The original builder made a mess of my HVAC system, I was loosing air, the house was not cooling and you can imagine the extra cost. Due to wrong sizing and wrapping of the pipe system, I had moisture entering the system and formed black mold. I called ECO Duct. He explained everything that was wrong with my system and worked me through all the options available. He went ahead and cleaned up my air duct, replaced drained pan and all other components destroyed due to the unprofessionalism of the original contractor. He also installed the UV light to ensure there will be no mold ever!! The air quality in my house is greatly improved and I actually have cool air coming into my bedroom for the first time in 4 years. I am impressed by the crew’s professionalism, expertise and care. Don’t hesitate to use them. Martan and crew are truly effective!

Mateo arrived with his crew and immediately began working. He was friendly and professional and kept checking in with me throughout the day to let me know his findings and how the job was going. During install he cleaned out HVAC with hospital grade cleaner that prevents mold growth and he installed a UV light as an extra defence against mold growth. It was a big job and took longer than we both anticipated. His crew worked past 6pm to make sure the air ducts were completely installed so my family and I could turn the heater back on overnight. Before he left for the evening he also cleared out our dryer vent as an extra gesture.When he came back to replace the vent plates he asked us our preferences and comfort level to adjust the airflow in different spaces throughout our home. We appreciated that extra step very much. He also recommended that we replace our emergency drip pan as it was rusted and could cause a leak at any moment. Hes even going to install a trip switch on his next visit as our unit doesnt currently have one. Overall we had a good experience with Mateo. Hes very knowledgeable, pleasant, made needed recommendations and backed the work he did on our airducts with a five year warranty. Hes definitely going to be my HVAC guy, and I happily recommended him.Thank you Mateo! Im sleeping better knowing my family is breathing cleaner air.

Matan and his crew were great! Friendly, competent, professional and efficient. They did an all-day job of cleaning my ducts (2 systems) and even went “above and beyond” by installing a new box at no additional charge. I was so satisfied that I tipped the crew $200 and bought them a pizza lunch. Highly recommend.
