    I had my nieces come for two weeks and one of them had some accidents in my bed. I have a mattress protector but could still smell a lingering urine odor. I did a quick google search and this was the first company that came up. I started searching their site and figured I might as well try and book an appointment. I was surprised when I was able to book the same day. Cliff Foster came out and was very friendly and professional. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and my mattress looks/smells amazing. Always super friendly, responds to texts/calls, arrives on time and gave a half hour heads up when he was on the way, which allowed me to leave work on schedule.     The service was very good, the company was responsive to all of my texts, the technician was prompt (a couple of minutes early even) and professional, and my carpets look and smell great. However, in my original text requesting a quote, I specifically requested 2 bedrooms, a short hallway, a reasonable sized living room, AND pet stain treatment and was quoted $129. After the service was done and I was ready to pay, I was confirming that the $129 was correct (I didn’t know if there would be additional charges for taxes). The technician advised that the pet stain treatment was an additional $60. I’m not one to speak up, and I don’t know if that is a fair price since I didn’t get any other quotes, so I paid the $189. I just would’ve preferred to know the actual price in advance. Would’ve been 5 stars if not for that.*UPDATE* I was quoted incorrectly due to a miscommunication during our texts but the owner refunded me the difference. Very happy with the overall service I received and will definitely use them again. Changed my review to 5 stars.

    I had the pleasure of having a representative of Fosters come and clean a sectional that was in dire need of cleaning. I friend had recommended a competitor (who shall go unnamed). I did go the competitors website to obtain a quote and was shocked at how much they wanted to complete the task. Since we like to use small businesses when we can, I began the hunt for a small businee steam cleaning business and came upon Fosters Steamers. Since Id never had anything steam cleaned before, I expected to pay about what the competitor had quoted. To my disbelief and amazement, Fosters quoted a price $100+ LESS than the competitor and they were providing all the same services. Of course, I immediately set up an appointment. Today, the gentleman showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job! Unfortunately, his name did not populate when scanning the QR code (like he said it would), so I cant call him out directly. Ill let the management team at Fosters do that. I will definitely be using Fosters again and will recommended them to friends and family.

    I had a crazy awesome experience with the Foster Steamer couch Ani long story shirt the with super patient waiting on my movers to get here and then when my movers got they were superamazing here, they were able to do their job, but then my Movers had some type of issues with some young man that kind to just scam me for my money and left my boxes out in the open in the Foster Steamer couch guys was able and kind to assist me with my belongings they were super amazing incline.
