    Where do I begin? We had a major sewage backup that flooded our whole house. Cleaning& Restoration Specialist Inc were called and arrived within the hour.Brandon and Quinn were the first techs to arrive and assured us that they would take care of us and that everything would be ok, putting us somewhat at ease in a very stressful situation and immediately began to work on the issue.From day one this team came in and got to work immediately and explained every step of the way as to what we could expect and what would get done while still putting us at ease to make us feel comfortable.Any and all areas that were demod were meticulously picked up, cleaned, and disposed of as the work was being performed.This went on for 11 days. Every day Brandon and his team were here providing outstanding customer service with exceptional cleanliness and professionalism.With very heart-felt thank yous and appreciation to Brandon, Quinn, Daniel and we cant forget Reese who kept in contact with us every day from the office. We highly recommend this company and their services provided without hesitation.

    Called on a Saturday and got scheduled for a Monday morning appointment. Tom was friendly and efficient. He explained that everything looked great and gave us instructions to continue drying out the hot water heater closet. It was a relief to know this was something we could handle.     Very good service. We only see this type of company with emergencies. Some days were skipped for assessment, but did not have an impact on the overall assessment and progress of our home renovation problem.Overall, a very good job, very professional and made assessments that they can standby.

    We were very happy with the results of the services provided. They were very thorough and took a lot of photos and provided documentation of everything. We initially thought we only had a little damage in our closet from a shower arm leak, but they found out we had water under our shower and flooring in the whole bathroom as well and showed us all the measurements and photos of the damage. We are thankful they found the additional damage (for our health) and they got everything removed and dried and cleaned so we were able to get a contractor in quickly to build it back. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend. Thank you!

    They came, saw the damage, contacted the insurance company, were meticulous in their documentation, and all was covered by insurance. They checked for water and moisture, removed dry wall, insulation, cabinets, plumbing, and countertops with none to very minimal damage!!! They set up drying equipment, checked it daily, and when finished left everything very clean. Our contractor was able to come in and put everything back to normal in a week and a half.     Tom, Yolanda and their staff took excellent care of us. We had a leak in our kitchen that lead to extensive water damage. They are very communicative and came every day to check the moisture levels and progress. They also communicated directly with our home insurance and made sure all documentation was sent directly to them for us. Highly recommend this company!!

    We can not recommend Cleaning & Restoration Specialists Inc highly enough. Their response time was incredible. We had a leak and they were here the same day we called them to check everything out and had a crew here with drying machines the very next day. Their technicians Brandon and Thomas were so patient and incredible about explaining things as they were happening and the owner Tom really seemed to genuinely care about getting our property back in tip top shape, even going above and beyond and helping us more by recommending a great foundation and drainage specialist to come and check things out in other areas for preventative measures to prevent any leaks from ever happening in the future. It can feel invasive having people in your home every day as they work, but we felt so incredible safe with this team in our home and never had to worry about them being here even when we werent home. We really could not recommend them highly enough, everyone was amazing, they were always on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We cant imagine a better restoration team when it comes to mold and leaks. Thank you so much for all you did to help us through this process every step of the way.

    Everyone from their staff to the owners did an amazing job. I had 2 jobs 1 month apart from each other. They were referred to us by our contractor and they were out the very next day. Their lead technician Ernest was detailed and made sure he took care of everything in the area and cleaned up after the job was done. He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work they did.Then the San Antonio snow storm arrived and busted pipes took a toll on our attic and walls. They came out as soon possible and we had the pleasure of working with Ernest. Their work did not disappoint again. He went above and beyond to make sure the work area was cleaned up, double checked for moisture and was always very polite.     We had several slab leaks in our bathroom that damaged the bathroom, master closet, and bedroom hardwood floors. The people at CRS worked with our plumbers and coordinated all the different sub contractors that were needed to fix and restore the damage. We were very happy with the speed and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, in fact I already have!

    Tom was referred to me by our contractor. We had a garage apartment that was infested with mold. Tom was very courteous and took his time explaining to me what they were going to do next. His primary laborer was great as well. I liked that Tom gave me frequent updates and we discussed all my options, including the cost saving ones. Once all the repairs and cleaning was done, we were still having a humidity problem. Tom recommended I contact our A/C guy and he kept following up with me until I did. It turns out the A/C unit was too large for the space -- once we installed a serious dehumidifier - the future problem was solved.I noticed some cracking in our drywall a few weeks after the work was done. I sent Tom a message and he had his guy out there redoing the work (probably just ground settling) right away.High integrity business.     I used CRS when I recently found a leak inside my wall. It had been leaking for a while. My laminate floors, although water proof on the surface, were hiding the water/moisture underneath them. CRS came in took out all affected flooring and dried the floors. The team at CRS is courteous and let you know when they are coming and when they leave.
