Great service. I found the coupon in the Valpak for air duct vacuuming. Decided to do it because I have bad allergies, and I wasn’t sure when the house had it done last. First appointment was set immediately after contacting them, then deposit had to be paid before they would proceed. However, once they receive the deposit, the appointment was set quickly, and they showed up to get the job done. There was a slight hiccup as a fuse was blown that affected the air from coming back on after they left, but they wasted no time in sending someone back out (within a couple hours later) to have a look. I would definitely recommend them for your air duct cleaning needs. The guys were very friendly and respectful of my space. They did not have a problem with explaining every step.

Called them since I started to notice mold in some of the ducts. Very quick to respond. Decided to do duct cleaning, Bacterial Cleanse few ducts, and Sanitize horizontal evaporator coil. Employees were very professional. Happy with service but not happy about 3 year warranty. Warrenty is not free. In order to keep the warranty, have to do a bi-annual inspection and “ The cost of each bi-annual inspection is $175.00 per system.” I am blaming myself for not reading the terms and policy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Elite Clean & Restoration for air purification and HVAC services, and I cannot say enough great things about their professionalism and dedication. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations.John, the salesperson, was incredibly customer-focused, personable, and had a great personality. He was very informative and took the time to educate me on various aspects of maintaining my home, especially as a first-time homeowner. After meeting with John, he scheduled my services for the very next day. The team arrived early and ready to work, and their communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, even letting me know when they were on their way.The team that came out to complete the work, Sebastian, Ishmael, and Jordan, was absolutely amazing. During the initial assessment, there were no visible signs of mold or mildew in the original proposal. However, during the HVAC and air duct cleaning process, they discovered significant mold in the HVAC system. At one point, there was a hiccup in the process when they were unsure about some of the pictures and had not received all the necessary information. However, this did not stop them. They immediately got Tony, their manager, involved and shared the situation. Updating this review. I hardly ever leave reviews, but felt it was necessary here. My AC unit was having major issue at night, and it was hot as hell in my house. My 6 year old couldnt sleep and I reached out to this company. They were out the next day first thing in the morning. Gave me a full description of what was needed and didnt try to upsell other stuff like freon, etc..they were honest which is hard to find in this line of work. The price was good, and they fixed everything within an hour. The techs were great, and the rep named Chris was very informative. This AC company is top notch. Great pricing, but most of all great customer support. Highly recommend this place.The update, my ac finally went out with a leak in the copper that wasnt repairable. Dylan (the tech) was awesome and very knowledgeable. I got a second opinion and they were right, it couldnt be repaired. I bought a new unit for a very fair price and they installed it the very next morning. The customer service with this company really is awesome!

I received the service of cleaning the ac ducts for 99 with the AC sweep. I forget what it’s called. I can say genuinely that the staff from the first call to the estimate with Chris and the services provided from Ismail, Andrew, and Juan were very respectful and professional. I misunderstood the contract fee. It’s the service tax, but when I called and spoke with Tony, he clarified and I went back to look at the receipt and it was correct. You will receive calls when they’re on their way and additional estimates if needed to your email with the details of the work and services. I was way overdue for cleaning, but when I did get it, they were honest and luckily my system wasn’t as awful since time has passed more than a few years of cleaning and changing the filter. Thank you again. You can make payments through Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay even. Very smooth and efficient they arrived on time a little early and completed within two hours.

Every team member communicated well and wore masks without my asking, which was important since a member of the household has an auto-immune issue. There was no wait on the equipment, which was particularly impressive for the month of August, the summer heat, and current slow down in shipping and manufacturing. This is a top-notch well-run organization!

Overall, I’m happy with the service that was done, though there were a few minor hiccups.Tanner came out the first day for an estimate and that same day he was able to blow out my primary drain line which I badly needed done - fixed my problem right away. He was very informative and no doubt experienced, answered all my questions. My only regret is not taking my supplies from under the sink beforehand. They got splattered in some gunk - would have been an easier clean had I moved them first, but no big deal.For the duct cleaning itself, I was scheduled the wrong date - also no big issue. The men that came out the do the job were knowledgeable and experienced - answered all my questions and were respectful to my stuff. Also very polite! Even lugged their heavy vacuum over my narrow baby gate at the top of my stairs so I didn’t have to disassemble it which I appreciated. Had some bacteria in a couple of the vents which they didn’t vacuum out but they did address with chemicals.My main hiccup was at the end - Tony had emailed me my adjusted invoice earlier (he was nice to adjust it to the coupon deal I had forgotten to present on the first day) and on that email invoice was a link to pay. I had paid while the men were halfway through the job. My mistake! At the end when his men called him, I was flabbergasted when he started yelling on the phone that I hadn’t paid, all whilst I was actively showing his man my screenshot confirmation - which included a 20% tip mind you. I guess they hadn’t figured out the set up via the email link- so warning to those to verify payment method first before paying through the email link! Otherwise just use Zelle! When I asked to talk to Tony and offered to email the screenshots showing I had paid all was pleasant again. But I just wish he would have let me explain myself first before getting angry and claiming I hadn’t paid :( Hopefully they figure out the payment via their email link and there’s no problems later. That payment is showing as pending through my bank.Regardless of all that, I’m still very happy with the actual service done, happy enough that I’ll probably be a repeat customer, so long as there’s not an issue that arises later. So thank yall for the hard work!

