Absolutely an amazing experience with the Dryer Vent Squad!They got a bunch of lint out of our vents, they removed a mesh screen the builder had put it in that was actually not supposed to be there, and they got us a new fancy hose for our dryer since our old house wasn’t up to par.They were thorough, professional, and very kind and pleasant to be around. The best part is, they are a small business and the owners are amazing human beings. So glad we had them come out and service our dryer vent.

Excellent! We had a problem with our dryer vent and our dryer was not drying clothes after multiple cycles with high heat. We had several other companies come look at it and were unable to fix it. With one call to Dryer Vent Squad, they came out quickly, identified the problem, and resolved it. They were able to fix the current problem and put in a permanent fix so that we would not continue to have issues. They have become the company we will call for all dryer vent issues.

I literally washed and dried all 4 of my comforters within 3-4 hours as before it would take almost all day to dry one. Dryer Vent Squad cleaned my vents this summer and did a fantastic job, after my roof was replaced recently, the dryer stop getting hot, I called Dryer Vent Squad and they came on the same day and fixed the problem. As a regular customer it was a free house call and potentially saved me from buying a new dryer due to the roofer not removing the screen so the lent could exit from the vent. Highly recommended.

Dryer Vent Squad responded quickly to our call. They came with a better quality replacement vent fan, and they cleaned out 20 years of accumulated lint that the previous owner had accumulated. They also figured out that the power to the fan was fed off the furnace circuit so that in the future we know what to shut off if we need service. We plan to have them back yearly for preventative maintenance. Their pricing was very fair. We are glad there is a company dedicated to this sort of specialty work!

Mike came out and quickly diagnosed our dryer issue! Apparently a construction crew had squished our vent hose. And to confirm that was not the only issue they cleaned and checked out the vent through the attic and found the top of the roof vent had been blown off in a storm. My point is, they are so thorough! I found out, after I moved in, that much of the work had not been done properly, including the dryer hookup. This made me nervous about it causing a fire. Dryer Vent Squad fixed all of that. It looks better than I imagined it would. I feel safer too! They were true professionals from the start. They quickly responded to my inquiry. Mike and Roark with Dryer Vent Squad of Katy do business the right way. I saw their nicely kept van driving down the road months back and took a picture in case I ever needed service. Fast forward to this week when we just moved into a new home and the dryer vent was so clogged that our new dryer would not even complete a load due to lack of venting. I found the picture I took and called to set up service thinking it would be a few days before I could have someone come out. Mike (the owner) answered the phone and told me he could have Roark come out same day to fix us up at a very fair price. Roark called when he was in route to my house and I informed him that my wife was at home alone with our four young kids but he was welcome to go and take a look at the vent. He confirmed it was okay to enter without myself present. Roark cleaned out the vent, installed a better vent hose so I could scoot the dryer back some more and even found that the vent was not routed correctly through the attic. He fixed some kinks in the hose that would have led to quicker lint build up resulting in needing more frequent dryer vent cleanings (I feel most companies would have left this alone so they could sell more cleanings per year but these guys are honest and took care of it). My wife commented on how much of a mess all of the lint made when he cleared out the vent hose but you would have never known because Roark cleaned up every little piece. My laundry room is near the center of my house so the dryer vent has to climb vertically up a 10 ft wall then turn over and across the pantry ceiling, so about 25-30 ft total to exit to the outside. Not ideal. Been in this house 2 years and was resigned to living with a laundry room that was very linty, humid, and dryer usage caused the nearby pantry door to vibrate. Mike diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Turns out the booster fan was dirty and improperly sealed with duct tape rather than foil tape. Also the shocking amount of dust and lint that he removed from the vent was almost black so imagine how long that had been there. I also had him replace two plastic exterior wall vents with sleek metal ones that close tightly with magnetic flaps to keep critters out. Mike ONLY does dryer vents. His pricing is straight up and really, he doesn’t need to “sell” you anything because once he teaches you what you have in place vs how it’s all SUPPOSED to work, you can see why it makes sense to do the cleaning and maintenance he recommends. I’ll be calling him every year.

I booked an appointment online to get the dryer vents cleaned to prepare for a new tenant to move in. The website was very user friendly and also gave prices up front. I had Dryer Vent Squad Sugarland dryer vent system. Not just my dryer vent the entire system. He cleaned out the dryer from the front to the back. Found tons of loose change and tons of dryer lint. I went from having two dry clothes 2 to 3 times to single cycle drys. Will definitely have him back

The Dryer Vent Squad is amazing! We recently moved from Katy to a house in Bellville and Mike, the owner, came out the same day we called. He immediately figured out the issue with our vent (which had been painted shut) and he removed a ton of built up lint in the line. This is the second time we’ve used Dryer Vent Squad. They are always on time, affordable, so nice and do awesome work! Highly recommend giving them a call!

I called yesterday morning because the dryer at my granddaughter’s house was not working. They came out, cleaned out The vent and we were back in business drying clothes like it should be.. Love these guys, they do such an awesome job. And they are so reasonable not like some that say it’s $180 for the First 2 feet then they ram you for the rest. I will never use anyone else.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to hired one of the vent cleaning companies that I thought would be good to clean my dryer vent but it turned that company did more damage than I anticipated. Long story short I found Mike on that same day after that previous company left me hanging stating that everything was cleaned and fixed properly. They never returned my call or follow up to make sure the issue was taken care of. Mike showed up at my house about 30 mins after I called him. After looking around up in the attic area Mike pointed out the problems that the previous company did and just left. I would’ve been in much worse situation if it wasn’t for Mike. Not only Mike helped fix my vent he didn’t charge me full price. I am so thankful that I found him. He’s very friendly and honest. I trust him completely and will hire him to do my vent cleaning from now on.
