    Jason was on-time and very informative about the service. He didnt mind me being under foot as he went about his task of cleaning our house dryer vent. It was a mess! Once completed, our dryer was much happier and the dryer cycles were much more effective! We would recommend their services!

    Last year, I hired Dryer Vent Wizard to clean the vents out of my new home after I noticed my brand new dryer wasn’t drying our clothes properly. They cleaned a fire hazard in waiting out of my vents, and my drier immediately started drying efficiently and effectively. This year, during an annual check, Jason confirmed my vents were still clean, but my roofers had installed the wrong type of vent when my roof was replaced in January. That wrong vent is yet again another fire hazard in waiting. My roofer is outside at this minute fixing for free and with a host of apologies for installing a non code compliant vent.in the first place. With three children in my household, including one with special needs, I’m so thankful that Jason alerted me to a silent danger in my home. I plan on contacting him every November to confirm the safety of our dyer vents.

    The technician Jason arrived on time. Greeted me in a friendly, professional manner. He explained the work to be done. And preceded withe the inspection. When that was completed, he again explained the work that was needed to be done, and the cost.Jason went to work and kept me informed of every step of the process. When the work was completed, he went over all the repairs, and showed me pictures and video of the before and after work. I’m 100% pleased withe the job done.     Oh my goodness...I cant say enough good things about Dryer Vent Wizard of Humble. Greg Abbott and his assistant, Justin showed up promptly at my son/dils home. They cleaned out the extremely clogged dryer vent ducts but were unable to do diagnostics on the dryer because it was not in working condition. They told us that when the dryer was replaced that they would come back and do the diagnostics at that time with no additional charge. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They were also reasonable for the amount of time and the job that they had to do. After that job, they came to my house to do my dryer vents.Many people do not understand the danger that clogged dryer vents pose to homeowners. House fires can easily start due to clogged vents.     Highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizards! After going back-and-forth between various dryer repair companies and duct cleaning companies, they were the only ones that figured out that my dryer duct was too long and wasn’t able to push out all the moisture and lint. The Owner, Greg Abbott, personally took care of our problem by Installing a special fan within the duct that increased the output and efficiency of our dryer. Now it works like a charm!     OMG!!! As a homeowner you have to be aware of the maintenance service that is needed for your household appliances. Didnt realize that I needed to really have my dryer serviced, so Im happy that I was able to come across this company to combat my drying issues and vent being clogged.     I contacted Dryer Vent Wizard about cleaning a short dryer hose on an outside wall. I was concerned about the separate service call fee but the owner promptly responded to my message and we agreed on a time for the work to be done and an acceptable resolution for my concern.When he arrived, the owner & technician, Greg, advised me of a safety situation with my current hose and vent cover and I was happy to have him change out these items. He additionally showed me what to do to keep these clean on my own in the future 👍🏼Most people do tend to wait on cleaning the dryer hose until it becomes a fire hazard.     We recently had Dryer Vent Wizard repair our dryer duct. It had been plugged for quite some time and two other service companies were unable to clear it. The design was not efficient and we had no good options for rerouting the ductwork. The Dryer Vent Wizard guys patiently traced the line, worked to unplug it and finally had to replace a section that was totally blocked. They did the work with limited impact on our drywall (two small holes), cleaned up the worksite and instructed us on how to best service the ducts. We are completely satisfied with the work Andy and Angel did and will recommend them to anyone with dryer duct issues in the future. Great job.

    Wow!!!! I can dry our clothes with only one cycle now!!! Our dryer and vents were almost completely clogged until AJ came and cleaned them out. Before the service our air flow was only 2mph.
