Referred by a friend and it was not a disappointment at all! Ecoclean did an amazing job at my restaurant and they showed professionalism when they arrived! Great workers and honest! I have used many small companies that does the cleaning, but they only just clean the outside just for show and does not clean the ducts and fans. Ecoclean cleans it inside out! Awesome job and will use them again! They keep their word!

Ecoclean has been out to clean my hoods twice now. We inherited a vent hood from a previous tenant that was very greasy and dirty. They came out the first time and did an outstanding job. I had them come out six months later and the hood, chimneys and roof fans look brand new.I would recommend Ecoclean to anyone that needs hood cleaning or servicing.

Ecoclean is the best and ONLY hood cleaning company worth using in Houston!! Been in restaurant biz for over 30 years and seen a lot of shoddy work but not with ecoclean! they get up in there and make sure its clean and in good working order.

For years the company I work for has used one of EcoCleans competitors to clean our vent hood in our corporate kitchen. However, this year, the salesperson of said company came out, without notice to bid on our new facility, despite my asking for a phone call or email to establish an appointment. Afterwards, I had to continuously prompt the sales rep to send over the quote and to get on the schedule. However, the rep set an after hours appointment, despite telling him the hours that I needed the work done. When I told him about this, he said, okay, I will see what I can do, but there will be a 20% surcharge for performing the services during the time frames in which I had discussed with him during the walk through.When I received this communique about the up-charge for the services, I immediately began searching out another company that could not only quote, but perform the needed services within a very short time frame. I found EcoClean USA and reached out to Craig.He was so knowledgeable about the equipment that he gave me a quote, site unseen, over the phone. His crew was out to the establishment when they said they would be and were very professional. They were efficient and hard-working and cleaned all of our equipment better than the competitor has ever done.Would I recommend them? Without a doubt! Craig and his team embody customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

I own Fire Co, a fire protection company servicing the Greater Houston area. I have used and recommended Craig for years. Unlike the majority of vent hood cleaning companies, EcoClean will clean the important parts of your vent hood that you normally will not see (behind the grease filters or plenum and the ENTIRE duct). These 2 areas are where you need grease removal the most to prevent your kichen from going up in flames. Hood cleaning is not cheap and the old adage you get what you pay for most definitely applies to vent hood cleaning companies.

I had ecoclean come to my establishment and clean my vent hoods today 6/20. Hard working men that are out in the sun and on the roof, doing a job I couldnt do. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is where they place there tools that they used, and if the company provides there own trashcans. The tools have chemicals on them and they placed them on top of a prep work table, the trash cans I just asked them to spray them out. I had to call one of my girls to come in 30 minutes early in the morning to wipe down everything. I cant have them make food on a table where they placed a broom that had chemicals on it. Overall, they got the vent hoods clean.
