Cameron and his team where amazing! After having some water damage in our home they came to clean areas of our vents and ducts that were affected. They left our home in great condition. They even had warm cookies delivered to us afterwards!

Everyone has been generous with information and time as well, helping us to understand all aspects of our doozy of a project. DMS responded to us immediately, and gave us thorough and thoughtful protocols and options. Great communication, excellent remediation work. Sensitive to the disruption mold can have on a family and business. Everyone who came to our home was super nice and amazing at what they did. Some water seeped into the corner of the bedroom, and, unfortunately, mold grew behind the drywall after a few days. DMS came and took the proper precautions to avoid cross contamination and carefully removed all the mold and treated it for me. I was scared at first, but felt reassured when I saw how meticulously DMS handled it. I highly recommend their services to treat your mold problems!

I purposely searched for a company that was BBB accredited AND NSDC certified as I dont want a chance that I get stuck with poor work AND the bill to fix it. I found quite a few companies that LIE about BBB accreditation so I did my research. Cameron was very professional and competent. They answered questions quickly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The team was great and had everything done(new ducts and mold remediation) in one day. After everything was complete to my liking, they even sent a THANK YOU gift!

My son has had bad allergies since we moved into our home - enough where I started to look for a source. Had him allergy tested and turns out he is allergic to a mold commonly found in HVAC ducts. Took off a couple of ceiling registers and found a bunch of mold in 2 of them in our main living space. Stopped looking and called around to some mold remediation companies. Dedicated Mold Specialist stood out over their competitors by far. They were easy to get a hold of - got me on the schedule for the free inspection later that same day - very impressive. Cameron came and did a very thorough inspection even looking inside the plenum, coil and HVAC unit in my attic. Along the way he pointed out everything that was a concern and things that weren’t a concern. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many suggestions on how to tackle the issue. He gave several different options and left it up to us to decide - zero pressure! They did a full duct cleaning, and their HVAC restoration service where they clean out the plenum and the coils. We also had them do a dryer vent cleaning which was long over due. When the work was finished Cameron had several pictures and videos documenting what was done - with absolute confidence in their work it was worth every penny. In my opinion at a very reasonable cost as well. Cameron and his crew were very professional and courteous of our home and cleaned up after their work flawlessly. Gotta say I was also impressed by the gentleman who answers their phone calls - so sorry I forgot his name - but he answered quickly every time and was very courteous - there was one single time I had a question I called and it went to voicemail so I hung up. It was during the lunch hour so I didn’t want to bother them and decided to call back later. Not a minute later I received a call back from this gentleman saying he just got a missed call and how can he be of service! Beyond impressive. Also their follow up “thank you for your business” was a wonderful refreshing surprise - such a nice touch you don’t see from a lot of service providers these days. This whole team is top notch and provides a quality important service to our health at a reasonable price. They are passionate about what they do and desire to grow their business while positively affecting the lives of their customers - I can’t recommend them highly enough! Plus we love supporting local businesses. I know we’ll be using them in the future 100% - and just to follow up there is a very noticeable difference in my son’s allergies and in the overall air quality of our home. Great company! Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to do to fix the mold issue I had in my a/c system. He gave me a very fair price and performed the job as expected to remove the old, moldy supply plenum and clean all the ductwork. The night before I was to have my new ac unit installed (10:00pm on Sunday night) I was looking over things and had a few concerns. I sent Cameron a text and he responded immediately. On top of that, he was back at my house at 8:00am the next morning to address my concerns before the hvac crew arrived to start the installation of the new unit. Top notch!! I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you Cameron and the dedicated mold specialists crew for putting my mind at ease and helping to provide a safer, mold free home for me and my family. I highly recommend these guys for any mold remediation and duct cleaning needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Cameron and his team. I was referred to them by someone who serviced my AC in a previous home 10 yrs ago. That person only does commercial now so he told me to call Cameron.I had mold growing at the site of many of my air vents. I had called a different AC company out 7 months earlier who would not touch anything until the mold was dead. They sold me an expensive Air Scrubber (uv light) and told me to contact them about 10 months later when the mold died and they would come clean the vents. That never happened. In fact, the mold got worse.I called Cameron and he was out at my house within a couple of days. He and his team spent 6-7 hours cleaning all my vents and explained everything to me every step of the way. He is very passionate about his job and educating others. He showed me that the previous company didnt do everything they said they did like cleaning the coils. He also set me up with the exact same Air Scrubber as the previous company for my second unit and it was half the cost (literally) of the first one.If you have any sign of mold or just want your air vents cleaned, call Cameron. He will take care of you.

When we first bought our house we found mold in our attic and in the duct work. We decided to get all the ducts replaced with a more efficient system so we reached out to Dedicated Mold Specialist. We removed all the insulation in our attic and DMS came in to redo it all. They came back for multiple visits after the insulation settled to make sure it was the right height. Plus I was interested in installing a UV light to make sure my air stayed sanitized during these times and they even offers that as part of their service.Camera was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain to me and my husband the work that was was needed in our house. The crew was nice enough to clean up their area after work was completed which is not always the case with contractors. They followed up pretty quickly when I first reached out and we’re flexible when I had to reschedule due to a work conflict.Thank you for making this an easy and affordable process.

Had a great experience with dedicated mold specialist. Technicians were very knowledgeable informative and very courteous. That was never on point where I felt I was being taken advantage of. Technician also took the time to explain the benefits of the service I was requesting. Not only that the rates were well below what I figured they would be for the job I needed done. Service was prompt and professional would definitely recommend to anyone needing any kind of mold remediation or strictly just air duct cleaning to enhance your breathing quality.
