    Absolutely best service to get our bryant AC back on track.I called early in the morning about servicing our AC that went on the fritz. After a few questions, I was scheduled for an afternoon service call. Adam arrived and immediately got to work.     I have used Diamond Quality Services for years to take care of our HVAC. Scott and company do a great job.Most recently I asked Diamond to upgrade the humidistat controllers on two in-line April Aire home humidifiers. They installed new digital automatic humidifier controllers that monitor outdoor temps and target indoor humidity % targets accordingly. These are a big improvement over the old manual humidistats that had conked out.Now it is much easier to set the humidifiers to do their job automatically; as outdoor temperatures change, the indoor humidity targets automatically change along with them. At a glance, you can now see whether the interior humidity level is going up or down.The upgrade work involves some wiring between the furnace and the humidistat. It was done in less than two hours and the systems are working much better now, producing healthy and comfortable indoor humidity levels. Thanks to Justin & Adam and the staff at Diamond for another job well done!

    Fantastic service. Called to ask a few questions and spent nearly and hour talking because the owner was so informative, even answering questions about services they didnt offer. Rather than keep everything closed off until they can see it in person, owner was an open book about everything. Ended up choosing them for a new HVAC that I thought I was decided for elsewhere, glad I went with them. Fast install and fast response times too. First house and these guys were the best of all contractors we have talked with

He troubleshooted everything prior to determining what components needed to be replaced in our AC. He also took the time to educate us along the way. They do not try to oversell you, listen to your issues, and try to help you consider the alternatives. I installed an air quality system that did a fantastic job for my home.     I have used Diamond Quality Services three times over the past couple of years. I have been pleasantly surprised each and every time. They are so professional. I get updates about their arrival. They communicate clearly. They dont oversell, which is astounding considering what I usually get. They gave me a quote and stuck by it both times, even when I am almost certain the job turned out to cost them more time and materials than they originally quoted. I can honestly say I find them to be fair. I would use them again in a minute. My mother also used them at my suggestion and felt the same way. Great experience. How often can you say that about HVAC repairs?

    I have been using Diamond Quality Services for a few years and they are great. Fast response times, quality work, and fair pricing. I signed up for their annual service plan which has turned out to be a great investment. I have four units to keep up, so the seasonal inspection is a big plus and it paid for them to come out last weekwhen one of my units was blowing cold air and it was freezing outside. They came out an hour after I called, found a sensor was dirty, cleaned it, tested the inside unitā€™s amperage, and charged me $0 because of the plan. That was a pleasant surprise.     My AC capacitor went bad over the weekend. Scott promptly returned my call Monday morning and sent his technician right away. The tech, Julian was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He fixed the problem, checked the systems and got the AC unit working. Very pleased with the diamond quality service!Edit: 2 years on a nasty Oncor surge damaged my AC and it wonā€™t turn on. Diamond Quality Services promptly scheduled a same day visit - Thank you, Grace. And Tech Justin was super professional and friendly. Replaced a bad transformer and the unit is working again. Thanks a lot and I highly recommend the company.

    The owners and people working for Diamond Quality Services are very professional and wonderful to work with. They explained options when we had problems with our AC, and when they have worked on our systems, they have cleaned up everything and left our house as clean as when they arrived to do the job. We always receive a call letting us know they are on the way and about how many minutes away they are when they call. We also receive reminders for appointments we have set up. We appreciate a company like this working for us.

