I needed my carpet restretched and they were able to come within 2 days of me calling and even on a Sunday. The price quoted was reasonable and the exact amount i paid. Norris even cleaned the carpet for no additional charge. The service was efficient and Norris is a cool guy. Will definitely use their services in the future if needed. -
