There are a lot of companies that say they do the job but after researching for days I discovered most of the companies either don’t respond, have zero to little reviews, or want to charge you for every little thing (pull dryer out, disconnect hose, etc.).Long story short, Dryer Vent Squad had amazing reviews, responded timely, came in a marked van, uniformed shirts, very professional, and most importantly affordable! Big thanks to Kevin & Matthew!

I will use these guys again, they were awesome! They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I called first for an estimate and Kevin was so helpful. He was engaged and asked me questions to help determine what services were needed. Up front pricing estimate. I actually did need extra work done and Kevin took time to explain everything. There was no pressure but I valued their expertise. My dryer works better than the day it was installed! The guys were more than on time, they were early. They called first to make sure the earlier time worked, but I was super pleased.

Had received an outrageous estimate from another company, so I called Dryer Vent Squad and spoke with Kevin. He gave me an estimate over the phone for a much better price and said he could come out same day. Showed up a couple hours later and cleaned our vent duct and also fixed our roof top vent whose flapper valve was stuck closed. Kevin did a great job, I will definitely use again.

I called a different company but dryer vent squad seemed to have more transparent pricing via phone and closer availability so I scheduled with them instead. Matthew was assigned to my 1130 appointment and called me the morning of saying he was running way ahead and could actually come at 930, which worked way better for me! He was here for an hour, and during that time he cleaned our 2 story dryer vent, took a bird nest out and replaced the cover, replaced the dryer hose, and fixed the piping that the hose attaches to into the wall. I felt like Matthew was communicative and professional and am happy I went with them over the other company I called!

Matt and Kevin, did an outstanding job. Our house is 39 years old and we still had the original vent system that was aluminum coil. So over the years the coil kinked and literally had 6ft of lent blockage. Our dryer took 4 or 5 times to dry anything. Dryer Vents changed out to a straight GALVANIZED system and our dryer works like a champ. The downside is my wife is upset because now she does not get a new dryer for Xmas. thanks Bill Mayrath

Kevin and Hunter, a father-son team, came to our house to help us with our dryer that was not really drying. They showed me the issue with a camera the put through our wall, and Im amazed that the dryer dried anything at all! It was FULL. They also said I needed a higher quality hose they could install for me. I needed the ease and the right equipment, so I was happy to pay extra for this service. They were super professional, explained everything to me with respect and kindness, they were super sweet and patient with my kiddo and puppy, and they did a WONDERFUL job! The dryer works beautifully (only need to run it once now), and Im at peace knowing that all that lint is gone and it will not cause a house fire. I highly recommend getting this service done by these gentlemen!Update:I received an email to remind me to get my dryer vent cleaned out again, and I’m glad we did because Kevin showed me how a couple of years can accumulate in lint in our dryer. 😳They are always professional, on time, super efficient and look at everything to make sure that we’re covered (Kevin even saw some warped vent covers outside and offered to replace them for a fee). For a long time, we knew that our dryer vent needed cleaning. We interviewed numerous vent cleaning companies and found that there are many that sounded reasonable at first but after talking to them the sounded suspicious with their marketing practices so we kept putting off the exercise. We found none that sounded trustworthy or honest.We finally came across Kevin West of Dryer Vent Squad. Kevin sounded honest and confident so we hired him. He made an appointment with us, showed up as promised, and did a very comprehensive job, in fact he went over-and-above.He cleaned out the completely clogged vent pipe, replaced the exhaust vent cap to make it more efficient, replaced the flex hose pipe, he even replaced our washers water hoses. Kevin vacuumed up all of the excess lint from under and behind the washer and dryer, he vacuumed off the washer and dryer. And then put everything back together.Kevin was not the cheapest, and not the most expensive. You get what you pay for. We highly recommend Dryer Vent Squad and Kevin West. Thoroughly impressed with their service. From the start, they were very easy to contact and quick to respond. The technicians were professional and friendly.They were able to move my big dryer to get behind it and kept me informed throughout the entire procedure. They showed me my original hose, which had pinholes in it, and recommended an upgrade. They also let me know the state of my vents and gave me a recommendation on when to have them cleaned again.The only downside was that they were about 30 minutes late. I didn’t realize this type of business existed until I saw the truck outside of my neighbor’s house. Kevin quickly found out that there was a blockage because the screen was left on it - which is against code and a fire hazard. Dryer fuse and heating element each blown within past 2 years despite diy cleaning. Clothes also took too long to dry. Realized I had wrong roof vent cap which was trapping lint. Kevin and Hunter replaced what was considered a attic vent roof cap with a cap called a Dryer Jack, as well as cleaned out the entire vent. I am pleased to report that my clothes now take half the time to dry, and for the first time ever, I can actually see the dryer venting at the roof cap. Job well done guys and we’ll worth it, thanks!

I had my dryer vent cleaned and it really needed it! Service man was prompt, on time, polite, professional, and completed when he said he would. He moved what needed to be moved. He showed me the mess that was in the vent. And he cleaned up and put everything back where it was before. I also have to mention the vent went straight up through the middle of the house which required a few trips up on the roof in 100+ degree weather. It was a pleasant experience and adds peace of mind for me and my family.
