In early August, I contacted Donald Duct and Steam to check our old central A/C and heating system for leaks in our system. Their friendly staff got us on schedule and sent a technician to check out the system. As I had already suspected, he showed me clear signs of serious leaks and mold due to condensation. No surprise, the duct work was at least 40 to 50 years old. After quoting us a very competitive price, I gave them the green light to go ahead and replace all the duct work in the attic. It was clear to me that they use high quality materials. The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They wasted no time. They pulled out ALL of the old duct work and when finished they hauled it all away. While working on the job, they were careful to lay down drop cloths all the way up and down the hallway. When the job was done, they cleaned up all unwanted debris, both in the attic and on the floors. With all the old metal ducts being carried out of the house, the crew was careful to not leave even one scratch on the walls. We are very happy with the service we experienced and our new, fresh A/C ducts carrying clean air throughout our house, now with no leaks! We wholeheartedly recommend Donald Duct and Steam Cleaning!

The staff did a great job cleaning out our dryer vents! Thank you for accomplishing the task thoroughly in the midst of Texas heat. They had to clean out vents from the outside of the house and in the inside the vent near the dryer because it was quite clogged. But now our dryer is able to dry each load in one cycle as it should. Before the team came out to clean our dryer vents, it took 3-4 cycles in our dryer to get anywhere near drying our clothes. We have tried other vent cleaning companies, and they did NOT do a deep cleaning. Donald Duct team accomplished the job honestly.

I am a real estate professional. I called Donald Duct along with several other companies in the Houston area. I compared prices and services. I chose Donald Duck and Steam cleaning based on their customer service and pricing. They replaced and cleaned all my air ducts and AC return system. It feels like I have a completely different AC system. It is blowing incredible clean cold air. I am amazed at the difference that it made. I am completely 100% satisfied. Repairman Eric took the time to explain in detail before he began the job. After the job was completed, he walked me back through and showed me everything that they did. I contacted Donald Duct & Steam Cleaning to clean the AC vents in my condo. Their first visit was to assess the condition and provide an estimate, the second to do most of the cleaning and mold remediation, and the third to fix the AC vent in the bathroom that had become loose behind the wall. In order to thoroughly do the cleaning, it was necessary to cut through the drywall in various places to access the trunklines but the cutting was kept to a minimum.The team was punctual, kept me apprised of what was needed as they went along, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

I also told the technician about an air flow issue I had in my master bedroom, they replaced my bedroom duct to a bigger one and that solve the air flow issue I had for years. As a real estate professional, I did my due diligence and called many companies. I ultimately decided on Donald Duct to steam clean my personal residence and check the ducts. They did a great job with the cleaning and told me the ducts did not need to be cleaned. The technician was very honest about everything and earned my trust so when I called them to check the ducts on another house and he told me that one needed to be cleaned for sure, and he even sent me pictures. I went ahead and had them do it and he sent me before and after pictures and included a warranty for my peace of mind. From the prompt and pleasant receptionist who scheduled the inspection to the final product, this is a top-notch, five-star company, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning.The gentlemen who came to do the inspection and repair were on-time (and called to let me know they were on their way), respectful and extraordinarily professional. They were very meticulous in their inspection and advised me accordingly. This was Rons second visit to clean our dryer duct work. He did a great job both times.The real standout for me on this trip was the carpet and rug cleaning. We had some spot cleaning needs; one spot in particular was a deep pet stain. They had a Christmas special price on cleaning, but it was per room with a minimum number of rooms. Ron worked with me to make sure we got our moneys worth.When Ron was finished, there was hardly any evidence of the deep stain, much less those elsewhere. Needless to say, we were quite happy.I would recommend Donald Duct and Steam Cleaning to anyone.

We opted for replacement since the ducts would need replace in the future because of age. Some companies would not be honest and insist that the ducts had to be replaced. We used Donal Duct & Steam Cleaning to replace all the air ducts in our old built-in-1958 home. The first impression was terrific when they showed up to measure/quote us. And they were STILL terrific when they came to our house and did the replacing. They removed all the ducts, cleaned the return vent, cleaned the connection in the vents in the ceiling to ensure that the air wouldnt blow mildew & dust everywhere when they were finished. They tested everything when the job was complete, vacuumed up their mess - we were so impressed with their professionalism! The work they did was FIVE STARS! AND they hauled away all the filthy old ducts. AND they called me personally afterward to make sure the job was done as expected. GREAT customer service! They are reliable and professional - we would definitely use them again.

