    Called on Monday to make an appt. to have my dryer vent cleaned and Jerry scheduled me for Tuesday. He arrived on time, climbed up on my roof to check the screen on the roof vent. He cleaned loose dust from the vent, then checked the air flow to ensure it was blowing freely, then determined it didnt need blowing out and did not charge me. Said it wouldnt be right to charge me when he didnt even have to blow it out. Jerry is a great guy who focuses on customer support. I will definitely call Courteous Carpet Care in Caddo Mills next time I need a service.

    Jerry Lawson of Courteous Carpet Care did a wonderful job on our carpet. We have two small dogs so our carpet needed deodorized and cleaned. We will definitely use him again. He was reasonably priced and friendly. We recommend him to anyone needing their carpet cleaned and he’s a small business owner. We always support those because they care about their customers and will strive to do a good job.

    We had a back up that caused water to get all over our floor. We called Courteous Carpet Care based on reviews in hopes it would be a good experience. Jerry came out and got us back in shape.     We had been a little behind on carpet care, but with four kids and then a family pet aging earlier this year that included incontinence, we were in need of help. I was hoping for noticeable improvement but I was blown away. Every stain is gone and the overall color of the carpet is so uniform. Great job experience and a pleasure to work with.

    Jerry was, indeed, courteous as well as professional. He was able to make my doggy stains disappear, and my 25 year old area rug look like new. He was able to clean a line of carpet tiles we had placed over hard wood (to aid our geriatric dogs) that had suffered repeated soiling, so they also looked brand new. Henceforth, Jerry/ Courteous Carpet is my go to for all my carpet needs!

    I am so impressed with every aspect of our experience with Courteous Carpet Care. Jerry is friendly, open and honest and his results are outstanding. We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned, and I cannot be happier that we were so blessed to find someone so knowledgeable and professional! Between sick kids and a new puppy in the last year, our carpet really needed help and we surely found it. The carpets look new and smell incredible. There is a reason Jerry has no 1, 2, or 3 star reviews.One sectional and four large couches covered in pet and smelly kid stains, and one large carpet covered in pet stains, all stinking to high heaven. Versus...One Jerry, an amazing work ethic and commitment to his company and his customers, and a little of what can only be magic.The couches look and smell better than the day they came off the floor at the store. The carpet looks and smells brand new. Im only sorry I didnt take any before pictures.Jerry treats your furniture like it was his. He takes the same care as he would if he were doing it for his wife and family.I will not only use Jerry and Courteous Carpet Care every time Im in need, but Ill recommend him to everyone I can.I literally cant say enough.     I had a fantastic experience with Jerry at Courteous Carpet Care. They do carpet cleaning, air ducts, upholstery, tile, etc. He came over to clean our vent and did an excellent job. Not only was the service top-notch, but he wouldn’t let us pay because our problem was with our dryer and not our vent. He spent an hour working and even went up on our roof in the heat. We were shocked and so appreciative. Highly recommend Jerry for anyone in need of vent cleaning or similar services. Thank you so much!

    Mr. Jerry came to clean my couch this past Wednesday. This is the second time (in two years) he has cleaned my couch so I knew the outcome was going to be amazing.     Wow!!!! Courteous Carpet Care exceeded our expectations and left us speechless. Our carpet looks, smells and feels brand new. Jerry is very knowledgeable and very detailed with his work.     Jerry came out to patch a bit of carpet that the dogs tore up. Not only was he professional and timely, but he has a great personality. He didnt just come in, ignore the customer, get the job done and leave, we carried on conversation while he worked.     Due to a water loss in my house I had to have 2 rooms of carpet pulled in order to dry everything out. When it came time to have it re-installed and cleaned I googled area carpet cleaners and found Jerry and his company Courteous Carpet Care.     Great Service!!! Highly recommend this company for any of your carpet cleaning requirements. My wife and I needed our upstairs carpet cleaned and it was stained with pet stains / odor and also had multiple rust rings that we never thought would come out. Courteous was able to remove all the stains and get rid of the rust rings. Amazing work!!! Arrived on time and were really nice. Very knowledgeable. It was definitely money well spent.

    Let me tell how good this guy is.Showed up in 15 minutes to help with water that had flooded master bedroom and closet in the late evening. Removed effected carpet padding, vacuumed the water, left fans to dry things out for a few days.He came back to stretch the carpet once the new padding was installed.Very personable and professional.I would highly recommend this company.

