Dale and his team arrived promptly at the appointment time. I called them after seeing a heavy coat of dirt on the inside of our hvac air return ducts in our house that we had recently moved into. They worked hard and explained everything they were doing. They patiently answered our questions. All of the vent covers were removed and washed. Air coming out of the ducts smells noticeably better with less dust being seen on counters and other surfaces. The ducts that I could easily observe were left looking almost like new. They did not try to sell us other un-needed services.

The team that came to our house was prompt, professional, and courteous. They cleaned all of the ducts as part of our HVAC upgrade. Once they were finished, they made sure any debris was cleaned up and the areas around the ducts were the way they were found. Well use this company again for routine maintenance.
