If you have a water emergency, I cant recommend Doiggs highly enough. My water heater burst and flooded 3.5 rooms. As a single woman, I felt like I was in extremely good hands for this project. Coming home to a collapsed bathroom ceiling and water everywhere is never fun, but at least knowing who to call helps tremendously!! So glad we called Doiggs!! James came out the same day and thoroughly explained what all would need to happen. He helped us navigate dealing with insurance and got his crew out very quickly so they could start work before a bunch of mold set in. Matt, Darrell and James worked hard several days, as this was a complete gut job down to the studs. We appreciated the fact that they were so careful with everything and all the precautions they took to make sure their work didnt impact the rest of the house.This whole process from start to finish was so much better than we could have ever imagined. Having confidence in the people that do this kind of work is priceless! The fact that they were always prompt, courteous, and friendly was an added bonus and made an unpleasant situation not seem quite so bad. James was responsive and communicated with me throughout the process, quoting all the remediation work called out in the mold protocol. I called Doiggs after we had a candle fire in a bedroom. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. James came and inspected the damage and was very understanding of the stress and worry we were going through with smoke damage and wanting to make sure everything was safe for our family. Matt and Darrell were the guys that took care of the cleanup of everything in the room, they were extremely professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning everything in the room and storing it for the demolition. We had a water leak that also resulted in mold damage. I had bids from two of the large, well-known companies. A friend suggested I get a another for comparison, and recommended Doiggs. I called them, and was contacted that afternoon to set up an appointment.The next day James, the project manager came to inspect the area, and I had a comprehensive quote and plan of action, including the specific protocol outlined by the state certified Environmental Specialist, within 12 hours. Not only was the quote very comparable to the other companies, but they offered a cash discount!We chose to use Doiggs, and the project was complete within a week. James and his work partner Cole were prompt and polite, always communicating on the progress. In addition, they left the area very clean and clear of debris and dust.We would heartily recommend this company!

A water heater failure left us flooded. I was standing in water and frustrated because the computer for the water mitigation company I had been referred to by my insurance company had left me on hold, twice. The insurance company had carefully explained that I could choose anyone I wanted to do the work, so I asked the carpet company that had always done a nice job for me and they recommended Doiggs. I called, talked to a real human and their guys were at my house in about half an hour. They started the whole process of getting us dried out and minimized further damage. They came back each morning to make adjustments to the equipment. They were pleasant, intelligent young men who were able to communicate clearly, and work independently and competently. It has been a bright spot in this whole unpleasant surprise.

Jeff Doigg (company owner) came out himself quickly after our house flooded. He made us feel comfortable to know he had the situation under control. James and Cole were top notch through the entire restoration to make sure we understood all that was going on and what the next step was going to be until completion. We were not left in the dark on any detail. Without the professional work of Doiggs we would not have been able to receive fair and adequate funding for our insurance claim.