I am giving this company a 4 star rating. The interactions I had were positive. The work done was excellent quality completed in 1 day. They came at the time agreed upon & worked efficiently & professionally. They replaced my inefficient air ducts in the attic, cleaned the blower/coils, & cleaned the clogged up dryer vent (wish I took photo of dryer vent before & after). The new air ducts are R8, who knows what the old ducts are but you can see in the photo the difference. I was surprised how clogged up the dryer vent was, I should definitely get it cleaned every few months. I would recommend them to others for blower/duct/dryer vent work. There is a noticeable difference when I turn the heater or a/c on as there is more air blowing & the house heats up or cools down faster.

When my AC went out I called around to several places to try and get someone out to repair it/look at it. While this wasnt the company that found the problem, they were the ones able to come out and do the repairs asap. They came in and replaced an entire system for me, and when I called (before they came) to ask about also replacing the outside AC unit since it was 14 and on its last legs, they added that no problem. Dylan and Ismael were kind, polite, and helpful. I have 2 geriatric dogs (who think they are still puppies) and the guys were nice to them, too. I usually keep them kenneled when workmen are over but it was 93F inside my house and I didnt think that was fair.Their front office staff were very kind and easy to work with, too, Brittany (Britney?) was kind, and funny and made the process a lot less stressful.They were very affordable compared to some companies who wanted to charge 2x the cost, and the items installed are still under warranty.I appreciate them coming out asap, fitting me into their schedule last minute, and then coming the next morning to finish everything up quickly. I also super appreciate them being on time because not many people are.They navigated my broken fence without making it worse, and made sure it closed up again so that the dogs were safe in the yard before they left.If I need any work done or maintenance done I will be calling them again.

Insulation was put in my Attic today by Mr Joe and Mr Steven who were very helpful in answering my concerns. I did not feel put off as sometimes happens when dealing with repairmen and I being a female. Mr Joe did a great job of taking before and after pics and reviewing them with me! Great price also cause I did compare. They also did great job cleaning up their mess. Not sure about the quality just yet, wait till I get my first real electric bill and I will let you know?! 7:30 this morning & on time, Chris came in and diagnosed my units issue. He worked to remove the blower, as he needed information off the unit, so they could order a replacement. It’s a very old unit but Elite was able to find a new replacement Chris was very helpful & professional & set things in motion to get me running again. Within an hour, the installer arrived to replace and get the unit functioning again. The installer, Dylan & his assistant were excellent. They worked as a team & were able to clean up the system, make the installation & get the unit running soon after. They both worked professionally & were very neat in doing so. The unit was cooling & appeared to be cooling properly. I wanted to commend the three Elite Repair guys, they were very good & informative. We hired them to clean out ducts because we noticed there was a very fine, white dust throughout the house. They told us the best way to go about it and gave us many helpful tips on maintenance that we could handle ourselves in the future. This was my first using Elite Clean & Restoration and I can say most likely not my last using the services. About 3 weeks ago, I scheduled an A/C Tune-up in preparation for the Summer heat. My technician, Chris C., arrived at the appointed time and walked me through what he was going to perform. During the process of testing my two units, he discovered that one unit was returning a value lower than expected meaning that there was a leak in my copper a/c lining. He told me that he had a product on hand that Elite uses that would find & seal the leak. He would also have to recharge/refill the refrigerant in that unit. He then showed me the cost of performing the services but reassured me that he would do all that he could in order to minimize the cost. He told me that Elite and he are most interested in satisfying their customers with the best service at a very reasonable price; Professional. I agreed to the service and Im glad I did. My house is much cooler now and the unit doesnt appear to be working as hard any more; Good quality. Afterwards I checked with some other companies for the cost of similar service and found that Elite was among the best in cost - much lower than a number of them; Good value.I was relieved to know that I wasnt taken advantaged of because of my circumstance. Also, Chris did the work in a fairly short amount of time - maybe an hour from start to finish. Great service!

