    One of the most professional technicians I have dealt with in a long time, (also owner and operator). He took his time, replaced worn out parts, videoed his work, and I am so pleased with the results. My dryer takes about a quarter of the time to dry my clothes after this service.     Chris was the epitome of professionalism and kindness.     The Check Vent light (sensor) appeared on our clothes dryer. Noticed Clear Flow Services was a locally owned company with VG reviews. Chris did a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent cavity between lint screen & dryer rear exhaust using various (specialized) vacuum hose attachments, then went up on the roof and cleaned the Roof Vent & the 22ft of rigid venting coming from the laundry room. OMG I was surprised how much lint came out during the cleaning process. He also inspects the condition of the sealant around the dryer roof vent flashing and nail heads, & applies fresh sealant if warranted. Overall I was very impressed with the service.

    I have had incidents in the past, that have literally made me paranoid of someone scamming me even with so called good reviews. I scoured over Google and found this company. Wow, I am so happy that I decided to go with Clear Flow Services. Chris was amazing! First he kept his scheduled time even in the pouring rain,text me on arrival, proceeded to put shoe covers on before entering, introduced himself and explained the what, how and why of what he does and took pictures of the before (explaining the issues) and after (explaining the work). He wasnt rushed but detailed, cleaned, cleared,replaced and sealed what needed to be done AND most Importantly was very reasonably priced. He truly deserves these 5 stars and I highly recommend him.

    I had no idea how bad our vent was leading out from the dryer to the exit. It was a good thing I took my time figuring out who was right for the job. Thankfully I chose clear flow ! Just the professionalism and honesty behind their work was the best. They provided me plenty of updates and step by step of what was being done to fix and remedy my issues. No where in the process from start to finish did I have too worry nor was I ever confused or uneasy. I think if you need these type of services you’ll feel happy about choosing clear flow ! They are a small business and this is a great example of what a local TX business can do! I highly recommend and if your in the fence just call them and they will be able to explain what you need and more importantly what you don’t need too.

    Not sure why we waited so long to get our dryer vent cleaned, but it made a HUGE difference for us! Chris was very responsive and knowledgeable. There is no doubt we’ll be using this service annually to improve the appliance productivity of our dryer!!!p.s. The weather today wasn’t cold enough, but somehow it looked like it was snowing when he was cleaning our vent - now it all makes sense why it took several cycles to dry.

    I am SO glad I chose Chris from Clear Flow to clean out my dryer ducts, which exit out the roof of my second story home. Upon inspection, he discovered several major issues with the installation of the dryer ducts and ceiling venting. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, along with an upfront quote that did not increase when it was all said and done (which I really appreciated!). His prices are very competitive, his work is clean and professional, and he took pictures of all the work that he completed. I now have comfort in knowing our home is up to code, and the fire hazard risk which we were up against has been resolved!     I don’t normally write reviews; however, I was very impressed with Chris. He is very detailed and goes above what you would expect. We built our house 2 years ago and had an inspection. However when Chris was here he pointed out items that needed to be fixed that the inspector missed.Chris cleaned our dryer vent, upgraded the vent on the roof, and pipe in the attic, and shorten our dryer vent hose.     I wish there were 10 stars that I could give Clear Flow Services!With so many chimney cleaning services available, I had no idea which company to select. From the moment I spoke to Chris Breaker on the phone, I knew he was trustworthy. It is a busy time of year with the pending cold weather coming, but Chris came to inspect my chimney within 2 hours. He checked my chimney, the pipe in the attic, and gas valves. He didnt see anything wrong, and he said that cleaning wasnt necessary with my gas log fireplace. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained things to me. Such a kind man to not even charge me for the inspection and his time.WOW, where do you find a company much less people like this anymore? I HIGHLY recommend Clear Flow Services!

    Our dryer was indicating AF meaning aur flow restriction. I knew it was not the dryer malfunctioning. I found Chris Breaker on Google. He inspected everything. After pulling the dryer out and vacuming all the overflow that was backing up, he repaired the inlet, he inspected the venting system in the attic, repaired and sealed that too, got on the roof, scrapped the vent with his soecialized toos, blew out all the gunk that had beed restricting proper airflow. However, the delivery personnel informed me they would not connect my dryer because my dryer vent needed to be cleaned out. They said they considered it a fire hazard.     I did not know a company like this even existed but I’m so glad it does. My dryer was not drying as fast as it once was and was saying to check dryer vent.     Clear Flow Services thoroughly cleaned the multi-year lint build-up in my dryer and the 18 foot dryer vent. Chris, the owner, has a full array of professional grade equipment, so the cleaning challenges of the long vent, which included four 90-degree elbows, was handled with proficiency. Chris measured the airflow coming from the end of the vent before and after his cleaning. I was amazed that the strength of airflow quadrupled, which translated to a load of towels drying in 45 minutes instead of the 3 hours I had been dealing with. Chris is professional and meticulous; my experience with Clear Flow Services deserves my 5-star review without any reservations.
