Just recently had our old AC/furnace replaced with Evergreen. We went with them because we saw that they had good reviews, but I wanted to make sure ours was included because although pretty good, there are things they need improvement on.The good: The service techs that came out have all been pretty pleasant and respond pretty quickly when we called them. We have had multiple issues with our new AC, so we’ve had to call them out a few times to fix it and they are really good at coming out to keep us comfortable. The company also fixed a mistake they were responsible for (they spilled the contents of the drip pan on our ceiling causing damages to the ceiling). However, this will also get mentioned in the things to improve on.Things Evergreen needs to improve: When the initial tech comes out to survey what needs to be done to your home, PLEASE be very specific on possible issues that may arise. Any HVAC professional that has been in business for a while should have worked on older homes in the past and should tell their prospective clients that older homes will more than likely need updated wiring. We found this out the hard way when our new AC unit kept reversing polarity. (Never happened with our older unit) Had we had known before hand, we could have provided the necessary wiring for the new unit so we wouldn’t have to call the techs out constantly to fix it. Also, it took us constantly pestering Evergreen to not forget about sending their contractor to come out and fix the ceiling when it got damaged. They got it done, but I feel we shouldn’t have had to pester them to get it done.Overall, they were good, but just some things here for them (and you the consumer) to think about when choosing Evergreen.

Highly recommend this company! I had a HVAC safety concern over the weekend and they responded quickly and conducted a thorough inspection of the system to ensure proper functionality. The actual issue turned out to be completely unrelated to HVAC, however the inspection conducted helped us to narrow down possibilities and ultimately resolve the problem. The technician was respectable and took great care in handling the equipment. Again, highly recommend!

Ive used these guys a few times and will continue using them since they are knowledgeable professionals. They are quick to answer and help, the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because when I called they said theyd come at 3 but they showed up 2hrs earlier than they were supposed to. I was out running errands but had to rush home to attend them. Must have been some type of miscommunication with the phone people and the Technicians. But they were still helpful and nice about things.

Technicians always knowledgeable & eager to answer questions. We subscribe to the Comfort Club, which means we get our HVAC system serviced twice a year for a flat rate, plus discounts on parts & emergency work. They make recommendations of work that may be needed, but dont pressure you to do it right away. Office staff is always friendly and helpful, too! I always get nervous moving to a new town and having to find reliable service companies, but I have found a gem with Evergreen!

They fixed our heat pump after the reverse valve went out on us right before the freeze during the holidays. After Christmas our inside unit starting not wanting to kick in and they came back out no problem and got us heating again in less than 30 minutes! Quality of work and the knowledge of their technicians was amazing!! After hours customer service was absolutely terrible. I noticed after coming inside Friday night that the house seemed a little warmer than normal. I noticed that the thermostat was set on 72 but it was already 78 degrees in my house. Knowing that I would get charged an after hour fee at any point if they had to come out Friday night or Saturday morning, I decided to go ahead and call them Friday night to have someone come out. I called about 9:00pm to request someone to come out to fix my AC and the lady automatically mentioned an after hour charge, which I was fine with. She took all my information down and said she would contact evergreens dispatcher and have her give me a call to let me know when someone would be on their way that night. I waited up until 1:00am and never heard from anyone and when I tried to call, no one answered. I received a call from the technician at 8:00am the following morning stating what time he be here to make repairs. When I asked him why wasn’t he able to come out last night when I requested service, he responded that he didn’t get called until 7:30 Saturday morning. I’m just aggravated that the original lady I talked to Friday night understood I was wanting my ac fixed now and not the next day. I can understand if everyone was so busy and I was just on a list but that wasn’t problem. Not sure if it was the after hours person didn’t relay the message to the dispatch person or the dispatch lady didn’t want to mess with it until the next day. I bet if it was her AC and it was hotter than heck outside, she would of made the call. Again, the technician was great and I didn’t take him 20min to fix my problem. The problem is the communication not getting sent to the next place.

We called Evergreen heating and cooling in the morning and had an appointment for that afternoon. The service tech was on time and ran a diagnostic check to see who the outside fan wasnt running and found an issue with the amount of electricity that was reaching the fan. Found that, due to a power surge the evening before, a breaker had been tripped. He solved the problem and was gone within 45 minutes. He was very courteous and professional and discussed with me about the maintenance program they had. We will definitely call them again for all of our A/C needs!

Tim came out to do a semi annual inspection of my units for the first time. He was extremely thorough and brought me his report card of my systems. My units are only 3-4 years old but discovered my upper unit and an issue where the fan had collected a huge amount of dust and debris from the hot humid summer. He suggested cleaning and a UV light to correct the problem. Great service and knowledge in what he does, I couldn’t be happier. I’m actually going to have him come back and clean my duct work as well.I highly recommend using The Evergreen Team!

Very professional and easy to work with. We bought a condominium that had been gutted by the previous owner and needed two new custom air units and ducting throughout the unit. We called Evergreen because we were told they were very familiar with the building. I called a bit after hours and left a message thinking I may get a call the next day. Within a few minutes I got a call from Gary. He was great, very professional and obviously knew what I needed. He ended up meeting with us and with our architect several times and researched the custom units we would need and within a week or so had a proposal and had the units ordered. He answers my texts quickly and goes out of his way to be helpful. I highly recommend this company and Gary in particular.

I called Evergreen a few months ago, as my Air Conditioner was not working well. David came by and diagnosed the problem right away. He was able to get secure the coil and replaced it the next day! He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He also checked to make sure the parts were under warranty. The cost of Freon to the labor was literally 1/3rd of the price with Evergreen compared to LP!! I signed up for their bi-annual plan, and was able to apply savings to work that I needed without any issues. The only difficulty I had was after the work was done, I asked for an Invoice via email and called as well, but never got it. I will ask again in the future. 4.5 stars.

Our AC unit all of a sudden stoped working. I called Evergreen and they had the repair technician at my house in about an hour. Brent came in and checked the unit and found that there was no power feeding the unit. He diagnosed the problem to a loose fuse in the attic unit itself. He tightened that and made sure all the fuses were seated properly. Glad it was an easy fix. Kudos to Brent for finding and repairing the AC in a quick manner. I’ll most definitely use Evergreen in the future for my heating and AC needs.

There was an issue with the heating system that arose due to the shoddy craftsmanship of the builder. Fortunately, Mr. Brebur was able to use his ingenuity to circumvent the problem and provide us with heat through the holidays. They come out when they say they will. Reasonable as far as AC maintenance can be, and when they leave my A/C is working again. Cant ask for more than that. Id recommend them.

Evergreen has gone above and beyond with their services. We moved into a new home and the air conditioner went out, when our warranty was suppose to be there for us, they were not. I called Evergreen, who had someone out that day to fix the problem. A week later we had an leak and they were quick to come out to and fix the issue. I would highly suggest this company if you have any heating and air conditioner issues. Thank you evergreen for being there for our family during this hot summer.
