    I chose this company to clean my dryer duct from roof to laundry room based on their Google ratings and was not disappointed. The two young men that did the work were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They showed me what was removed, including the screen that shouldnt have been put there in the first place. I plan to use them for recommended dryer duct clean out.

    From the first phone call I knew these guys would be great! So personable & professional & not going to scam you. I had 4 other vent cleaning quotes from other companies & these guys were by far the most honest & trustworthy. They were punctual, & professional while cleaning & took care of my house (covering things when needed & vacuuming after the service) plus, we had another company do a dryer vent cleaning, but after Nicks guys came they found the vent hadn’t been Cleaned at all & they took care of it. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

    I’ve known Nick Dear professionally for approximately 25+ years. I met him while working at FWISD and we have been friends since .There was white carpet in my house (grey now), plus a dog who lived INSIDE the house. Nick cleaned my carpet every four months like clockwork because of Butta, but I also had three daughters then too - FULL HOUSE. NEVER was I disappointed with Nicks service. My carpet was always spotless - looked new after each cleaning (love that method he uses). Plus the house was always fresh .If the dog ever was sick, I’d call him and he would be out practically the next day. A friend was so impressed with his work that he had him go to Waco to do his carpet. He too, was not disappointed. I have nothing but great things to say about Nick and his company and as a great human. Always polite, professional and has great suggestions for maintenance. Great job Nick, keep it going! I appreciate you more than you know. Folks, If you want real professional carpet service, give them a call, I guarantee you will be delighted with the work - plus, make it a morning appointment, go to work and when you get home it’s all dry and fresh.     I didnt know what to expect having the ducts cleaned in this old house. The tech that came out, and apologies I cant recall his name, was so nice and professional. He knew what he was doing and was very detailed. He was also personable. The ducts are clean and the house is already smelling better. Also. He never once tried to upscale me anything. Very pleased with the service. Just a word of warning, your house will get very, very dusty during the process. I would reccomend getting your own drop cloths to cover beds, furniture, appliances, tables, any hanging artwork, etc. Dust goes everywhere. And, have 2 new AC filters ready to go. One for right when they finish and the second for in a week or so just in case the first one catches any left behind debris.But the ducts are cleaned though.

    We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned this morning. The guys were early and did a very thorough job. Weve never had them cleaned (built 2011) before. Between kids and dogs, we track in lots of dirt and dog hair. The guys were a good team, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. Tarps were used to cover our bedding and kitchen counters to minimize the dust settling on them. The rooms were vacuumed. Basically, no trace was left behind that theyd been there other than our dirty brown ducts being restored back to shiny silver :) Were pleased with our experience and absolutely recommend Clean n Dry.

    Just had the best customer service experience with this company. I was able to quickly get a quote on the cleaning of my dryer vent and retrieving the brush for when I tried to do the cleaning myself….Anyway, Nick Dear was very nice on the phone and he picked up on the first call to them. We made the appointment for 12 noon. Cody and Dalton Dear arrived to my home at the time they said they would be!They both greeted me with a smile and a hand shake.     I bought a new house and the guys came out and clean my whole house vents along with the dryer vent. They did an awesome job and only took a couple of hours! The previous owner obviously hadn’t cleaned the ducts because there was 1/2 to 1 inch of dust and lent caked onto the inside of all of them, and they cleaned it all out and the ducts looked like new! They also took the time to clean off all the vents and treated any areas with condensation to prevent future rust. All around great service and I would definitely recommend using them!

    Had Clean-N-Dry out to clear a clogged dryer vent. The crew was courteous, thorough, efficient, and EARLY. Who does that in 2023? Nice. Explained thoroughly what they were going to do, what they expected to encounter, and what they needed from me. After the vent was cleaned, they showed me what had caused my problem (my builder had installed a screen in the dryer vent exhaust; totally non code ... booo).The price was smack dab in the middle of the estimates I got for this job.     I haven’t had an air vent and dryer cleaning done since moving in for more than 5 years. After reading a lot of local reviews, I decided to go with this company. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous on the day of the job. It took approximately 2 hours at a fair flat rate price with no hidden cost. Let me tell you, the result speaks for itself. The next day, my family doesn’t sneeze or cough at all which usually happen a lot in the morning, say goodbye to those allergy pills. From the moment my husband first called Nick, he showed himself to be very courteous and professional. His flat-rate pricing was by far the best quote that we had received after calling around to multiple dryer vent cleaning services in the DFW area. On the day of service, Nick and his team were prompt and very thorough throughout the cleaning. Nick even went above and beyond our expectations when he identified a potential fire hazard in our vent connection and took care of it at no additional cost. Overall, I couldnt recommend him more.     Our home had a mildew-like smell when running the AC over the Christmas holiday. Yes...the AC in December. Thats Texas for you. My AC guy recommended having our ductwork cleaned.After looking on Groupon and seeing some too-good-to-be-true deals, many with fake reviews, I decided to be smart and Googled services in my area for an estimate.I read the real reviews on Nicks company and gave him a call. He was very professional and we scheduled a time a little over a week out but it was worth the wait.He came out on time, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate which lined up with my expectations after searching for average costs to have air-ducts cleaned.He came out the next day and spent almost three hours doing the job as well as throwing in an extra floor vent return cleaning at no extra cost. He even vacuumed up all the dust and dirt balls that littered the floor under each vent after he cleaned them.A job well done and with a professional attitude and attention to detail. Nick was able to tell me what the issue was causing the blockage and that I needed to get a roofer to remove a screen the builder had left in the vent pipe.     I highly recommend CleanNDry. My dryer smelled like something was burning, hoping the duct cleaning was what I needed instead of a new dryer! I spoke with Nick on a Monday, he quoted me over the phone for the cleaning of my dryer duct and came out the next day at the time he said he would.
