DCResolutions did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. George discovered that my vent to the outside had been painted shut and was causing it to clog. He took the time to clean it out thoroughly. Pricing was also very fair.

George did a great job at cleaning our ducts! He was very flexible - working around our schedule during renovations, and very communicative through the entire process. Hes got top of the line equipment, he was honest, and offered fair pricing. He worked really hard to provide the best service and made sure that we were happy with their work before they left. George Shumate the owner, did a outstanding job with our air duct cleaning! And I would highly recommend his services!First of all he was able to work me into his schedule on a day when everyone except myself would be out of the house. And even though this created a conflict on his end, he ended up offering to do the job for us by himself, normally would be two of them. Which again was very much appreciated!Second thing he did while doing his camera inspection of our duct work, was he discovered one of our kids bedrooms damper on the duct was almost closed. So he went up into our attic to figure and find which duct and damper handle to move while I was watching the video feed to get it opened correctly.And last, he took the extra time and care to make sure everything was put back and looked the way it did before. Including making sure he vacuumed up anything that fell out onto the floors.George thanks for your excellent service!

We asked George to come inspect our air ducts for cleaning, and because one of our bedrooms was not getting much airflow. He took a look at the inside part of the unit to make sure everything was clean and working. He ran his camera through the air vent/duct in the hot bedroom and found the issue and corrected it for me. He then ran his camera through the air vent/duct from the kitchen back to the unit. He showed me where there was dust and dirt build up on his camera. I am having some work done on my house over the next few months but will definitely have DCResolutions come back to clean my vents once that is complete.In addition, when looking at the inside AC unit, he noticed that the exhaust vent on our recently installed hot water heater was not fully completed so that the exhaust was remaining in our home, rather than being vented outdoors. My husband purchased the part and George installed it while he was here. Great guy and incredible service.George is just getting his air duct cleaning business going, but I highly recommend him!

Had floor air vents that were hardly getting any air flow. I contacted DC Resolutions, George and Joe were able to replace the damaged air ducts located in a very tight crawl space under the house. After all the damaged ducts were repaired, they cleaned the air ducts for all three HVAC systems as well as the dryer vent. This was as multi day project, but George and Joe knocked it out without interruptions to our daily routine. I was so pleased to find DC Resolutions, George and Joe were great, arrived at the scheduled times, were very thorough, neat, and complete clean up as they went throughout the home.

George and his son Joe made an excellent job with our vents.They have top of the line equipment to brush the inside of the ducts, not only blowing air or vacuum the debris but really doing a deep cleaning.Very punctual and respectful with our home and stuff.He asked me if I will like to see the ducts before and after, and also the screen with the mini camera they use to make sure everything is done correctly.At the end they spray a pet friendly product that goes all around the duct system to kill odors, and other nasty things.I definitely recommend DCResolutions!

Just used George and DCResolutions to clean my homes vents. He arrived early per my request to accommodate an appointment I had in the morning. He was friendly and professional. I hired him for my dryer cleaning but after moving the machine and checking it out he saw it didnt need it. So he took that cost from the estimate.\

George from DCResolutions did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent and bathroom fan. He was punctual and provided a brief summary of his intended work. Utilizing a camera, he offered me a pre-inspection view of the vent and fan duct. He performed a thorough cleaning of the ducts and vents, and he even installed a mesh on the exterior of my house to keep bugs from entering through the fan duct. Afterwards, he used the camera again to show me the cleanliness of the work done. The cost was fair, and Georges demeanor was extremely pleasant. I strongly endorse using DCResolutions for such services.

George showed up earlier than planned,Professional, went above and beyond in getting things right. Had to climb the roof, get inside the attic to get the vent completely cleaned. Showed the video through the vent before cleaning. My dryer has smart diagnostics and when I ran it after cleaning, it showed no more alerts yayy!!Was a breeze getting the service done. Would highly recommend.

Very high quality work, explained everything that they were doing, clean up after they finished and the best of all, NO up charges like other companies do once they arrive. George’s word is his bond.
