    I was told by another AC company that was doing preventative maintenance that both my furnaces were leaning/had significant problems with how they were mounted/leveled. This didn’t sound right so I reached out to Cyclone and specifically Mario to come take a look.Mario did a lot of work for me when we had a remodel back in February so I trusted him to do an evaluation. Mario inspected both units and explained to me there were NO issues with either unit and actually showed me in the attic what he was seeing versus what the other company said was a problem.Mario will be the person we use for all AC related needs moving forward. He’s honest, explains issues in a way that’s easy to understand and is just a good guy. Five stars for sure.

    Cyclone replaced my AC unit and furnace in fall of 2018 and did a great job. About a year later, my thermostat stopped working. Mario responded immediately to my call, replaced the unit the next day, and made me a deal on a top-of-the-line thermostat. He is always responsive, on time, and professional.

    Last August in 104 degrees heat our a/c went out after calling several hvac companies that didnt answer or I didnt like their quotes I found Mario, he answered his phone and came over. Not only did he give a me quote and a deal I could live with he also went out of his way to bring a portable a/c unit to help keep us cool until he installed a complete new unit which was 1or 2 days later. I believe he went above and beyond to help us. Oh yeah hes just a nice guy too. The reason I took so long to give a review was because I wanted to check out my unit in hot and cold weather. Im glad I found him, he is my go to a/c guy.

    Mario and His Team of Merry Men were AMAZING. They were very professional, courteous, timely and overall the best service Ive had in years. They protected my floors, cleaned up before they left and was in and out before I knew it. This all left me feeling like I was their only service for the day. The services I received was an entire new system. The air flow of heat and air has never worked like this before. The children even noticed the difference immediately.     Mario did an OUTSTANDING job on my install! He and his staff were VERY professional. They respected my home by laying down dropcloths and using shoe covers. The work they did was 20x better than the work that my builder did when we built our home including using conduit for my outside wires. Highly, highly recommend!!!     Mario did an amazing job in my place. He provided me a great bundle package to update my entire HVAC unit, including the dampers with the control board (I had 4 choices to choose, so that provides flexibility to match your budget and needs). He and his crew came and installed everything in a few hours. Then he came back the next day to tune the system and ensure that everything was working properly. He is a very pleasant person to work with, always patient and asking continuously about any question you might have. He is a great example of someone who truly loves his profession. After having a terrible experience with another AC company, I cant express how happy I am to have worked with Cyclone Heating and Air. I fully recommend them.     Contacted Cyclone back in January after going back in forth with a previous company that installed our new unit incorrectly and that was not heating. Mario came right out the next day advised me of what needed to be done and completed the work the following day. Fast forward i needed a new drip pan and needed a nest thermostat installed he came out and completed the work promptly explained how to use the thermostat and has alway been polite with great customer service. They have great prices and i will continue to use them for all AC/Heating services.

    These guys are amazing! I have used them on more than one occasion and EVERY time, I am more than satisfied. Today, I had Mario install an air duct and vent to an addition to our home...this was an almost impossible task due to how our attic space is! He was able to not only install the duct, he did it quickly and neatly. He took into consideration that we are in the process of selling our house and he cleaned this work space so well, it looked as if no one was ever there!     Had a great experience working with Martio at Cyclone Heating and Air,. I contacted him to validate a bid by another service provider to replace our condenser and evaporator coil. Mario took the time to walk me through options and discussed the energy efficiency and cost of each option. He worked collaboratively with my home warranty provider to determine a good solution to our situation. He was prompt and clear with all communication and very responsive. When it came time to getting the work done, he was early and started promptly as hed planned and cleaned everything up when hed finished.     Cyclone Heating and Air was amazing! Mario was very quick to respond back to us in regards to our upstairs AC blowing warm...prior to me reaching out to his company we had already had another company come out and found that our evaporator coil was broke...and was quoted an outrageous amount to replace....close to 4K...that just seemed crazy to me but had no idea so I reached out to multiple companies...ALL of the other estimates were WAY lower than that first company that came out.....I went with Cyclone though because he took time to educated me, was kind, held his next available appointment for me for a few hours while I was deciding who to go with, reached out to confirm the night before that he was coming, arrived on time, his team was so polite, installation went amazingly smooth, he even registered the new coil and sent us the paperwork....bottom line though...we trusted him...once you speak to him and meet him you will see what I’m talking about...We have been taken advantage of SO many times with AC repairs, plumbers, etc....you KNOW with Cyclone that you aren’t...will never lose his number!!! Stay away from the big box names and use him!!!

Mario and his team installed whole-house electronic filter systems in both of my furnace/AC units in less than 1/2 day.
