Really appreciate the knowledge and efficiency with which Don and his helper dispatched the cleaning of our ductwork and vents. Couldnt ask for better service. The process left the house with a nice fresh feeling. Didnt know what to expect, but was more than pleased with the result.

Very informative and friendly service! Punctual - even called before early arrival! Was able to fit us in before holiday company! Provided safe, child/pet friendly chemicals for cleaning carpets. Excellent spot care! Every spot was covered twice! Able to clean rugs well! Very impressed! Will recommend and use again in the future!

5 Star Rating For Expert CarpetCleaning:Don Miller of Expert Carpet Cleaning looked very good online when a pipe burst at our guesthouse in a Fredericksburg so we gave him a call. We had, among other things, a 9 x12 Persian Rug that was under water for 2 days! We got Don, who was getting off the plane from a funeral, 1.5 hrs away. His reply was , “Ill stop by my warehouse, pick up my van and will be there ASAP.” Wow- his nationally branded competition had not acted very interested in our dire whole house problem at all. As promised, Don, the “carpet cleaner” arrived in less than two hours.Little did we know that God had sent expert help, not only for our carpet, but also water damage mitigation for the whole mess! On arrival, Don asked who was taking care of the other larger problem and we told him, “national company B” had an estimator coming the next day. His response was to pull industrial dehumidifiers and blowers from his van, with a promise to outperform the competition plus do better job, and charge us less money! He got the job on the spot!Long story made short, Don Miller delivered on all his promises plus some. Once given the green light, he was in and out of our flooded rooms, (and under the house), for 5 days, at all hours, moving machines around for maximum effect and coordinating with the reconstruction crew.I could not recommend Expert Carpet Cleaning (and water mitigation service) any more highly. He was exactly the man, the company and the services that we desperately needed! You will not be disappointed.Jack & Jane Chapman
