    After moving to Oklahoma a couple years ago and buying our home, our air ducts needed to be clean. Someone recommend FloodServ. Jared and Cody came out and cleaned our air ducts. What a fantastic job they did. They made sure all the vent covers were put back in place when they were finished. They were very professional, always answering any questions we asked them.     They do fantastic work!We have 3 children, a farm and 4 great danes,We try to schedule our carpets to be done every 6 months or so. Everytime the come out our carpets are like new again. Staff at the office are always so friendly. The guys that come out to do the cleaning are very easy going.Highly recommend!!

    The team that came to fix our water leak problem was most professional in performing the service. They were able to find the leak source and dry the entire wet area. FloodServ’s large inventory of equipment completed the work efficiently and quickly. At completion, their representative made several suggestions and we have a good action plan going forward.     FloodSERV sent a crew to my house to stop water damage. They cleaned the carpet, cut the destroyed Sheetrock from the ceiling, put water release holes in a side wall, sprayed a disinfectant to prevent mold and place fans and a dehumidifier, the first evening.They called and checked up on the drying progress daily.They removed all the equipment when everything was dry.The crew did all this in a very respectful and efficient manner.Thank you Floodserv team for excellent work.     We are repeat customers. Each time they have come out to help us they are absolutely amazing. Every worker is kind , compassionate and determined. We had a pipe leak for multiple day’s unnoticed which caused a awful smell in my house along with a huge water mess, they worked through it to get me set up to where it only took a short time to get cleaned up and the smell we thought would never go away is no longer there!. They were understanding of my situation which is why I continue to use them. We are lucky we have a good company like this in McAlester !

    I am not sure we have ever used a more professional business. We had an a/c leak upstairs, which caused a lot of water damage to the walls and flooring. 24/7 was very responsive and Tony arrived very quickly, much faster than we anticipated. Needless to say, this company is apt, quick and ready to respond to your needs. This crew knows what they are doing and are very knowledgeable and professional. They discuss everything they are doing and do not leave any mess behind at all. I would highly recommend this business.

    Casey & Jared came to simply (what I thought!) clean my parents a/c ducts for the first time ever. Man, was I wrong! What a detailed, fine oiled machine/process those young men have down. They removed all the cover/register deals along with the filter cover panel, took them outside & power washed them, went into every individual opening in the ceiling and thoroughly cleaned each one all the while taking extra steps to protect our furniture, etc from the debris & dust that came out. Lastly, they got into the little closet deal where the actual unit is & probably spent close to an hour in there getting into every nook & cranny possible. The lemon stuff they used to sanitize everything at the end was awesome. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They were amazing and I thank them so very much. Will definitely use them in 3 years whenever it’s time to be done again. THANK YOU CASEY & JARED! Your company should be proud of how you represent them!

    They were prompt to the service call even though, we just needed estimate and to see what had to be done. FloodSERV arrived in just 15-20 mins and they were very nice and professional.     I called this company after 10:00 pm when we found that our hot water heater had flooded part of our house. Even though we live way out in the country over 40 miles from MCAlester, They were here within an hour’s time.     I just had my air conditioning vents cleaned.We have liived in our home 17 years. We have have pets and children, and the vents were barely pushing air through to some of the rooms.Booking the appointment was fast and easy!     Our washer backed up into our house along with sewage and flood serve was very prompt in cleaning up. Our flooring had to be removed and they came out ripped all of our flooring and disposed of it for us . Dried our floors and then scheduled a time convenient for me to come and clean our tiles and cement before we began laying the new flooring. Thank You Flood Serve for a job well done.

    We had an ice maker malfunction and flood a portion of our lake house. Floodserv responded immediately and had a team on site within an hour or so, and this house is a good thirty minutes from McAlester. They had the water cleaned up baseboard out, holes drilled in the drywall, fans and dehumidifiers running within two hours of arrival. Im sure their quick and efficient action minimized the damage saving us inconvenience and repair expense. The team was considerate, reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient and all together a pleasure to work with. These folks are great at controlling and cleaning up the mess. They dont do the repairs but they do provide referrals to other good companies that will. If you have a disaster this is the company to call.

    My husband and I had a flood a couple of days into the new year and we contacted FloodServ at 5:30am that morning and they were at our home working on our house before 8am.     Sunroof was cracked open a little and there was a downpour and water had gotten in floorboard, 1/2 inch or more, Floodserv got my car in quickly, removed seats, carpet and other padding underneath carpet, dried everything out and put seats back in quickly and efficiently. They are the best!!!!

    Floodserv has a great staff. Many folks think they do just flood clean-up. They do much more than that! I myself have used them on my home for duct cleaning.     Our church flooded due to a frozen pipe during Snowpocolypse 2021. After calling the insurance agent, FloodServ was my next call. The dispatcher was so kind and let me know that many other churches, businesses and homes were suffering from flooding as well, but they would get to us as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours a wonderful young man showed up and began helping us remove what was left of the water, as well as spraying a germacide to reduce mold and mildew. Dehumidifiers and fans were brought in as quickly as they could, and we were back to holding a church service three days later, on a Sunday morning. FloodServ was a great blessing to us!

    FloodServ to the rescue. Thank you all at FloodServ, as we were in L.A. when we received a call that our house was flooding from a freeze break in the water pipe. Our external building with a 500 sq ft apartment above it was under 2 inches of water. The apartment was completely flooded and water was running down the stairs. I made 1 call to FloodServ, and 1 to State Farm.FloodServ did the entire job perfectly, removing all effected surfaces and drying out the rest to make sure we have no mold. While removing surfaces, I could tell that they removed only what was required, and left everything they could. They also took the initiative to do this without having to ask my opinion every 5 seconds, as they are confident in what they do.I hope you never experience this type of event in your home, but if you do, call FloodServ and let the pros handle it.     Did a great job cleaning our carpets, but i never received a quote on cleaning my tiles in my house/ they measured the tiles in my house for square footage and said they would send an estimate to my e address, but as of today i have not received an estimated cost to do all the tiles in my house, and they did my carpets Friday / July 21st, 2023