In 3 letters: Wow! What a great service! The best in town, hands down.Let me get started saying that I have 3 dogs, 4 adults and a baby living in my house. As you can imagine, carpets and upholstery furniture are not quite the easiest things to keep in a good shape, considering the aforementioned scenario. We decided to give our spring cleaning a boost, so checked online for good quality but still affordable services when we finally found Donald Duct & Steam. We saw their ads at first in our neighborhoods Randalls carts, so we decided to check their reputation online and decided to give them a shot, given that we only read good feedback and 5 star reviews.Mor and team were super punctual, offered me an honest reasonable price and were super professionals. I used their AC ducts & Dryer vents cleaning and carpet cleaning services (including my couch, which was covered in baby art per say) . My house looks and smells cleaner then ever! The couch looks brand new, the carpets are so clean that I didnt even remembered their initial color when I had them installed. My dryer vent had never been cleaned in the almost 6 years that weve been here in the house and now its running quieter and more efficiently. Upon their departure, they cleaned the excess of water left by their machinery and I am now good to enjoy the hot months of the year in a cleanner than ever house! Finally I must say they were very kind, made sure to keep the noise down to avoid disrupting my babys nap or my Work Video Call, were super efficient and multi-tasked with 3 professionals to have everything covered super quickly.Totally recommend this company and would definitely keep them in my speed dial.

Donald Duct team came out today afternoon to clean out the dryer vent. Three technicians showed up promptly at 2pm (for appointment at 1-4pm) with a courtesy call before they arrived. They inspected the location of dryer vent exit, which was in the addict, gave us a reasonable quote, and started working right away. Everything was done quickly and finished within 30 minutes. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned behind the dryer area for me. Thank you. We will be using Donald Duct again next time.

I called them to inspect and clean the ducts in my home because there was a couple of rooms that werent getting cool enough. The guys arrived as planned and were very professional, gave me options in clear terms I could understand, and offered ideas that would help my issue. As it turns out my ducts didnt need cleaning and besides it would not have been a big factor in the diminished flow we were experiencing. The inspection pointed out what can be done now, and if I wanted in the future to take care of the ducts. Can you believe it? they didnt try to sell me on some fancy this or that, only offered some advice and promised to send me a info about a good filter. OMG, this was honest, professional service. I will definitely be calling them again when I need the services they offer with full confidence that I will get the best solution for my issues.

We had a mold issue in our vents and they quickly identified the problem, switrched out the worse cases for new and cleaned everything else. They also spotted a problem on vent sizing where wed been struggling cooling the rooms in question. They changed them out for the correct size and now everything is cooling well. Helped answer all my questions and fixed my vent that had fallen off without being asked. His expertise in cleaning ducts and remediating cases of toxic mold, is simply unmatched and a head-and-shoulders above anyone else I have spoken to, for the job at multiple locations in Houston - two homes and one office belonging to various family members (I know this after observing the exceptionally high quality of his work, his promptness, his professionalism, his genuinely caring nature particularly towards the elderly, in my parents, and how polite, thoughtful, actually truly kind and respectful he was towards their wishes and needs for accommodation). HIs knowledge about mold remediation in HVAC systems, the primary source of mold in most homes, is all-encompassing, his work ethic is genuinely stellar, as he is a perfectionist and does not even leave ONE particle of dust, when he finishes dot on time. And post-duct-cleaning mold inspections reveal the HVAC system to be clean of mold, by air quality testing! The company and the man know their job, utterly thoroughly well, and are worth every penny we paid them for their exceptional jobs done at all three locations. They are all business and always present themselves on time, and never work late as they are done early as they focus and concentrate and work very very intently and hard while they are at work, without any distractions or slowing of pace; almost relentless in delivering a spotlessly clean HVAC system and ducts and plenums I would say - they also installed UV lights so the mold would never come back (they had it in stock and it was nominally priced), and they painted the inside of the plenums to prevent mold from regrowing back. Upon my request they replaced all the ventilator shutters for free, as a favor, and out of consideration for the relationship!
