    Wonderful! The Duct Doctor came to clean my dryer vent. Im sure it hadnt been cleaned over twenty years! When I asked about the process, Ryan explained it in detail. It was nice knowing he was so knowledgeable in the work. Jonathan was so helpful in cleaning the dryer vent. He even fixed my attic light chain better.     Jonathan and Ryan cleaned my downstairs ducts on 11 October 2024 and did an excellent job. I was having a musty smell from my brand new downstairs HVAC unit and was concerned I had a duct leak in my crawlspace. Jonathan discovered that I had a bit of insulation blocking the drain in my unit and I had a puddle that was causing the smell. He flushed that out and cleared the clog while setting up to clean the ducts. Its now been two weeks and I am sleeping better than before the cleaning. I appreciate all the time and effort these gentlemen spent resolving my duct concern.

I have a toddler who likes to pull up the vents, these young men took the time to secure each vent so it couldnt get pulled up so easily. The work ethic is impressive.     I had a dryer cent that was fairly clogged and needed to be cleaned. Duct Doctors was able to fit me in the same day and had the job completed very quickly.     Cannot reccomend these guys enough for getting your ducts cleaned. So easy to work with, friendly, professional, and very good at what they do! We had mold in our system and dont think itd been cleaned in years...Duct Doctor crew came, scrubbed and vaccumed them out, then flooded the system with an antimicrobial to take care of any residual mold. The air quality in our house is SO much better! They also did a great job cleaning the return vent covers which also had mold on them. They were here and gone in less than 2 hours.Pricewise, they were significantly less expensive than anyone else that gave us a quote. Cheaper without any sacrifice to quality.

    Just got our air vents cleaned out by Duct DoctorUSA of Huntsville. They did a great job! 1/2 the price of a competitor in town. The guys were awesome! The did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They taught me ways to help my air conditioning with its performance. The found three very dead field mice dead on the heat coils and removed! And an extra bonus, they were awesome with my dog! A great experience. So glad that my house is clean in the parts I can’t see now!

    I have a 2 children that suffer from asthma and they haven’t had any issues since this service. Before Duct Doctors came I had to use the nebulizer almost every night for them. They were very informative regarding the service being provided and next steps to maintain the air quality after they left. It’s been over a week and I haven’t had any issues since they left and can tell the quality of air is 1000% better.

    They were timeline and professional. Went over every detail of what I was dealing with and how it could affect my family’s health. They went above and beyond and took completely out some of the vents near bedding and power washed the full unit and reinstalled as opposed to just wiping them down while in place.     I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Duct Doctor company. The person I talked with on the phone was very professional. She asked a few simple questions about my HVAC unit and then gave me a quote for the service. She scheduled the service for me The techs arrived on time. They wore protective shoe coverings while in the house. It took them about 2 hours to clean my HVAC ductwork and vents along with my dryer vent. They shared before and after photos of the work. Excellent job!

    Absolutely amazing. My duct work IS 70 YEARS OLD !!!! And worse than the age, it was set in a concrete slab in 1957. So the duct work has concrete tunnels.Anyway, I just bought this old house and Im so glad I hired the Duct Doctor. WOW.They completely cleaned out the nasty old duct work with lots of spider webs that interefeared with optimum air flow that didnt help my utility bill at all.They took before and after pictures which are amazing.I had thought about trying to do the job myself, but after I saw how much work they did, i definitely made the right decision.They also cleaned my air return area and all my duct work register vents in each room. Also, they completely cleaned up my very dusty and nasty air return grill. Wow !!!!I do think their price is reasonable especially for all they did.Its your health.     Wow! What a difference in air volume after Duct Dr. came to do our vents. My home is 30 years old and had never had the duct work cleaned. Our air conditioner is older, but it had struggled the last 2 summers to keep it cool enough. I have already turned the thermostat up 2 degrees. We are getting so much more volume of air. My unit does not run for near as long when cooling. This alone makes this a great investment.Then add in the professionalism of the techs. The tips they taught me to help out my unit. They were extremely clean while in the house. I would recommend Duct Doctor to everyone!!

    I cant give these guys enough stars! They were actually early for the appointment (after calling to make sure that it was okay) and really took the time to explain what they would be doing! They were knowledgeable and efficient and left our ducts looking better than new! Weve had our ducts cleaned before by other companies for less money but they didnt do nearly as good a job as Duct Doctor! It was amazing how much better the air quality in our house was after they finished. I recommend Duct Doctor with NO reservations!

    The two man crew texted that they could come a little early if that was OK, which it certainly was. They did a thorough inspection and then a very good cleaning job almost entirely from the outside. Then they vacuumed up the ejected lint that was on the ground. I was impressed overall and have recommended Duct Doctor to my daughter who has to run her dryer two or three times to get her cloths dry. I will certainly have DD back every two years to repeat the cleaning process.

    The Techs that came to my house were friendly and very informative. They were in and out and spent time giving me some advice about the smell of dog urine in the foyer. They discovered a problem that some renters had caused me without my knowing it and resolved the problem the day they came out. My thermostat is no longer running 24/7 without ever turning off.     Great Customer Service! I called to have our dryer vent cleaned out and talked with Glenn, very nice and helpful gentleman. He scheduled our appointment for the next day at 11:30, he and his crew showed up early and got the job done in a timely manner, plus cleaned up all the lint off our roof and ground below. And yes I said Roof.... they went up to our dryer vent that is on our roof, most companies I called wouldn’t go on the roof.     Very happy with their work on clearing our dryer vent. They explained the process ahead of time and they pull everything out from the top of the vent pipe on the roof, using a vacuum system, so it is a non-intrusive event inside our home.     I’m so glad I called the duct doctors! My house was built in the 70’s and has never had the ducts cleaned! I had weeds growing my ducts, spiders nested in there it was so gross!!     Thoroughly cleaned our ducts. They used a huge commercial vacuum and truck connected air compressor. Not sure if it was because of the location of our unit, they did bring the huge vacuum inside so there was some dust that came out in that closet. Overall pleased.     I scheduled an appointment with Glen to get my air ducts cleaned and James and Blake came out to get the job done. We had just moved into a new place that had lots of debris and droppings in the vents. James and Blake worked countless hours to make sure they got as much of it out of my vents as they could and were polite and respectful every step of the way. They worked diligently and answered all of my questions. They even cleaned the coils on my air conditioning unit! I would recommend them to anyone needing an air duct cleaning.     I own a property management company, one of the number one causes of house fires are due to dyer vents.     My dryer vent/duct became completely plugged with lent, rendering the dryer virtually useless. Called Duct Doctor, they were on the spot within two working days, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The duct was unusually long(30 ft +/-) and included a 90° turn. They eliminated the turns and cleaned the duct, removing copious amounts of wet lent which was producing the obstruction. This resulted in excellent flow through the full length of the duct. Pleased with the quality of Duct Doctor’s services as well as the very reasonable price.

    My recent experience with Duct Doctor in HSV was excellent!! James and his associate were outstanding. Importantly: my wife and I could tell that the air environment in our house was improved. Air smelled better. In addition, James pointed out several flaws in my duct system that I had not noticed before and gave recommendations on how to correct. Best one is that there were some gaps in my floor vents that was allowing musty air to escape from crawl space. I made those repairs the next day and already can tell the difference.     James and his Asst. did a great job explaining as he was going along what he was doing. House smells so clean. Also did the dryer and said more people should do this because of fires. My vent is crooked and the stuff gets caught more so then vents on the side of the house. Thank you Duct Doctor.
