I’ve been a lifetime customer of Canards A/C service in Benbrook Texas. When I called for my winter check I called Canards, the phone was answered as Canards. I received text/emails from AC/don rite. Now this survey is by Eastin Heating and Air. Very confusing. Service rep tells me that they bought out Canards. Service truck said AC/don rite. So I guess I’m giving a survey on AC/don rite. My service rep did a good job and explained what his observation of my system was. I have not received any follow up report/service needed as promised. Only recommendation I have is that there should be upfront understanding of what company is being hired. I’ve been ripped off before by shady AC company and when I find a company I trust and do business with for many years that’s who I call for repeat service. Would have be nice to receive something from Canards or whoever purchased the company instead of acting as if I was calling Canards. Again good service from company that came out but not really good business practice.

My repairman was prompt and knowledgeable. Made the repair quickly and informed me that it was working but working harder than it should. Recommended an additional part that would take the stress off the compressor but did not try and push the sale. I told him to do what he would do if it was his house. He replace the part and the total amperage that the unit was pulling dropped considerably. I appreciated the honesty and not hard sale tactics. My house is nice and cool again and running better than ever. Also got early next day service. Thanks again.

He is friendly, professional, careful, and complete!His thoroughness in checking everything identified a dead run capacitor in the outside unit that I would never have suspected to be a problem!Jeff talked me through what he was doing and taught me a lot about my system. He was able to quickly identify what was working properly and as he did that told me what numbers and conditions he looked for as normal so we both could see what was abnormal.Jeff was quick, complete, professional, and friendly as well! Spencer and Derek are rockstars. the whole team every time that I work with you guys I get great results and the job well is always well done. the cost is fair but most importantly when they show up their professional and friendly, I don’t need to use any other service when it comes to my AC. I think one issue is that Spencer is an OU fan but that shouldn’t affect your rating! He is a great guy and does an excellent job. 🤣🤣🤣

I had an issue with a clogged condensate drain. Derek did a professional job and cleared it downstream and by going beyond the call of duty, opened the cooling coils cabinet to check the primary drip pan. It had some white algae around the discharge pipe which he used a wet vac to remove it. He also inspected the supply plenum which had some mold growing in it. He suggested installing either an ozone generator or UV light. He will send me link information for both.

Very professional!They called me (a past client for a failed AC unit) and offered to perform a free inspection on our systems. We have a primary central air unit, and two mini split systems in our addition.The night before their arrival, one of the mini splits stopped cooling. They performed the service and were able to get our unit back up and running.We also decided to sign up for routine service moving forwards. Definitely a good option to help prevent system failures in the Texas heat!If you need anything, don’t hesitate to call these guys!

Been disappointed twice. Tech forgot to reconnect all thermostat wires last spring, and had to get a service call during a very cold day in the fall. They didnt charge me for the fall service call, but were going to at first. Called again this spring for routine check and explained that I had a mini split that needed service as well. The tech showed up without proper equipment to check refrigerant levels in the mini split, so I had to call another company that knew what to do. The tech that came out this spring spent time trying to figure things out with the mini split, but I dont believe was used to servicing them. He did give me some advice on making a repair on my main system, which was appreciated. A mixed bag so far with the new ownership of Eastin air.

Best HVAC experience ever! Had to call out Eastin Air for an incredible experience! We have a dual zone heat pump with a zone control board and our furnace stopped working the day before the temp dropped down to 40’s. These guys diagnosed a complex system and troubleshooted over 50 wires and identified a short in the system and fixed it ASAP!These guys were extremely kind to our 5 year old son, professional, timely, communicative, and super fair on pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing/cooling help!

These guys are amazing, twice-over! I called back in January when my heating broke while I was on maternity leave - my baby was 1.5 months old and we were freezing! Second time Mesquite Heating and Air came through for us was a month after we listed our house for sale in the middle of summer, the A/C stopped working (they had done a summer service on it a month before to make sure it was working well). On a Sunday, they told me theyd go out first thing Monday morning and check things out. They fixed it quickly, and we didnt have to go all the way out to the house. I recommend using this company, they know their stuff!

While I truly appreciate everyone at Eastin for their professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, and so forth, I would like to give a special shout out to Curtis. Last week, our AC stopped working for most of a day. It started working again just as suddenly as it stopped. I called Friday, explained the situation to Curtis, who advised he would put me on the calendar for Monday for routine maintenance and then proceeded to provide more - a guarantee that if the unit stopped working again over the weekend, he would personally come and get it going so we wouldnt be without during the long, hot weekend. It wasnt needed - thankfully - but it was great knowing he was only a call away. Thank you!!

Mark is an old friend of mine. He installed this a/c unit himself. All I asked for is to replace the condenser fan motor and all they want to do is sell me a new a/c system. The a/c works wonderful but the condenser fan motor is going out. All I want to fix is the fan motor.This is an update. A little misunderstanding but all is well now. Josh came out and replaced the fan motor and everything works perfect.