    UPDATED AGAINAs an attorney and someone not necessarily easy to please, I have been with Diamond Quality Services for several years now and I am consistently impressed with their service quality and integrity. Scott and the team are excellent in all respects and a Bryant zoned system (Bryant Evolution Variable and 2 Stage Furnace) with motorized dampers has been awesome. We replaced two old units that were not holding freon, running constantly and leaving hot spots, especially in the game room over our garage. The zoned system has changed all of that and now we can control not only the temperature in separate areas of the house but also the overall relative humidity. Night and day in terms of comfort and the wireless thermostat with smart phone control from anywhere is really nice - and I would not have installed a zoned system without using Scott and his team at Diamond Quality Services. Highly recommended.UPDATED 5/14/2016: I had a relatively small element of the water cutoff safety piece of the equipment malfunction (not Bryant system or Diamonds fault) and Scott and his team paid my out of pocket costs and honored the warranty on their end. Again, outstanding service with integrity after the sale.UPDATED 6/7/2017: Continue to get excellent service, highly recommend the Bryant system and Diamond Quality Services.UPDATED 12/10/2018: Continued great service technicians.     We heard about Diamond Quality Services through Angieā€™s list. The first time they came out we asked them to clean our air ducts. We also asked Scott, one of the owners of the company, about the air conditioning system in our 15 year old home. One unit was leaking Freon every year and hadnā€™t adequately cooled our upstairs since we moved in. We had three units and knew we would need new air soon.Scott told us about a new system that would replace two of ours and work much better. We waited a year longer and had this company replace our two units with one.Scott and his team are very knowledgeable, courteous and dependable. The job was done carefully with no mess and great follow-up. I couldnā€™t believe the difference this system made in the comfort of our home. The upstairs is now well cooled and we can change settings from our cell phones.Most of all, I want to emphasize how wonderful this company is to work with. Rita who answers the phone, Scott and his whole team are so kind, prompt, show up when they say they will and do a tremendous job. Oh, and did I mention the improvement in our electric bills!!!

    Cale came out to give us a bid on reworking our duct work on a historic home. Diamond was extremely responsive and professional in setting the appointment and communicating along the way. Ultimately, it turned out to be a job that will require a different process/service but Cale stayed and offered great advice and insight - despite it not being something they could profit from. Having dealt with a number of AC companies throughout our estimate process, Diamond stands out in their professionalism and honesty. Would definitely recommend.

    Great experience working with them! The owner is great! Its refreshing to work with someone in this profession that is honest and genuine and not out for every dime in your bank account.     We loved our results from Diamond Quality Services! We ended up having to completely replace our HVAC system, and wanted to make sure we got a trustworthy company as it is a huge expense. I researched companies on Angies List, and not only did DQS have great reviews and ratings - they also had 4 times as many reviews as anyone else. They were not the cheapest company either, but Scott is honest, punctual, and does the best work - well worth the cost! We also love Miss Rita - shes a real gem. :-)

Diamond was quick and efficient, and now I have AC three days earlier than I initially planned.     July in North Texas and 103 outside. I called Diamond QS and they sent someone out the next morning. He arrived sooner than expected and completed the repair very efficiently. The repair person happened to be the owner and was very knowledgeable and personable. The past few companies I used sent out seemingly experienced young repairmen that spent a lot of time trying to impress me with all they knew while trying to upsell me at every turn of the conversation. I appreciated Diamond QS for providing fast and efficient service without the upselling. I would recommend them for any HVAC related issues.

    I canā€™t say enough about Diamond Quality Services. This last visit was probably the fourth time we have had them come out and I donā€™t believe Iā€™ve ever written a review on them or any other company for that matter. Each time they come out they do a thorough, careful, and exceptional job. And their charges always seem beyond reasonable. During their last visit, our technician, Julian, worked tirelessly to remove two unit parts that were stuck together so that he would not have to obtain and charge us for a new part. I heard him confer with his manager, attempting to move things around to make sure he could get back to finish the job and about how best to complete the job. I really cannot day enough about the great technicians weā€™ve had come out, their work ethic, and the company, in general. We will not be using another company for HVAC purposes! Thanks so much!

    Scott, the manager (and I think owner), was available to come out to my house within 24 hours. Fixed to AC with a backed up water overflow valve. Awesome service! I have been with Diamond Quality for 5 years and only 1/2 pound of Freon needed due to previous owner neglect. He takes care of you.

    Another company had come out and told us our heater was not working because a valve on the outside unit was clogged and we would need to change the entire unit because is cost so much to fix the valve. Called Diamond Quality for a second opinion because I could tell the guy was king of guessing. Turns out we had a lead in the coil which Diamond Quality was able to diagnose due to unit being low on Freon. the other guy said the Freon was OK. Diamond Quality replaced the coil and the unit works great. Still an expensive repair but had we let the other company replace the outside unit that would have been over $4000 additional dollars not needed to be spent.

    Excellent, thorough, thoughtful -- professional at all levels. We had multiple companies, over an 8 year period, troubleshoot our A/C issues to great expense. None were able to fix the issue. Diamond Quality did. They took the time and evaluated what really was the etiology of the problems. The issue was inherent in the design when the house was built; we had the expertise and critical thought of Scott who truly evaluated the situation. He had himself and crew address the etiology and correct the mayhem attempts of the other A/C companies. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!

