Our dryer was vented in correctly and was not safe. So, they vented the dryer correctly to the outside of the house. James was excellent in keeping me posted of when they would be available to do the job and explained what needed to be done. We had a very complicated case, very long exit pipe with two right angled turns exiting through the roof of a two story house, but James worked until he could get the vent cleared. We ended up needing a better exit damper because the old design did not allow adequate airflow and it was impossible to clean the vent from the outside exit. I really appreciate his efforts and now we have an up to code damper and a very clean dryer vent! I am now able to dry loads of clothes with one dryer cycle! I had almost forgotten what that was like! Kudos to James professionalism and willingness to persist until he found out exactly the vent layout and the best resolution for our problem. I would definitely recommend this company!

It was easy to book this service. James did a great job of not only cleaning the dryer vent from the dryer to the roof but the area around it as well. He was courteous and efficient and followed up later to be sure all was well. We will definitely use them again next year!