I was dreading this process after a home inspection report on our new property revealed critical concerns about several elements of the electric air and heating unit. I was able to call on Friday afternoon and get a diagnostic appointment for 8am Saturday morning and by 4pm the same day, I am breathing fresh, clean air, laying confidently under my new vents while writing this review. My technicians, Dylan and Ismel, were punctual, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. They took special care to completely clean every area they worked in and left my new home cleaner than they found it. We were extremely pleased with the ladies who answer the phone they are knowledgeable, courteous and professional giving an excellent first impression of the company we were about to deal with. Our techinicians were Dylan and Ishmael. They found two things the estimator Chris probably should have caught and put in the original estimate, and they found several other things only observable when the HVAC unit was apart for work mentioned in the original estimate. Our technicians were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, explained very well and documented everything well for our warranty. They took us up in attic and showed us the additional problems they found so we could make informed decisions on the additional work that was needed. The estimator was very knowledgeable, answered our questions with excellent detail, worked with us on pricing, as did the owner Tony regarding pricing the additional work needed. They call before coming, the owner talks with you at the end to make sure youre happy with the work. The techinicians were conscientious, would check in with me before they left for lunch and when came back and cleaned up after their work very well. Reasonable pricing for quality job and a pleasure to deal with. Can recommend Elite with confidence. Also we are sticking with them, have a new HVAC company going forward!

John called into the office and explained, and the owner worked with us on the price and made it very affordable. We decided to get the work done, and before John could complete the transaction the crew was here getting ready to work. They were very professional, yet friendly. A difficult balance to maintain, and they were superior at maintaining it. They completed the work very quickly despite my continued interference and talking. It was a very enjoyable experience given the situation. I especially liked that they call the office and speak to the owner before they leave so any possible remaining issues can be addressed. Elite is a great company that has an honest and professional workforce. I rarely leave reviews but this is a company that truly deserves a great review. I had a great service experience with them that is unusual in this day and age in that the technician found a switch had accidentally (or intentionally?) been flipped that forced the unit off. The technician arrived and After checking many things in the unit like fuses, circuit breaker, he found the switch that was cutting off power to the unit and found a way to turn it back on. Another HVAC company was quoting nearly $5500 for repair & parts that was dishonest. Elite saved me from expensive “repairs” that were never required. I will definitely use them again and they will be my go to service company for all my units moving forward. Their quotes were very compelling, service was great and the whole experience was quick and straightforward. They also saved me money and are a honest company with great customer service. What more can you ask for?

I was really happy with the job and my house warmed up quickly as well! Very pleased with the job they did.

I went with this company for air duct because I got a flyer in the mail. James and Sebastian came on time and did an awesome job of cleaning the system and vents. I even had some questions on the chemical they were using. They addressed all my questions and even let me smell their cleaning spray. After work was done, they examined the work with me and showed me before and after pictures, which I was impressed. They also cleaned up any mess and left the working area spotless.Now I did some have initial miscommunication with their sales guy but the manager (Tony) was quick to respond and addressed the issue right away.Overall I would recommend them because of James and Sebastian and also Tony; just be sure to be clear and review the initial work order/quote to avoid any confusion.

Tanner and Dylan were great. I was to have one crew but for some reason I had 2 crews come at different times. I do not remember their names: the first crew came out to clean out the dryer vent; they worked efficiently and fast, but the other crew came hours later. The other crew was to come out a couplehours later. I was house bound all day until 5:30.I feel they were over scheduled and did not arrive the time that was scheduled.The cleanup was inferior. I feel that there is probably a better way to protect the furniture than a piece is plastic. I had trash from the cleaning of vents and white particles on furniture and floor as well on the bed. The floor was vacuumed but not well.Dlylan made a new plenum and was diligent with his work; he was pleasant and knowledgeable and worked hard.Tanner was the person who came and did the inspection to give me a bid as well as explained the needs. I understood all because he was able to explain what I did not understand (plenum). He is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional.I feel the cost was acceptable and the work was good; my main concern was the over scheduling.New vacuum cleaner might help with the cleanup.The old plenum was filthy and full of bacteria; who would have known? Glad the old one was too small and needed to be replaced.Yes, I would hire them again. The issues were really minor. Just be aware the time frame might not be as told due to unforeseen issues and the cleaner isNot great.Oh, I was expecting a copy of the contract when I paid half and when the work was done and I paid the rest of the amount. Did not get either; I do not feel that is best for the customer. I had to call and get a copy and was sent via text; it should have been by email. Crew came in, didn’t wear shoe coverings, attempted to vacuum up after themselves but left a layer of dust behind on the floors. They covered beds and the couch but everything else was left to be covered in dust while they vacuumed. Maybe this just shows how dirty our ducts were? It’s an old home that we just purchased. Although- I had assumed there would be some sort of seal around the duct and the vacuum to avoid everything blowing out everywhere while they cleaned. I spent two hours dusting, vacuuming and mopping my home after they left. Also had to wipe down all doors, walls, and baseboards because these were also covered in dust.I contacted the owner, they responded and called a day later after I had already cleaned up after them. He couldn’t offer anything other than coming in to clean up better after themselves, which I repeatedly needed to remind him that I had already done.They said they’ve NEVER had an issue with leaving dust behind before. Not sure if others just didn’t mind the extra clean up or if they just had a bad day.After messaging with Tony again he was able to offer me a 13% refund.

