    We have been using Dry Master for many years. They have cleaned our carpets, got mold out of a sofa cushion, cleaned our throw rug and now cleaned the grout and tile/marble in our master bathroom. I appreciate that they added a sealant coat to protect the grout and marble. They are a family owned business, they do quality work and they really care about their customers!

    Beverly and her team went above and beyond our expectations. In search of a comprehensive carpet cleaning service, we discovered their exceptional expertise. Despite the carpets being relatively new in our new home, traces of dog hair from the previous owners pets were pervasive. Not only did they perform an outstanding cleaning, but they also applied a protective finish to the carpets, ensuring easier maintenance in the future. They thoroughly disinfected and removed a significant amount of dirt and debris.     Dry Master deep cleaned my air duct vents following a home renovation project. My renovation completion was repeatedly delayed and Beverly could not have been more kind or patient with the number of times I had to reschedule them to come out.     Miracle workers! I wish I had before pictures of our sectional that had been (we thought) ruined by our dog.     I have used this company for a couple of years now and they do such amazing work!! I have 2 dogs and get nose blind, but after they leave the difference is amazing!     The owner Greg is who came to clean my mattress! Not only did he do an excellent job, he is an amazing person, incredibly personable, and was very honest and forthright about what I could expect in terms of removing stains etc. the mattress looks great, it is very clean and sanitized. This company really stands out because Greg and Beverly do a great job of making sure the customer experience and the services they provide are far above industry standards!     This is the best company I’ve ever used to clean my carpets. We used them to clean and seal the terrazzo on the entry floor and they made the 45yr old stone look as if it were just installed.They are neat, clean, on time and very professional.     We used Dry master and restoration for cleaning the carpet before we move into a new house. I called them and Beverly was very thorough, pleasant, and professional.     I used Beverly and Gregs services back when I had carpet and they were outstanding. What I have now is a bunch of white tile with white grout, and DOGS.     Ive known Greg and Beverly for several years. Very nice people professionally and personally. I needed the excess wax, sealer removed from my wood floors. 8 years , twice a week cleaning and wax/sealer built up that made my floors very dark and just looked bad. Greg came by to look and confidently told me he could get them stripped and sealed again. It turned out to be more difficult than originally thought but Greg stayed with it. He worked the first day without even stopping for lunch. Ended up calling his supplier for a different product, returned the following 2 days and got it done. My floors look amazing now. Even though we are friends his service and communication were 100% professional at all times. Impressive service. He delivered 110% of what he promised. Could not be happier and would recommend Dry Master Cleaning to anyone.

    Dry Master customer service was outstanding, starting with the phone representative to the cleaning personnel. When I called to inquire about Dry Master service, all my questions were throughly and politely answered. When Greg and Nicholas came to the house they were polite and incredibly helpful. Because of water damage, we had to get a deep carpet cleaning w/Anitmicribial treatment on our carpet and a cleaning for the office chair. After they cleaned our carpet it looked and smelled way better then it did before the service. The level of professionalism and care they gave us was the best.