    I highly recommend this company if you want your house to feel rejuvenated! Jerry and Chris showed up on time and were extremely friendly and professional.     HIGHLY recommend! We live in a 32 year old home and I dont think the vents had ever been cleaned, so it was time! I contacted Courteous Carpet Care and got a response only a couple hours later. They came out the next day, gave me an awesome quote, and we schedule to have them cleaned! It’s such a relief knowing there’s nothing up there that’s potentially harmful - he even through in a ULV fogging at no extra charge because he felt like we needed it.     Courteous Comfort Care was such a blessing to us, they made our house feel new again. Very timely, kept us updated on the time they would arrive, gave us a fair price and did an amazing job!!! There were areas in the carpet I was sure would not come out and they accomplished a miracle. Our carpet should have been replaced, but with the money we had , this was our alternative and it feels new again. He is thorough at what he does and I am very satisfied with the two rooms, one master closet, hallway and staircase he completed for me this last weekend.     A wonderful company! This gentleman Jerry came to our house and did a superb job. The only way to describe the service was above and beyond. He cleaned out our ducts and replaced all the vents, but after working hard all day took the time to clean up by vacuuming and swiffering which I was not expecting. Was imfortitive and knowledgeable of what I was asking. Had a stain that I could not remove prior, informed me while he would try his best that it might remain, so was extremely honest.     Absolutely Fabulous! Courteous Carpet Care will be the company I use going forward. Jerry explained the process and the solutions used. I have a very clean home, yet he spent seven hours (thats right, seven hours) cleaning the carpets, stairs and upholstery -- basically all day. Other companies Ive used in the past were in and out (done) in less than two hours and the other companies were more expensive!He was not rushed and even took the time needed to dry the carpets and upholstery.     If you are looking for a quick response, super sweet & awesome reliable person this is your guy!! Wish I would’ve snapped some before pictures, we had a HUGE black “oil like” stain in one of our bedrooms and I didn’t think it would ever come out but he treated the carpet so well & got a over 5year stain up no problem. Our carpets smell & look GREAT! We are about to have our first child and he made sure he spent extra time on the carpet in her room cleaning it and getting all the allergens & pet hair out, without hesitation he treated this house like it was his own!     During the freeze storm our hot water heater froze and flooded the entire house while we were away. Upon discovery we called Courteous Carpet care and Jerry said he could be there first thing in the morning. Jerry extracted the entire house, put down de humidifiers, and fans. After inspection, our insurance adjuster commended Jerrys work and swift action which successful saved the vast majority of sheet rock in the home along with our personal belongings.     After our German Shepherd got SICK in my sons room (diarrhea), I wanted to just MOVE! Our carpet is only two years old and it’s the highest/thickest pile. I called the company that keeps our carpet clean and looking new at my office. Courteous was out within TWO days. When I walked in the house, the clean scent aroma overwhelmed me and I smiled! My son’s room now has the best looking carpet in our house. No trace of our long haired GSD, no stain, no smell. Just like new!!     Our master bedroom flooded last week after the record rainfall in Rockwall. Jerry came out the someday we called. He removed carpet pad, soaked up gallons of water from the carpet and most importantly treated the base boards and walls to prevent mold. He is professional and very pleasant to work with.     First, let me say, Jerry Lawson came highly recommended. After my experience today, I can see why. I have battled my cat marking the same chair for a month. Jerry was able to undo all my damage from trying to clean the chair myself, and get all the odor and stains out from my cat. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. He was also able to help with a mold problem caused by condensation from our AC. We will definitely be hiring him for future projects.

    Our carpets look brand new! We recently moved into a new home and decided to get the carpets cleaned instead of replacing them for right now. So glad we did! Any stains that were there are gone and it feels so good on the feet! I gotta tell ya, walking on dirty carpet that you didnt dirty gives you the heebie jeebies. You just dont know what that stain is, etc. Now I dont have to worry! Id definitely use them again!

    I called to have carpet in one room stretched- i got a quote for $159. Jerry did it for $89, giving me a special from facebook (even though I didnt find it myself). Months later our office flooded and soaked the carpet. The strips on the walls made the walls wet. After rescheduling a big carpet company twice (because of them) I remembered Jerry who came out immediately and peeled the strips, drilled holes, killed the mold, and set up his big fans in an hour. We had clients booked all the next day so he let us keep the fans an extra day free of charge. This is a good ole boy doing fantastic business. COURTEOUS is correct. Thanks Jerry.