Chris did a great job explaining the process and reviewing our options. We were able to get service the next day on a Saturday which was great because we work from home. The crew assigned to our home was Dylon and Ishmael who were awesome. They checked the entire house prior to starting. They covered everything as they moved from room to room and were very clean. In fact, I’m pretty certain our floors were cleaner after the work and service than before! They had noticed water flooding out of my neighbors house through the garage and front door. I located the cut off switch and they turned the water off. These guys were professional from the very beginning. My AC went out this morning and I called Elite at 7AM. Before 8AM, the first representative was at my house and we determined that the unit (now 20+ years old) had significant problems. They offered to repair, but cautioned that based on the age, the repairs may only be temporary. They quoted me a new Lennox unit and I was quickly convinced that was my best option. In less than 5 hours, beginning with my initial call, my new unit was installed, quickly cooling my home. Their work was professional, and they were pleasant to do with. We purchased an older home that required significant repairs to the HVAC/duct system and to the attic in general. I initially got five bids (it was a big job and I wanted to make sure it was done for a fair price by a competent crew).The work included removing/replacing old duct system with all new ducts and connection boxes, replace both supply/return plenums as well as transfer box, add dampers, install new filter box, replace flue pipe, rehang/lift/level HVAC system, install air purification system, sanitize attic, install insulation, install attic tent, and repair/connect damaged dryer vent in the attic.John came out to do the bid for Elite. He was friendly but was definitely a salesman. I provided him a few quotes that I had already received and he said they would beat all of the quotes and do everything that was being offered by the other companies and more (I was skeptical). The bids from the other companies ranged from $13,800-$21,000 and Elites came in at $14,500 (Elite’s was the lowest bid before receiving the final and lowest 5th quote).Originally, I was going to go with the 2nd highest bid which was closer to $16k. I really like the tech that came out for them. However, he was over a month out and I couldnt wait that long. After going back through the remaining bids, I was stuck between Elite at $14.5k and Bacon at $17.0k (I should mention Bacon originally quoted $21k but came down to $17.0k after showing them the other bids). However, even after coming down they were offering less than Elite for $2.5k more. Elite was including a better air sanitizer (REME Halo vs Air Scrubber) as well as thicker blown-in insulation (R49 vs R38).Before I made my decision, I called Elite and spoke with Tony (owner) and asked to meet the crew and have them draw up plans for the new duct system. He sent Hunter and Daniel out the next day and I was impressed. Hunter is experienced and very technical/detail oriented as is Daniel. They drew up the new duct plans and we went over what exactly they would do to fix all the issues needing repaired. After them, I felt comfortable moving forward with Elite and scheduled the job.From start to finish the Elite team working in my home was great. Hunter and Daniel are a great team and very professional. I worked from home the week they did the work and checked in at different points and they were always happy to walk me through what they had done and what they were working on next. Several other Elite members showed up to work on different parts of the job and all did good work and were professional. The only hiccup in the work was one of the team members accidently tripped and cracked a ceiling drywall panel. He came to me right after it happened and let me know about it and that that they would get it fixed. I really appreciated the honesty and that they repaired it the next day.All together Im pleased with the work done by Elite. They got an old messed up attic up to par for a fair price. My only complaint was miscommunication issues between Tony (owner) and John (salesman) about the quoted price and what they were doing. The other bids all included installing attic tents and baffles which were discussed with John at the initial quote meeting. However, later when it came time to install these items, I was told by Tony they weren’t included (even though the attic tent was written on the bid contract). However, Tony did offer to install the baffles if I purchased them (this added $200 to the job cost). Also, he called back later the same day to apologize for the miscommunication and offered to install the attic tent at no additional cost and honored the contract.In the end, I got exactly what I wanted; a properly installed HVAC/duct system and well insulated/sealed attic for a fair price done by a professional crew. My only pointer would be to make sure everything sold by John is approved by Tony to before you start to avoid the miscommunication issues I ran into. But overall, I would use recommend Elite and use them again without hesitation.

This company is definitely A1, the Inspector came out John very friendly and informative. Provided a thorough understanding of all I was getting. Then the cleaners arrived, very professional, and courteous. They were able to get it all done in a lil over an hour. Great conversation. Great people. Great service. An AC company you can trust. I had 2 other companies give quotes without really checking to find the problem. They spent twice as much time searching and came back at 50% of the cost. Had ducts cleaned as well. Very thorough. Ownership great follow up too. Made sure In was satisfied!!! Tanner is the best. Joe and Jay great with duct work.
