    Mark was my technician, and as he came into the house he was friendly, super professional and respectful of my home. He was quick, thorough, cleaned up after the service and never once tried to do any of the high pressure sales tactics that Ive endured before.I will be using EcoDuct for any maintenance or services I need in the future, and I highly recommend you do too!

    Mark in Georgetown was great! He arrived on time, and before doing anything, he explained what he was going to do. While working on the ceiling ducts, he even replaced the filters I provided, which saved me time later on. There was no mess left behind and the job was completed in about 3 hours. Now my wife and I can breathe air with less allergens and have a cleaner home. We highly recommend Mike and Eco Duct Pro.

    Mark from Eco Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job! Not only did he clean my ducts thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond when I was dealing with a lingering issue from a previous industrial chemical cleaner that was from my car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and provided practical solutions to help me clear out the harsh smells and residues. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly approach.     I just moved, and had Mark clean the dyer vent in my new home. There was s lot of lint , and he did a fantastic job getting it out. He also checked the attic vent pipe for me. I highly recommend this company.

    Mark recently cleaned our dryer vents. I noticed a difference immediately with our dryer efficiency. We have a new model dryer, but before the cleaning, loads would always come out damp after a dry cycle. We’d have to run a load 1.5-2 times to get the clothes completely dry. After the cleaning, it only takes one cycle and everything is 100% dry. It also gives me peace of mind because we have 3 dogs & I worry about the hair & lint build-up causing a fire. Mark was so personable, professional, and fast! We hired him to clean our HVAC ducts next.

    I am very happy with Marks work! The house had never had its ac registers/vents professionally cleaned since 1969. He cleaned all of the vents. He helped screw in 2 screws for a metal plate in the AC closet that I could not do since I could not reach it. I will definitely use him again and tell my friends/relatives about his company.

    Mark is great! I had 2 other companies come out & “supposedly” cleaned my dryer ducts. I continued to have problems with the dryer. I found Mark, he assured me he would find the problem. He explained everything he was doing and showed us a few of the actual vents and before and after photos of the return ducts. He explained it in terms we could understand.
