    I had a great experience with 1st class Air & Restoration! they were very responsive to my call, diagnosed the issue with my AC unit accurately, and provided a fair price for the repair. I had called out a A/C & heating company for my elderly father in law and that company was taking advantage of him and was going to take $13,000 from him to replace his inside and outside unit and first class air and restoration fixed it without replacing it. I especially appreciated the technicians knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions. They were incredibly professional and arrived on time for my AC repair. They explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly, leaving my home cool and comfortable again. I would highly recommend them!

    Fantastic experience with First Class Air & Restoration! I went with them specifically because of their good reviews, and it was the right choice. We had mold all through our ducts and on all of our supply vents, and we had outdated, inefficient ducts. Everything was replaced to a t, and the guys even pointed out that many of our supply vents had been backwards before, and took the time to install the new ones all facing correctly. They also took the time to clean all our return vents and rinse off our outdoor AC unit. They worked hard, were very courteous and explained everything to me thoroughly (which doesnt always happen to me as a female homeowner). Its been a few months now and everything is still working great. Highly recommend!

    These guys were absolutely amazing! I reached out through Thumbtack. Got a call pretty fast and I knew I was in good hands after speaking with Russell. He was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. They came out next day and Del walked me through process of what would be happening. When the team came out, they were very professional. We were in a time crunch and they worked so hard and diligently to clean mold and fix all the issues we had. Excellent communication throughout the process!

    Five stars isn’t enough! We had been having issues with our heater, and our previous HVAC company wasn’t prioritizing our situation. We contacted Del and he came to check our furnace at 8pm! He was able to diagnose the issue without us breaking the bank. Will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

    Great company! Ducts were cleaned well, and air scrubbers were installed nicely with insulation installed on the outside of the plenum. Very professional team that provides high-quality results.     This is by far the best business we have worked with on our home. We had quite a situation without hvac and this company was fair and quick. The guys always showed up exactly when they said they would. They updated us on progress each day. Responded to questions late at night. They solved an issue for us that multiple other contractors could not. We are so thankful for their work and would use them again for any future needs!

    The reason that I chose First Class was because they could deal with both the mold in the ducts/vents and also throughout the HVAC unit itself. I did not see another local company that combined those two services and I wanted an integrated solution to my problem. After their work, the inspection passed for no further mold.