    Cale did my annual a/c check and checked all my ducts. I asked him about cleaning & sealing my register boots and also replacing my registers. Scott was able to schedule me in just a few days.     I emailed for an assist after working hours, as my fan unit was not functioning. Very early the next morning, I received a call from Diamond and they had Cale and Adam at my home by noon. These young men found the problems, fixed them quickly and were gone in about an hour.     This is by far the most professional and honest company Iā€™ve worked with and I donā€™t know how long. They were on time did a great job, went above and beyond to help me with what I was needing. The price was right especially knowing the warrantee and the service I will have to back me up for the upcoming years. I am in a wheelchair and there are certain things I couldnā€™t do such is installing the new registers and they went ahead and installed them for me even though it wasnā€™t part of the contract. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for quality air-conditioner and heating service. Cale and Scott met with me about what I was needing and recommended the appropriate air-conditioning they didnā€™t try to upsell me they did what was best for me.

    I have been using Diamond for the past 7 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. 6 years ago they replaced all of my ductwork and they installed a Reme Halo air purifier. Those 2 things have made a huge difference in the comfort of my home. They come at least once a year for maintenance and are always reliable, punctual, and professional. They have a great team.

    A/C stopped working over a holiday weekend. They were out to our house the next day at our specified time. The technician called to let us know he was in route early. He waited for us to get home. We had unfortunate issue with wasps in the area and the tech helped us spray them down. He was polite, quick, and got the right fix done quickly. Ive used them for at least 5 years now and have never had a problem. Great service at a reasonable price.

    Scott, Julian, and Kale are great. Reasonably priced. All are licensed professionals so you dont void the warranty. They pulled the city permit and scheduled the inspection. Several of the larger companies send out a service coordinator to tell you what you need done, refuse the itemize the bill, and when you press for this, they tell you that even if you take off any items, it wont reduce the bill. Diamond Quality Svc came out and said very little of all that needed to be done-- even in a full replacement.Scott also takes time to explain everything that needs to get done and doesnt try to upsell you into more expensive models.We had several cost estimates from other contractors. Some were unlicensed or working under anothers license and charging about 40% less than established firms. The giant companies that send out advertisements were charging about 20% higher than Diamond for similar work.Diamond also uses Bryant AC which is part of United Technologies (same as Carrier.) Some of the cheaper cost estimates were charging about 30% less but they were using brands with bad reviews and acting like it was a good deal.Diamond provides great service and reasonable price. I would recommend using them for AC as the most important piece is a good installer rather than the brand itself.

    I called around 11 am and they had sent someone by 1 pm. It turns out the someone was the owner. My AC as backing up pretty frequently. It took the owner about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis involved no further work on the part of the service provider. He let me know that I have a sag in the drainage pipe where water collects. I went in to our crawlspace this morning and found that he was correct. I fixed the issue with some hanger tape and a couple of nails. Great experience.

    Our 19-year-old outdoor unit began making horrible high-pitched sounds one evening. Diamond responded to my message at 8am the following morning and the tech was out by 1pm that day. As is typical, the unit did not repeat the performance in front of the tech but he did all the checks and confirmed it was still in good operating order. As soon as he left, it began making the noise. I called the office and he was back in under 15 minutes. He stayed an hour to witness a noise that, again, did not repeat. Speaking with his super over the phone, they surmised it was the compressor that may have begun its end-of-life cycle. Rather than trying to upsell me, his super recommended that we ride it out as it could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year. All they charged me was the service fee. They earned a customer for life.

    Caleb and his team did an excellent job installing my heater system. They ran into plenum issues as my house is 30 years old and the workspace is tight. Caleb called in the expert and they were able to design and install an add-on to the plenum that was robust. As well they found my plenum did not have a top so it was leaking a lot of air. They fixed that also. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I have used them before to install air conditioning evaporators and was completely satisfied.     These guys were great, quick and efficient. Most folks would come out and see that I had a 16-year-old AC unit and immediately tell me to buy a new one (several did) without looking at the problem. They even recognized I had replaced the capacitor myself on my other unit, and asked if I wanted to save some cash and just do that one myself, but I was in a rush and didnt want to wait for the part to come in. They found a few things else that I had noticed wrong myself but didnt have the time to fix. Not only did they fix the problem though, the cleaned up the crappy job the last folks did specifically with the drainage pan. They were recommended by a friend, and now I owe him a beer!
