Great overall experience. Scheduling was easy with Lance, and Sean came out for free inspection and estimate. Wrong roof vent was installed last time roof was replaced and Wyatt came out and cleaned out the dryer vent and installed the proper roof vent and our clothes are now completely dry on one cycle! Great service and price. I highly recommend Dryer Ventz of Tarrant County

Knowledgeable, fair pricing, on time, communicative, great work! Really appreciate Lance and Wyatt who came to do the dryer vent clean out and swap of an improper (uncleanable) air vent in place of a proper dryer vent on the roof. A different company quoted me 2x the price. Wyatt is a roofer so I have no doubt that the job at was done correctly and I will have no issues. Thanks guys! Will for sure have them do an annual dryer vent cleaning moving forward. Highly recommend!

I recently retained Lance/Dryer Vent Cleaning of Tarrant County to clean out the dryer vent in our house. I had been almost ten years since the last cleaning (by someone else), so decided we really ought to get it checked. The young man Lance sent over arrived within the time frame indicated, anddid not wasteany time getting to work. It took about 20 minutes, and no additional cleanup required. The young man was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.We will definitely using Dryer Vent Cleaning of Tarrant County again for any future work.Great job!

This is the second time I’ve used Dryer Ventz and I’ve been impressed both times. I tried to DIY cleaning my dryer vent. I bought the equipment, my wife and I set it up, and the brush got stuck in the vent. I called on July 4th expecting to leave a message but the owner, Lance Perry, picked up and said “Happy 4th of July how can I help you?” I told him what I had done and how stupid I felt for not calling him in the first place. He said that he had the equipment to be able to retrieve the brush and that he would send someone out the following morning. Wyatt, the same person who cleaned our vent several months ag, out and was timely, very professional and helpful in getting the work done. I highly recommend this company.

Our dryer vents had years of build up and our dryer was no longer able to dry the clothes. Lance Perry owns his own company and does all his own work. He located the outside wall vent high up on an exterior wall, examined the vent and took a photo of the inside to show me the extreme build up. He cleaned the vent thoroughly from the outside standing on a 12-ft. ladder. Lance is very experienced, highly professional, and extremely competent and I will use him again.

Lance is great. My new clothes dryer wasnt working properly because the dryer vent was completely clogged. I had the old style flex vent hose so Lance replaced it with rigid metal and a new outside vent cap. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend Lance and Dryer Ventz!

Dryer duct and vent cleaning.As part of a post sale home inspection Lance and his crew were at work cleaning my neighbors dryer vent. I was curious and stopped by to see the results. OMG! I could not believe the trapped lint that accumulated just below the roofline. There was no air circulation at all or venting coming out of the dryer. Seeing the clog I immediately asked Lance if he would take a look at my home next-door. He finished up my neighbors came over within 10 minutes took the cap off the dryer vent on the roof and showed me the inside. It was worse than my neighbors! I hired him on the spot and it took him and his roofer about 45 minutes to remove and replace vent cap, repair the roof, and actually clean all the ductwork inside the attic down into the dryer vent.Very polite, professional, and accommodating.
