The crew was polite and explained things to me as they were doing the repair and replacement of the units. Shawn led his crew efficiently and professionally during the entire installation process. Had a problem with dust and mildew in the duct system. The guys from Extreme were able to clean the ducts and sanitize them. I am really happy with the service and will use them again. -
