    Cool Leo went above and beyond in taking care of our AC and Heating system. We had some major issues that were never addressed by two different companies we had previously hired. Cool Leo explained every step that needed to be taken and even sent pictures of the issues at hand. They were very transparent in pricing and communication was never lacking. They even came back a few days later to make sure things were still working properly. I would recommend them over and over again!

    Had a great experience with Cool Leo. I had an issue with my AC and the humidity. I had called another AC company and they quoted me a crazy price and a huge repair. Then called Cool Leo and he was able to come out take a look at the system. They Diagnosed the issue and it was nothing compared to what the first company. The issue was immediately fixed and at a fraction of the price. They also came back for a quality check which is super important to me. I highly recommend Cool-Leo!

    I was very fortunate to get a appt quickly and also affordable as well. The visit was I believe (no expert) very professional friendly and felt thorough as well. The company gave me notice by text, Andreas arrived identified himself and went to work. He informed us of our systems health and what he saw and completed. He was thoughtful of cleanliness and when he left it looked like he was never there. Great experience. We will use again ! Thank you.

    Called them to check out why my house wasnt cooling like it should. Dustin was at my house and diagnosing the issue within the hour. Ive had many people come to my house to fix things over the years but this man by far runs the most transparent and communicative business Ive ever encountered. Prior to arrival was sending my arrival updates which I appreciate a lot. Was sending me pictures as he was working which is a lot easier said than done. I have to take pictures for my profession as well and its not easy to stop to take pictures while youre busy working. He got me fixed the very next day because he had to get parts which is understandable. The level of professionalism, attention to details, and customer service is by far the best Ive ever encountered. I feel like my dollar was well spent and will continue to do business as long as he keeps his lights on. 10/10 would recommend.

    So far so good! Have a Daikin mini-split system and it was working fine until a few days ago. Tried a bunch of HVAC repair companies who advertise BUT they only do installs not repairs! What the hell! Finaly found Leo and they came right out. Diagnostics was tough but they found the issue and we are in process of rounding up the parts. So, we are still a work in progress, BUT I have no doubt they will get it fixed. If you have an AC issue, call Cool Leo they work hard to resolve the problem.

    🚨 middle of the night emergency! And. Mr. Cool Leo himself!! Mr.potter came to the rescue. After some diagnostics and replacing what he could we found Our a/c was out. Not to worry he quickly left and came back w/ some temporary units. Kevin was extremely considerate to our needs and, even with a major freeze in the Houston area, was able to have our new a/c installed, up and running in under a week.     I’d give five stars but they accidentally stepped through my ceiling. It happens so it’s all good, but they got it fixed quickly at no cost to me. My house seems to be moving air more evenly in all the rooms after they replaced all of my ducting and installed dampers in the new box. The work looks really professional too! No more kinked ducting in my attic and I haven’t felt any air leaks in their work. I’m really satisfied with their service and definitely recommend them for any AC job!

    Our downstairs A/C unit died over Labor Day weekend. We had a set appointment with another A/C company. By 7:00 pm they informed us they were running behind and could not give us an ETA. We couldn’t go another night in the heat, so I called Cool-Leo A/C & Heat and explained our situation. Dustin, owner, was leaving Humble and got to us within an hour as promised. He was personable, courteous, professional, and very helpful in explaining the issues he discovered along with pictures he had taken. Bless his heart, he worked until 11:30 pm to at least get the A/C running and would come back the next day to complete the job.The next morning I received a text message with the technician’s name and time of arrival.     The guys here took great care of my Family and I. Our A/C went out on a Sunday morning. By Sunday Mid Day, we were back up and running! I thought surely this would take some time considering Sunday morning isn’t exactly a day you would expect a quick and thorough response.     Dustin came out on a Sunday to help us with our broken A/C unit. Our unit was 13 years old and wasn’t installed properly. Dustin explained everything and had photos and videos of all of the issues. I didn’t just have to take his word for it, he was able to show me what was wrong. I had a million questions and he was patient enough to answer all of them. His crew came out the next day to install new A/C and heating system. When talking about options Dustin had several, easy to understand, options for us. We had another Katy A/C company come out last year and would only give us one option for replacement which was extremely overpriced. I understand we all have our hustle, but he is dedicated and honest. My husband and I bought a home with a 40 yr old ac unit and we suffered the worse summer dealing with it not working.     Highly impressed with Cool-Leo! We had our heat go out late at night and they were willing to come out right then and there. We decided to wait until the next day and they came out that morning. Dustin is quick to reply to texts and always available to answer any questions. Did I mention we live 45 minutes outside of Katy in the middle of no where. Nobody ever wants to come out here but they were ready without complaint. Joe was so incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. The entire system needed to be replaced. Dustin actually responded to the sellers realtors question on social media and ended up offering a better system and a better price than the other two quotes we received.
