I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I was skeptical as you can hear a lot of different ideas about how to clean etc. But these guys came in and handled our home with care. I would request Gilberto. He was extremely kind, conscientious and careful. They removed every vent cover, washed them all and then replaced them. I was so impressed with these guys I actually took a few pics. They really really made my wife and me happy the way they did the job. The price was exactly as quoted. The job they did was better than I expected. I don’t always leave reviews. And I’m not getting anything for this review except that they did an excellent job for us and we can feel the difference in our home AC system.Gh

The BEST carpet cleaning company Ive ever used! They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and were extremely informative and friendly throughout the entire process. We actually had a bit of an issue with a couple cushions several days after they were cleaned, and ENG took it upon themselves to order us brand new cushions for our troubles. Customer service at its finest. I will definitely use them again.

Very happy about the results. It is the second time I have used them and they are all about customer satisfaction. Gilberto and Raul did a great job the two times they cleaned our carpets. I will definitely call them again. They charge what they say, no hidden fees or surprises.

I booked this company for a full steam clean and deodarize on my rental property. Daniel was very responsive and professional and communicated very well from the start to end. The technician showed up on the scheduled day, despite driving an hour for the appoinment he was honest to let me know the carpet was beyond cleaning and wouldnt do any good with deep clean. He saved me some money i could use on replacing the carpet. Though i didnt end up using their service entirely i would rate them 5 stars for their honesty and responsive nature.

Great customer service. the owner and employees care about the service he provides. I brought their groupon and they provided amazing customer service. I had an issue with the cleaning and upon hearing of my issue the owner called me immediately and tried to rectify the issue. He resolved my issue and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with their service. I appreciate businesses that value their customers, and i will be referring all of my friends to use ENG.

Carpet cleaning is fantastic and air ducts are clean and mold free.They arrived on time, did what they had to do and it costs me less than some other named brands.Both times my tenants were well satisfied with the service.Would and have recommended them to others.

Weve always been happy with ENG for over 6 years. Just now, we had a dryer vent issue, and they helped us resolve it instantly ON MEMORIAL DAY! They called us back in 5 minutes and the problem was solved in less than 20 minutes on a holiday. We were even 2 months outside the warranty period and they said dont worry about it. I have used this company at least 3 times. Theyre very reasonable and always do amazing work. My other house has tile. I cant tell you how much work it was for these guys. It was all covered under what they quoted on the phone.Ill be using them again!

They did an AMAZING job. Arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. They did not try to sell anything. The price was exactly what I was quoted!! One guy even went on my roof to ensure no leakage. Would definitely use them again. One happy customer😃😃

Had a great experience with them! My sectional was kept in a storage unit for a month and came out smelling not so pleasant. They got rid of all the smells! They were here on time got started right away and we’re very polite! They charged me what they quoted me and no hidden fees. I called around multiple places and a lot of them wouldn’t do it because I live on the fourth floor. ENG had no problems with that and did not charge me more because of it. Overall I would recommend them and would use hem again!
