    Joe did a great job on our vents, which were dirty and moldy. He was very flexible and worked with us on our schedule over the day.     WOW so impressed with the cleaning. Dirty Ducks did a great job of removing all of the dust and cleaned out a clogged dryer, fixed a lose pipe in my crawl space. Dirty Ducks was very through and meticulous cleaning my two AC systems. My home was noticeably cooler after he was done. Normally I run the ac at 73/74 during the day to keep it cool, but not after the Dirty Ducks cleaning, 77 feels more like 73 degrees. This is saving my on electric bill, thanks again Dirty Ducks!!!

    I contacted Dirty Ducks for an estimate to clean the ducts/vents in my mothers 1970s home which I dont believe had ever been cleaned. I was concerned that we may have to replace them because they were so old. Joe responded quickly and scheduled a time with us to come out and take a look. He checked things out and said he could get everything cleaned up. I thought the estimate looked reasonable for all the work involved so we scheduled a time for him to come back out and take care of it. Communicating with Joe was very easy. I wasnt able to be there when he came out but my mother raved about how nice Joe was. He sent me before and after pictures and the difference was amazing. Her old vents were replaced with gleaming white new ones which my mother really appreciated. Overall it was a great experience working with Dirty Ducks and we recommend contacting them for an estimate. Its a good value and we are certainly breathing easier.

    Last night, my husband and I found ourselves needing our dryer to be cleaned out. I messaged them on Google last night and he was the first person to respond while educating us. He has excellent follow through and checked in on us again this morning. I researched and got quotes from 4 places as well. His price was wonderful!Joe came and cleaned out our dryer vent. He found lots of lint near the roofline and explained the process of how that happens. He was professional, kind, quick, and efficient preforming the service! I appreciate his honesty too!     Highly recommend Joe with Dirty Ducks No More. Quick, clean, and very easy to deal with. Great communication and honesty which is a clear contrast in this industry.Needed my ducts and cleaned for several months and kept getting put off by other companies. Called Joe and he was able to come out within 2 or 3 days. He did a deep clean and found mold and mildew. He was able to complete remove it which was best case scenario. He also took time to answer all my questions and gave me recommendations for getting ahead of the issues for the future. Fairly priced and very honest.

    I starting painting my interior and noticed that all the supply vents were really dirty. I got quote from one company and they told me that we basically needed to have the entire duct system replaced. I called Joe at Dirty Ducks and he came out the next day to look at it. He told us the duct system was dirty but it could be cleaned. We scheduled for him to take care of it. He was efficient, courteous and explained what he was doing every step of the process. Great job and we would definitely use him again.

    If a home maintenance service call can ever be considered a pleasant experience, having Joe of Dirty Ducks at our home yesterday to clean our dryer vent qualifies. I called one of the large firms in the air duct and dryer vent cleaning business and was quoted a price of $150 to clean the dryer vent or an unspecified amount more if there was a clog that required opening the vent at both ends. Joes price was $80 if the job could be done through only one vent and a fixed $160 if the job had to be done from both ends. Joe volunteered to come and check the situation before I made any commitment. I thought, based on his reviews here and elsewhere, that I was in the hands of such an honest tradesman, I did not need the estimate and we set an appointment to have the work done. It did turn out to be the more complicated job requiring Joe to open both ends of the vent and clean it from both ends. As a result of the clog at the upper end, a seam had developed in the vent and there was lint all over the floor of my attic. Not only did Joe totally clean the inside of the vent, but he vacuumed and swept the attic floor, and then went outside to clean all of the lint that came out through the roof and fell to the grass in the yard. The improvement in performance of the dryer is very noticeable. My wife and I were on the fence about having our HVAC ducts and furnaces cleaned. We asked Joe about undertaking this, a significant business opportunity for him, and instead of selling us on why we should do it, he went through a checklist of questions and recommended we not undertake that service. Based on his observations in our house and our answers to his questions, he said such a service was totally unnecessary for us. What a pleasure to meet such an honest service provider.

    We have never used a duct cleaning service before and after calling around to several companies, we were discouraged with the level of customer service just when talking to them on the phone.     I recently purchased a 16 year old house, my family moved in and we started sneezing. From the condition of the house (neglected), I knew the ducts could never had been cleaned.     I moved into my home a little more than 1 ½ years ago. Despite the fact that I had a new dryer, my clothes were taking longer than I thought they should to dry. I also noticed a lot of lint and humidity in the laundry area. I called Dirty Ducts No More and spoke with Joe. He came out really quickly. He cleaned out the dryer vent, reconnected everything and now it’s working great! I confirmed with Joe that the dryer vent should be cleaned out every year. He said that every other year would be fine. I really appreciated his honesty.I thought that I had to have my house air ducts cleaned and called Joe again. He asked why I thought it needed to be done. Once he heard what was going on, he agreed that it would be a good idea. He was able to get the job scheduled within a couple of days.     Outstanding service, fair price, and quality work done with care -highly recommended. I dont know where to start. Firstly, call me old fashioned but I like the idea of knowing the person whos going to be doing the work on my home, and not just calling some big company, and having technicians sent out. I called far and wide about having my ducts cleaned - it had been over 30 years since they were cleaned, and no matter how expensive the vacuum I bought, no matter how often I dusted, the house would still cause coughing, and allergic woes. Enter Dirty Ducks No More Air Duct & Dyer Vent Cleaning. Joe is a man that takes a great deal of pride in his work, and it shows - he also takes the time to explain what hes going to do, why he needs to do it, how it works, and why its important. There are no gotcha! price traps here, and he really knows his stuff. I had no idea so much was involved with an air conditioning system. And then to top it off, he was -- when I called -- able to come out in a flash, and get the job done in less than about three hours, which included showing us before and after photos, and offering tips on how to get the most out of our system. My only regret is not having done this sooner - my house is cleaner, fresher, and the allergies and coughs that used to keep us up at night are gone. My quality of life has greatly increased, and the cost was far more reasonable than what larger companies you hear on the radio would advertise. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

    Moving from Colorado to Texas, my allergies have been terrible. I wanted to get our ducts cleaned for this reason. Come to find out there was lots of mold in one of our units! It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Dirty Ducks. I was given a estimate over the phone based on how many vents/units we have then got an in person exact quote.     Joe cleaned my AC return and supply ducts in June 2018. I my opinion he did as good a job as is reasonably possible. He had the vacuum plus rotating brush machine and used it on all the ducts where it would work. On other ducts he used an industrial shop vac. He is knowledgeable, competent and truthful (with me). It took about 5 hours of hard work to do my house. We got the ducts cleaned because we had a little bit of black mold spit out from one vent. In discussion with Joe it seems that to permanently fix this we need to replace some duct board tees in our supply duct with metal tees.
