    The hygienist we used was Anna and she was wonderful. The report came back really big with a lot of wording I didnt understand but Anna took her time to explain everything and walked me through the remediation process. She even talked with our contractor to make sure he did everything the most efficient way to take care of the problem. I would highly recommend them!

    I contacted fixairX to check into some air quality issues we were having. David arrived to observe and do air quality test with his meter.Also he took air samples inside and out. David talked with us about probable issues and then we waited to hear the results. Within about a week Wendy emailed us a mold report. Fortunately, mold was not the problem. We would still need to wait for the final report. Apparently, there was some problem in getting the report to us but we got that worked out with the help from Wendy and Annabell. Annabell spent a good amount of time with us going over the report and making suggestions, which we will follow up on. FixairX is not inexpensive but they do a good job doing reports and explaining what the problem may be.I would recommend this company!

    Wendy was recommended by a trusted, public adjuster that we used in the past. Our home was painted, over a year ago, with toxic, high-VOC paint. Weve been displaced from our home for this same period. We needed to get another opinion on the TVOC levels. A previous sampling and report (from a different company) took a very long time and was quite expensive. From talking with Wendy on the phone, she put my fears to rest on the timing and expense. And then she delivered. Just a few days later, she and her colleague drove down on a weekend(!), performed the testing, and then delivered the initial results about 1-1/2 weeks later. Just in time for an important court hearing on the lawsuit surrounding the home damage. And at much less expense than the previous industrial hygienist. I can highly recommend using Wendy and her company, and look forward to rest of the test results and report. If they are all as good as whats been delivered so far, it will all be 5-star.

    Sense of relief!Oddly enough I referred others to FixAirx before I ever used them myself as I’d heard stellar examples from friends and acquaintances. Something wasn’t right at a new property I was renting once I returned home from an extended stay away (no fresh air exchange while I was gone, either). As I become extremely sick in the presence of water damage and mold, I needed a company that would take an inspection seriously. After a very thorough inspection of the property by FixAirx, no water damage or mold was detected, BUT very high VOCs were (precise source unknown, but guessed to be the new cheap floors and cabinets). Thanks to understanding the reason behind my discomfort in my rental (and having peace of mind that there wasn’t any mold around), I took measures with the new, offgassing floors and cabinets and I’m feeling much better now.     I appreciate the team at Fix Airx tremendously. My previous tenants had pets that urinated repeatedly and shed dog hair throughout the house. Mopping the floor and replacing the carpets still couldn’t effectively remove the odor. Fortunately, Alicia came by and made some valuable suggestions. A few weeks later, Wendy came back and did bio-sanitation on my home. Within a few hours, the noxious pet odor was replaced with a fresh pleasant and neutral smell.     It’s no exaggeration to say FixAir saved me and my entire family’s life! We’d been suffering chronic fatigue and respiratory issues when someone suggested we have our indoor air quality tested and sure enough, our rent house was INFESTED with toxic black mold!We quickly evacuated and escaped a most certain death from the microtoxin poisoning that was proven in our labs, urine cultures and nasal swabs. Our bodies were coated in toxic black mold and were lucky to be alive to talk about it.I will NEVER live ANYWHERE without FixAir inspecting it first! Too bad so many people are so ignorant about the causes and origins of toxic black mold and how to avoid houses that have it, remediate houses that already have it, or build houses with best practices to avoid it.
