the thunder messed with them the other day, he didnt charge me a dime, WOW! He went over our options and explained exactly what we needed to get the A.C going. Elmer (and another technician) repaired and installed our condenser and evaporator coil. They were punctual and professional as well. Fresh Ac techs are extremely reliable. Since the time of scheduling an appointment at the last minute I was able to get in their schedule for the next day . Which that is a huge plus since our ac was only throwing hot air. They quickly arrived and Alex was great with communication and showed my husband in detail where the damage was. He explained throughly what needed to be worked on and once he got a yes from us he quickly contacted warranty company. He then Scheduled for delivery and the next day they were in my house installing everything. It was at least a 5 hour job which they worked on extremely well not causing me any interruptions. The owner also arrived to take a look at how the installation was going. Very appreciative with them as one of the parts wasn’t going to be available and shipped through the warranty company until 3 weeks from now. Which They did not hesitate to contact the owner and was still replaced by them as they didn’t want us to wait that long. Great customer service provided by the owners and their team. They left our home very Cleaned one it was completed and filled all safety protocols . They go over and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Then, they INSTALLED A BEAUTIFUL NEW TWO SPEED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM, featuring a 5 TON TRANE XR 17 CONDENSER; WITH A MATCHING NEW AIR HANDLER located in the attic. I also got a new TRANE XL824 Thermostadt that looks and works great!! I am so comfortable now, and I am so very pleaded!!! The outside condenser unit is a BEAST and runs very quietly!!!!

The two different technicians that came out were both very professional and very thorough in their explanations as to some of the issues our AC was having to cope with. I also like the fact that I can text the office as an alternative to leaving a vm. Also, there office is open later than most other AC companies. Im having some extra quotes drawn up for other AC work that will assist the long term health of our AC system. At no time have I felt like Ive been dealing with a salesperson type attitude and I dont feel Ive been given any BS advice. Im very happy to recommend this company to anyone else.

Fresh Tech has been an absolute godsend. My husband and I bought our first home in 2020 and trusted someone else to zone our AC. After he completely botched the job, Fresh Tech came out promptly and told us what was wrong, fixed the job, and it was all done within a couple of days.Two years later we are still using them as our point of contact for any of our AC needs. The original zoning board went out over memorial day weekend. I was worried it would be a while before someone could come out. But Fresh Tech sent somebody out within a couple of hours of me calling. They diagnosed the problem and came out the next day and had it fixed within an hour. My technician even offered to put in my new media filters when he noticed them sitting out.Highly recommend! Quality work. Fast response times. And always very professional. They have some of the sweetest techs working for them.Update: August 2023Capacitor went out overnight. And Fresh Tech, once again, swooped in to save the day… And the weekend! They were available within an hour of me calling and it was a 10 minute fix. Our AC died yesterday, and in fact the compressor exploded. So we definitely needed a new unit installed. I called these guys and they had a tech out there within a few hours, and they set up an appointment for the next day (since it was evening already) to install a new unit. About 24 hours after our AC died, we had a new unit up and running. Which was a relief because we have small kids, and they were having a hard time in the heat.They are very easy to communicate with; they text you a link to the quote and appointment time, and let you know when the technician is on their way. And when you call them, they always answer, and they use your phone number to automatically pull up your account. So I would highly recommend them.

We found some mold growing on a couple of our air vents, and it turned out several (not all) of the duct runs from the furnace to the vents had mold throughout (building up for several years likely). Matt performed an inspection and came in with a more competitive quote vs. the other bids I had (driven by more appropriate scoping vs. just replace all air ducts even those that are new and dont have mold in them).The team that came to perform the work...I wish they had done a better job of cleaning some of the mold around the ducts. After they left I was able to take the vent covers off and use a towel with anti-mold liquid on it and it wiped off with ease. Would have been nice if the team that did the work covered that as well although to be fair it wasnt part of their quote / scope of work really and that was understood on my part upfront.That being said I would definitely schedule again. Pleased with the time taken to assess the situation and solution proposed. The office team was proactive calling to follow-up when they realized they didnt have my e-mail address to send a quote / overall very happy with the work performed.
