I needed help cleaning up fire extinguisher residue in my kitchen/living area and the COIT team was awesome. From the scheduling gal on the phone to Travis who came out to do the work, I was so glad to have found them. Travis came same day within a few hours of my call, on a weekend, and charged 70% less than what other competitors wanted and he did more work. He went above and beyond and helped me a lot with cleaning everything up after a very stressful day. I would definitely use them again if I needed them. I liked that they were local service too, and kind genuine people, and not an outsourced company, with a call center, like many of the other companies I called that day.

Amazing service! We were in a bind moving into our new house and the previous owners left the carpets in complete shambles. COIT was able to come on the same day and take care of us before our movers were scheduled. The carpets look fantastic and they were able to remove the years of dust and grime left behind. They definitely helped us out in a time crunch and we are appreciative of their service.

This carpet cleaning was a game changer. Travis did an incredible job on our carpets that we literally thought we would have to replace thanks to our 3 kiddos. There were stains, things stuck to them etc.When I got home I couldn’t believe my eyes! The carpets literally looked brand new!! What a blessing.Amber, was responsive and organized and warm and friendly, the booking process was easy and the payment process also was. We will definitely use them again!

Good to have an honest and local company. I was really impressed by Travis and his expertise after a water heater exploded in my attic and we had to restore some drywall. He was thorough in his assessment and gave an honest and fair approach to remediation coming in at 1/4 the price of one of the big national chains.

My Sunday started out with a broken water heater and leaking roof. I called my insurance agent and said that they had the company they used to contact me. 10 minutes later, received a call from Amber of COIT cleaning and restoration saying that they would be at my place in 15 minutes. Travis and Amber offered impeccable service. While out of town, we got a call that a pipe burst in our home and the entire first floor was under water. We called COIT and they were there the same day! Removed the flooring and ceiling parts that were damaged and hook up all the dryers to ensure mold didn’t set in! They came back and checked on it every day for 5 days and then even cleaned up before leaving. They really saved our house with their water mitigation services. Definitely highly recommend them!

I just recently had my HVAC air ducts professionally cleaned . Everything ‘about the company was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.You can really tell the difference when you deal with a family owned operation. I personally never write reviews, but this company deserved a review.I have plans to use them again for my kitchen countertops and grout on my floors too.

Amber & Travis are awesome. We moved into a rental home where the previous tenants had large dogs. The carpets were cleaned before we moved in but it didnt take long for big huge ugly stains to resurface that WE didnt cause! They came in & were able to remove the stains completely & they havent come back. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend COIT. We had water damage at our house due to a hot water heater that broke, and COIT was at our house to review the situation with us within 3 hours of our call, and that was with our being a fair distance away. Travis thoroughly inspected the house, floors, walls, ceiling, baseboards, under counters, etc. He explained their equipment that can remove water from very challenging spaces, and explained their process. He did an excellent job educating us and helping us understand what to expect. Travis and Amber were also very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend COIT to any others who are unfortunate enough to have suffered water damage to their home.

After 8 years with cats in the house, I noticed that dust accrued more quickly and we were sneezing more often from interior air irritations. After doing research on the proper cleaning of air ducts, comparing lo and hi range pricing I chose COIT. Others were cheaper but they did not clean the ductwork throughout the house as COIT does pulling and pushing air from opposite directions to ensure as much debris removal as possible. Travis showed up on time, patiently answered all my questions and got to work. He was efficient, diligent, was as minimally invasive as possible given the bulky and loud machinery that was involved and cleaned up after himself. He also informed me of a broken duct in the attic that needed to be fixed and kindly took a pic of it for me. It took all day and a noisy but powerful machine but I swear the air already feels much cleaner and breathable. I definitely recommend them and look forward to giving their other services a look see.

While in Colorado we received a frantic call from daughter thst house was flooding - a water heater in attic bad failed. Neighbor secured water and COIT was contacted. They responded immediately and started the mitigation service. Flooding impacted 2 bedrooms, masterbath and 2 other bathrooms as well as a closet and hallways. Several volunteers helped mive furniture and within 4 hours of notification soaked carpet was removed and dehumidifiers were in place. Damaged baseboard was removed. Sheetrock was saved as well as hardwood floors. By time we were sble to return from Colorado things were well in hand. We suffered no loss of personal property and water damage to house was limited due to COITs rapid response and professional work. They worked well with our insurance company. We are 100% satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

If you want fast response times, professional service and a caring team, COIT is the company for you! We had a tub leak into a carpeted bedroom. They were out the same day and spent time explaining how they would dry both the walls and the carpet. While waiting on our home warranty company to send out a plumber, they stayed as long as we needed their services. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call for your restoration needs!

Absolutely the cleanest our tile floors and carpet have ever looked. We have used a “Big Box” cleaning company for years. After meeting the owners of Coit Cleaning we decided to give them a go. It’s been a 1yr since we have had our floors professionally cleaned. They did our carpet, stairs, tile and walk in shower. Travis and his team took their time and did an outstanding job. Timely and professional in ever detail. Our tile floor not only looked amazing they felt amazing. Amber is the office manager who was wonderful in getting our schedules in sync. After a year of hardship due to COVID-19 we look to support family owned business. Not only he gave us the correct advise based on our floor condition but also took care of right away even though it was weekend. By talking to him we realized that they use high quality green products for carpet cleaning , which is best for breathing at no extra cost. They were very careful with the house when bringing in and out their equipment. They also took the time to explain issues they found and showed us the before and after work which was absolutely amazing. We were looking for services to clean our travertine floors (especially the grout lines) and carpet, and to have a carpet area re-streached. After talking with a couple of other vendors, we had Coit come to the house to give us a bid. Ben gave us a bid after viewing and measuring the areas, and also included the cost of cleaning a couple of area rugs. He also did a sample clean of the tile floor. We later reviewed the bid and checked the sample area after it had dried for two days - it was really good!We thought the bid was reasonable, and we had confidence the job would be done right. We did the deal. Travis fixed the carpet, and Ben cleaned. It was a very full day and the results were great! We highly recommend this company, along with Ben and Travis. We couldnt be more pleased.

I cant say enough about this company. Our carpet and furniture are well-loved by two golden retrievers who are convinced they are human, not canine. Coit was able to remove paw print stains that no cleaner was ever able to extract. I no longer have to hide stains with strategically placed blankets!
