The team arrived in a timely fashion and called before arriving. Cleaned the duct leading to the dryer. It was inaccessible due to an elbow joint right at the entry. They accessed it with no problem! Located the attic exit for the vent (which we could not) and cleaned it from the roof. Replaced our enclosures and left them in perfect condition. For a second year in a row, these guys, namely the technician Mr Anastocio, performed as agreed. I found their Groupon for whole house at 3ksqft. He called ahead by an hour for a heads up. I vacuumed my floors and moved light furniture and things so more carpet is exposed. He said my carpets looked good and we didn’t need spot treatments. He didn’t use additional chemicals as this was the basic steam/ deodorizer treatment. My carpets smell fresh and look great. Have exact change available for tax which Groupon does not cover, on a $99 service, I paid $8.16 directly to my tech. See you guys next year.

Just had the crew with extreme clean our carpets and air ducts. I must say the service was great from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and fast, the crew called 30 minutes prior to arriving to our home and inspected the work necessary prior to starting. These guys were truly awesome. I will totally use them again. My carpets were pretty horrible since I have 5 cats and a dog. So a lot of little Kitty puke stains and mud tracking from the dog. They were on time, called in advance to let me know they were coming and did an amazing job in a very quick period of time which is very rare. They have new,, very strong equipment. I have had issues with energy usage in my home, particularly my A/C and its inability to get my home to my desired temperature. I was referred to Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and to simply say they exceeded my expectations would be an extreme understatement. Not only did they find the underlying problem with my A/C (which turned out to be minor and a pleasant surprise), he cleaned my airducts which is important because my children and spouse have allergies. The effect was felt within a few days, as my familys allergy attacks were much less noticeable. I have had a problem with mold coming through my air vents for some time. To remediate, I had 2 other companies come do air duct cleaning before just to have the mold come right back immediately. I was very unhappy and felt like I had been duped both times. I was very nervous and skeptical about going through the process again but had no choice given my daughters asthma and my allergies.I found Extreme through their exceptional reviews on Google and decided to give them a try. When I called, they were able to fit me in same day. Sam and his crew arrived promptly at their scheduled time and were very professional. Sam did a thorough inspection to determine the source of the mold and then presented the pictures and options for me to choose from. One of his recommendations was to install a UV light to prevent future mold growth. His entire quote was very reasonable. In fact it was cheaper than the 2 previous companies and he offered to do even more work. I jumped at the offer. With Sam, I felt he was honest and was not trying to sell me something I didnt need. He and crew did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents and even showed me after pictures for areas I couldnt inspect myself. Every area they worked on was properly cleaned up after they were done. Previous companies left debris all over my furniture and floors. To top it off, Sam was also able to fit me in for some carpet cleaning needs before he left and the carpet looks looks like new. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and now look forward to having a company to call on that I can trust for any future air duct or carpet cleaning needs.

Best customer service! What an awesome company! Ive recently called them after discovering that my home was infected with mold. So scary to find out such a problem. Its a very scary thing to have mold in your air ducts because you can breathe in the mold and get sick from it if left untreated. Sam, the technician, explained everything to me from the growth of mold to how the AC units work. He was very knowledgable, polite, and honest. After a through inspection, he explained what treatments my AC unit needed. The quote came out to be cheaper than what Sears have quoted me for. We had to have the dryer vent cleaned, but the full service, as the pipes were leaking and full of water…those pipes had to be sealed again etc.Anastacio did a wonderful job. He was very polite, professional, listened to the explanations I gave him about what was exactly going on (most other companies didn’t care to hear me and ended up messing things up more until they found out what was really happening…). He explained precisely what he could do and what he wouldn’t be able to do (if it had to be done: the vent exhaust is between the second and third floor). He went on with execution: clean work, detailed, he sealed and even adjusted the pipe better than what had been done by the builder.I highly recommend the company and specially this technician: Anastacio. There are more and more new townhomes built here, and the understanding and cleaning of the dryer vents pipes is not as simple as it used to be. He explained to me that I possibly had a birds nest in the vent. Ive used this company for air duct cleaning.I have 4 A/C units at my house and was looking for a company that could have all the ducts cleaned at my house at the same day.Extreme air duct send over 2 trucks with 4 technicians and they did a wonderful job!!!The guys showed up 3 minutes before the scheduled time and within minutes started the work.They didnt take any shortcuts and you could tell the deference with the air flow and the air quality as soon as they finished.After checking with 3 other companies I learned that the price I paid was very reasonable for the size of my house.Im very happy with the services and the price and will defiantly use this company in the future for all my cleaning needs.

Very professional and friendly staff! We were informed of every step and everyone was so nice. We had all of our ducts cleaned and a UV air purification system installed. Will definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome!! Sunny did an awesome job. Really helpful! I have been trying to get a mold issue figured out and they fixed it honestly. They are the only company I have had out that looked in the AC and actually told me there was no mold in it. Just needed to get it fixed at the vent and they did it for me. Thank you so much

They where great!!! , four different companies cancelled on me prior to seeing there ad on Groupon. I literally purchased my voucher on Groupon Sunday night, I called Monday morning and explained to him my frustrations (which had nothing to do with this company). He asked when would I like my carpet cleaned I said ASAP. He squeezed me in for Monday morning after heading is frustrated I was with previous companies not showing up. Anastacio and yoancy called me 30 mins before they arrived liked the rep said they would do. Once they arrived at my home they was fast, I work from home so I didn’t want it to take up to much time. And before my next client called they was in and out. PERFECT .. 5 stars isn’t enough with how happy I am with there service. Will def be using there services again especially if they send out Anastacio and Yoancy.

The staff of 3 who came to clean our vents were very personable and professional. Unfortunately, our ducts had mold inside but they cleaned them thoroughly and installed a UV light to prevent regrowth. I’d recommend their services to anyone, and will use them again in the future.
